Recently rented a piece of equipment from Rental Guys for a week with a friend of mine. The charge…read morefor the equipment was $949.62, we paid in full and were on our way. Well two days later, no phone call or notification the account was charged an additional $309.25. Questioning it we called and were given the run around about trailer rental and discounts. This doesn't sit well with me, after all we agreed on a price for the week and paid in full. We did not authorize the additional charge because we were unaware of it. They just decided let's make them pay a little more without even a phone call. Here we are today, we returned the equipment and were provided a receipt. There was a break down on the receipt with all the equipment rented totaling $949.62 (the agreed upon amount. Then there was a flat charge for the $309.25, yep you guessed it, no break down, nothing about trailer discounts or equipment rented, no explanation at all just a charge. With some argument they refunded part of the charge (not all) because they said the manager was out sick. Long story short, I do not recommend Rental Guys, they will just charge you more without a written break down or real explanation of why. Terrible way to do business.

Aside, after retrieving my two tote bags, I immediately began using the black tote bag for carrying purchased shopping items while the Gianni Versace shopping tote carried my personal items. Preface: Slavik, the owner of RSR, i.e., Roseville Shoe Repair replaced the main zipper for the Gianni Versace tote bag, re-sewed/reinforced the exterior seams, reinforced the interior silk compartment's lining seams, and replaced the interior tote's compartment zipper. In addition, Slavik replaced the black tote's warped, old zipper--replaced tote with a new zipper and sewed via attaching two new black leather tote handles due to the original handles were literally disintegrating. FYI and BTW: What are the reasons the inability throwing or recycling either tote bag away? Why waste money, energy, and time repairing two "worthless" tote bags, eh, Shirley? WELP . . . Because the Lancôme black tote bag was the tote bag my Mom gave me along with the largest Lancôme skin care and make-up collection in production for my birthday present seven years before she passed away, i.e., the black tote bag possesses tremendously endearing, sentimental value. Backstory: Samonnim was designing the shopping tote bag on behalf of Gianni Versace's Future Designer Of The Shopping Tote Bag Collection. Therefore, the Gianni Versace shopping tote bag also possesses an extremely high, sentimental, historical value as well as an awesome birthday gift from Samonnim's heart. Finally, Slavik: Thank you so very much for repairing the main compartment zipper for my Sven Leather Backpack Purse, the Lancôme black tote bag my deceased Mother gave me, and also, the Gianni Versace's Shopping Tote Bag which will never be designed nor replicated!!!! I am mentally prepared for them to tell me "Dude its Sunday" or not to even answer at all. TO MY SURPRISE I get an answer from Mr. Felix himself. He asks me what I need and lets me know he will be at my place between 2-3pm (ON A SUNDAY LAST MINUTE CALL). OK so I'm impressed ... SO FAR... Time goes by as I continue getting bags loaded with trash and the like, I look at the time and its about 1pm.. I needed to take a quick run to Home Depot thinking "These guys will definitely show up at close to 3pm" THEN I get a call at 1:45 from Felix stating they were there at my home and ready! 15 minutes early, For the win! I get there and I notice 2 Truck Ready for action now I'm like WHOA These guys aren't F'n around! Felix gets out of his truck, greets me and asks what/where the job is. I show him and BOOM! He lets me know the price, tells me he has 4 guys and ensures me this job will be quick! These guys get the trucks in place set up cones in the streets and are running into position like soldiers on the beach of Normandy! I mean when was the last time you were excited and complimentary of the cleanup crew. HOWEVER Felix and his team are much more than a clean up crew..... THESE GUYS ARE A PROFESSIONAL GRADE Service ! I kid you not!!! So they get the Job DONE, they suggest things that I should keep (That I would have just tossed in my frantic state of trying to get things done) AND THEN after everything is done I look back and Mr. Felix himself has a yard blower blowing out the garage!!!
