I called ahead and ordered the ribs in green sauce and the enchiladas and they told me it would be ready in 12 minutes. The ribs are bone-in ribs. The ribs come with rice and beans. The enchiladas come with just rice. There are several different meats that you can put in the enchiladas and I have them do the pork. The food was hot when I got it home to Rushville I did not have to reheat anything. I could have done without the slices of avocado on top of my enchiladas as I just threw those away. Also a little less of the sour cream. Everything tasted good and given that they were very quick I will most likely order from here again. It looks like the tacos are a featured item so maybe next time I will go that direction.

We eat here at least 4-5 times a month... just about weekly. We all have our go-to menu items. My husband loves Pepe's burrito - it's huge, is covered in cheese and topped with pineapple slices and crisp bacon. Child #1 loves Arroz Con Pollo - rice, chicken and cheese sauce. Child # likes nachos with steak and a side of refined beans. I have two favs - the Carnitas Rice Bowl or Shrimp Quesadilla with a side of cheesy rice. Generally, the food is really good! As for the service... it's the best!! They really do make a point of welcoming you in and then proving quick and friendly service. If you need anything, just ask and they will take care of it. Do mistakes happen, of course. But they will fix it or make it right as much as they can. So the new thing I tried tonight was the Chipotle Avocado Burger with fries. The huge smash burger was delicious... a little spicy. It was oh so good. And the fries were perfect!! Perfect cut, perfect crispy outside and soft inside. Really - they were supreme. My husband had the Cuban Press (at Courtney's recommendation) and it was tasty and hearty. The sandwich was made using Indiana ham, slowed cooked pork and melted cheese. Definitely a two thumbs up experience and worth a drive!
