Pretty good spot in a small town for Mexican food. Got the fajitas which came out quick and sizzling...just as you'd expect. Service is fast and friendly. Good portion sizes as well.

A happy stop on our way home. Welcomed and seated quickly for Sunday lunch. We were able to order shortly after looking over the menu and our entrees arrived before we finished the basket of chips. Everything was tasty. My daughter and I usually share a dinner size entree, but ordered separate lunches. While we both enjoyed our lunch choices, I found mine more than I could eat. She was able to finish her lunch (oh, to be a teenager!) We would definitely stop again when we are in the area around lunch or dinner time again.

I have been here many times, and love their margaritas!! Though most recently I met friends for lunch. I order the shrimp chimichanga with rice instead of beans. We also ordered the cheese sauce and guacamole, in addition to the salsa they give you when you're seated. Everything was delicious, as per usual. Gladly recommend this place to friends, the atmosphere is great. Looking forward to the next time I go!

I think I know why people were raving about this place, because it was the only good Mexican restaurant in the area. This was walking distance from the hotel so that was convenient. It wasn't that busy around 7:30pm on a Wednesday. The menu had a variety of food along with their descriptions. I wanted to eat light and ordered the Locos Tacos ($7.99). I got both pollo asada and carne asada for the choice of meat. The chips and salsa were as good as chips and salsa went. The salsa was not spicy but the flavor was good with the tortilla chips. The Locos Tacos was only two tacos that were small. The carne asada was good and same with the pollo asada. I was still hungry afterwards but just ate some more chips and salsa. Good Mexican food and I would recommend it.

Good food, friendly staff, clean place, never once had a problem. Traditional Mexican menu. An enjoyable stop on the weekly lunch rotation!

Stopped in for lunch with hubby. The ambiance & food was typical of a Mexican chain restaurant…read more There was a big bar & several TVs to watch sports. The restaurant is very clean. The service was attentive. The food tasted about average, not bad but didn't wow me either. My husband liked his taco & enchilada. My chimichanga was smothered in cheese sauce & tasted okay. The tortilla chips weren't hot as they usually are in a Mexican restaurant. I'm guessing it's because service is slow due to road construction directly in front of the restaurant. We'll probably come back for dinner when the construction is completed.

It's in an awkward building that shares a driveway and parking lot with a funeral home/cemetery…read more Be mindful of parking spots marked for the funeral home. Strangely I did not observe any spots marked for disabled parking. It's very loud inside in an annoying way. Currently being newly opened it was jam packed due to the dearth of restaurants in the area. The music was too loud and the tables are very close together. The inside lighting was kind of weird where we sat. We had at least five different people involved in the serving process which I do not like. The personal feeling of "our server" was missing. There seemed to be a lot of staff on hand. Chips and salsa were just meh but at least they're free. Not at all pleased with the guac in terms of taste, appearance and price to portion. I had Chili Verde chicken. The green sauce was very tasty. Meat was not overly tender and it seemed kind of lonely with no vegetables mixed in. The column heading on the menu seemed to indicate all the meats below were cooked with onions, peppers and tomatoes and I even asked the person who took the order but he also read it wrong. My husband had the grilled tilapia and pronounced it "fair." At least he got onions. So I'm not going to say one and done, but will probably not be back again until it's time for the outdoor patio.
