Really great people! We needed to trim out a few trees that had gotten rather overgrown by the prior owner. Initial walkthrough, Pete was really thoughtful on how to shape them to promote healthy growth which is what made me choose them. Last Fall we had Pete Butler from the Butler Brothers, also a member of the Bay Area Arborist Cooperative, trim and thin the trees in our back yard. He was familiar with the type of trees and took that into consideration when trimming. Barb answers many of the calls for them and the response time was good. His company was booked for weeks in advance, yet he and his crew came out within two days to remove the limb. They were prompt, courteous, professional, thorough and unobtrusive. After a pleasant and useful conversation with Pete Butler, he came by to assess removing from our back yard a dense, tangled, 5 ft. tall, 25 ft. long hedge, including removing the root masses.
