However, the experience quickly went downhill. After browsing and not finding anything I liked, the salesperson insisted I try on five dresses she selected. None of them suited my style. I mentioned to my friend that I preferred a dress I'd seen at another store, and the salesperson overheard and asked to see a photo of it. After looking at the photo, she told me she could order the same dress for me. Since I was already there, I agreed. She took my measurements, and when I told her the specific color combination I wanted, she dismissed my choice and insisted on a different color, saying she knew what she was doing. I disagreed, but she assured me everything would be fine and the color combination she was ordering was the one I tried on the other s About a month later, while showing pictures to my sister-in-law, I found a photo of the dress tag and zoomed in--turns out, I was right. The color ordered was not what I had requested. I immediately emailed the salesperson, explaining the mistake and asking her to correct it, especially since the dress wouldn't be delivered for several more months. Then COVID hit. By the time the dress arrived and I went in to pick it up, it was still the wrong color. I told the salesperson, and she brought the owner into the dressing room. The owner assured me they would have the lining replaced by their seamstress to match the correct color. A couple of months later, I went back--but the dress was still wrong. I pointed it out again, and this time the store manager got involved. She insisted it was the correct color until I showed her a photo of what I had originally ordered. Only then did she admit it was wrong and promised to send it back to the designer. When I returned again, the dress had still not been corrected. I almost took it home out of sheer exhaustion--but decided to speak up again. The manager said she'd try one last time, but warned me the dress had been discontinued. At that point, I was devastated. I emailed and asked for a refund, as they had clearly failed to deliver what I paid for. Instead of apologizing, I received a rude email stating that I would now be charged $25 per week for storing the dress and should come pick it up. I responded that the dress wasn't being stored--it was still there because they never got it right. She then offered to ship it to me, but given their track record, I didn't trust them. Eventually, she scheduled a pickup, treating it like they were extremely busy--though the store was empty every single time I went in. After nearly three years, Le Bella Donna was unable to provide the dress I ordered in the color I asked for. I'm now stuck with a dress I never wanted. Thankfully, my wedding was postponed due to COVID, so I now have time to find a dress I actually love from a store that values its customers. Don't be fooled by the store's appearance. Once they have your money, customer service is gone. The staff is rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

They walk me through everything and educate me on the procedure and what to expect during/after. Tuxedo club also helps me figure out what I'm trying to accomplish without having me look overdone. I haven't had a dress made, however, I am one of many that have yet to have any outfit, sale or otherwise, that wasn't cool and what I paid for. Good open price points too for all of us. She carries a number of different lines, including Lilla P which I love. It holds up so well year after year and the classic style is what goes on and on.. Her unique pieces are always well put together too and I think the best compliment a woman gets is "where did you get that? I want one." I'd give her 5 stars in a heart beat.

Princeton tuxedo by contrast was an Immaculate shop, Great selection, Attentive service and a fair price/value. Daniel fitted me and he was excellent. Daniel was efficient in ensuring my size and measurements were accurate, and provided guidance for accessories as I haven't worn a Tux in years. PIcked up a few days prior to my function to assure fit and all was good to go! Tuxedo and shoes looked like there were brand new! Great quality. Looked sharp! Very pleased with their entire operation! Would strongly recommend without reservation. Will be back for another wedding in Spring.

Once I finish trying on the first couple dresses she told me to go look for more. The time is 350 and i am told that they close at 4. Right when we picked out all these dresses. So obviously we felt like we needed to leave so we did not try on all the dresses she told us to pic out. Then we go to leave and the door is locked and followed us to the door and locked it again. We also drove an hour and a half which they knew that. I am very disappointed with the way this situation went.

Upon entering for a scheduled appointment for my daughter's prom dress we were greeted with our sales consultant Casey, the immediate impression she exuded was one that she was not looking forward to . My daughter needed a larger size gown for which the consultant took her to the back room showed her where those gowns were and explained the process of picking dresses. Once the consultant received more clients she seemed overwhelmed and distracted. My daughter tried on a number of gowns one in particular that she started with she actually did not like and put away however at the end of the process she wanted to try this again on one more time just to make sure. In trying this dress on one more time she decided that she really liked it and asked if it came in a larger size she then proceeded to ask the owner if the dress came in a larger size once the owner came in and looked at my daughter she looked her up and down turned around and never acknowledged her again nor did she receive an answer as to whether the dress came in a larger size. During this whole visit the entire time we were there I was not impressed one bit. The owner was unwelcoming and seemed very judgmental of thse not fitting the "standard." The Consultants were not friendly nor accommodating. In my honest opinion I would never recommend this location for any young lady especially one that requires a larger size. And aside from needing a larger size I would still not recommend this establishment. I personally felt that we were looked at like we "weren't good enough" to be there. As a dad, the excitement to see another daughter find the perfect dress was paramount in our search. The first day of looing took us to two bridal shops. The first, was very nice, with extravagant gowns (and extravagant prices as I am paying for the dress). However, despite the variety of styles, none of the gowns made my daughter, a nurse, feel like the bride she dreamed of being nor the I one I imagined her getting married in. So, while there was one 'maybe' dress we left for our second appointment. As I was leaving the first shop, I was literally cornered by the owner as to why my daughter was not buying the one she "liked". I was a bit taken aback, and answered that it was because she did not "love" it. Feeling kind of annoyed, we headed to Darianna's where we were met with kind hello's and seated in a large room as Wendy began choosing dresses for my daughter to try on. She even let me add my pick to the selection and that made me happy. My daughter then began to try on each dress and on the last one she burst into tears, as did the rest of us, as she said those famous words "this is my dress". It is stunning and. I might add, it was the one I PICKED. So now with the gown, the crystal beaded veil and tiara, I was awestruck at how beautiful my little girl (25 yo) looked and how happy she was. Wendy then provided champagne to celebrate and broke the news of the total price, which was well within my budget. I can not say enough of how kind and patient Wendy and the entire staff were to my family. Wendy took her time and most of all did not try to force me to purchase the gown immediately. Although I placed a deposit, I was never under any pressure to do so. That fact, to me, is important, because I believe that to pressure a bride or her family into a dress she may not want can only add frustration to what is supposed to be one of the happiest days, thus far, of her life. Lastly, I was so impressed with Wendy I called the next day to thank her for such a pleasant experience. I am extremely detailed oriented, as is my daughter, and this Bridal Shop hit the mark on every level of product to service. Thank you to everyone at Darianna's for such a wonderful experience.
