My son decided last minute (10 days before prom) that he was going so I felt I was never going to be able to get a tux in this short span of time. We were told we didn't need an appointment. Walked in. Store was very crowded. I was so pleasantly surprised that we were waited on immediately. They had unlimited options. Took my son's measurements. Super helpful. They gave him several different things to try on. In the end (a half hour max) we had everything ready to go. My son was able to pick the entire outfit up in 2 days. And a HUGE added bonus was the owner was at the high school the next morning from 11-12noon for me to drop tux off. That was super helpful. HIGHLY recommend this place

There is a $20 surcharge if there are any changes like different shoes, even if the item does not have to be FedExed. I wouldn't return here after our experience. Adding: after this review and one hour after putting on the suit, the button popped off!!! The suit also only came with 2 button covers for the shirt. Three buttons were visible when the jacket was buttoned so a third button cover should've been in the package. The covers were not used because it looked unfinished with only 2 covers. These details are something that experienced men's suit retailers and rentals businesses should be looking for.

So now I needed to make a return trip, very inconvenient. When I returned the 2nd time to try on my suit, the older man who assisted me had a real attitude. I asked if they stopped giving you the cheap suit hanger bag, he said they are now $3 if I want one. Mind you this is my 2nd trip and a big waste of my time. You would think they would just throw it in. Nope. Had to ask the guy to just put a plastic bag on it before I took it out of the store. He was very condescending. Mark was very professional and personable constantly cracking jokes and keeping the atmosphere light. We were fitted one by one pretty quickly. He ended up giving the group a nice discount when the groom answered a question about the bride as a game. When returning months later to pick up my tux for the big day Mark didn't miss a beat. I could have honestly just took the suit off the hanger and kept it moving. Everything fit perfectly! There was not a thread out of place and the tux's were ready for pickup about a week from the event to make it even more convenient. I was a groomsman once before and they used Men's Warehouse. My pants looked like capris over there. We had so many issues when the big day got there they ended up giving everyone a huge refund. Night and day experience. I came out of the bathroom, and zipped my small cross body bag back up because I had just put eye drops in because I suffer from severe dry eye. Guess they didn't like that I zipped my purse because then I saw two employees following me and watching me in the bedding aisle. And then one of them walked down the aisle, picked up a sheet set from the top shelf and then put it right back down & continued watching me. I'm curious- where exactly did you expect me to shove a king sized sheet set into my purse that can barely hold my wallet and keys? They're a HomeGoods /Marshalls combo in a large shopping plaza so there's plenty of parking. Upon walking in the store is pretty bright and it's clearly signed which side is HomeGoods. The thing I appreciated most about this HomeGoods was that while it was nice and in-stock it was no where near as overwhelmingly stuffed with product as most of the other HomeGoods I've recently visited. This had the perfect amount of in-stocks and allowed a pleasant shopping experience without overcrowded aisles. I was able to find sooooo much that I needed and wasn't able to find in other HomeGoods like storage options (which were on clearance YAY), a salad spinner (yup I'm old school lol) and other really beautiful decor. The checkout line was short and the cashier I had was really awesome! I wish I recalled her name bc I would love to shout her out. She processed my returns and new transaction and packed my items with such care. She was also so very naturally friendly and made me smile. (For the sake of her getting the recognition she deserves if it helps she has a caramel brown skinned complexion, long dark brown/ black hair that's pretty straight, is beautiful and has an amazing smile and personality) . I told my friends that they need to visit this HomeGoods because it's just that great. And I realized I didn't take many pictures ... so I've got to visit again to do the store justice with photos :)
