Stellar service from Rom, the TV Guy! He skillfully mounted a new 43" TV for my mom in record time! Rom was responsive in communication, and quoted a very fair price. When I first spoke to him on the phone, I got a sense of confidence, which was fully justified! Rom suggested a really good mounting bracket on Amazon, which I got before his appointment to install the new TV. His skill is apparent because not long after he arrived at my mom's house to install the TV, the job was done, and he did a fantastic job! My mom was very pleased! I am so grateful I was referred to Handsome Hands. I moved into a new apartment and found it had a few issues. Our building's repair guys had no idea how to fix the fluorescent tube lights in my kitchen. They sent one guy twice and then someone else. No luck. I was cooking in the dark for over a week. I don't trust people easily. But, it's LA. We had a heatwave in April. My A/C died. I bought a new one and had it held at the warehouse. I went all over the internet looking for who could pick it up, bring it here, replace the old with the new and take away the old. I contacted several (I mean to say a lot of people) on here. I got laughed at, "we don't do that", or "I'm too busy for this". Then I got in touch with Rom. The man answered me back straight away, said he would be happy to pick it up and replace the old with the new and haul away the old. I looked at my phone as if to do a double-take. Did he say 'yes'? I repeated what I needed and he said, "No problem." He picked up the unit, texted me to tell me, and then texted me a time he'd be here. He showed up. His skills are next-level legendary, his warmth of personality is something one would only see if one were watching a show from the 50s. This is what customer service used to be. Kind, empathetic, skilled beyond expectations. Rom is on speed-dial 1,2,3 and I may put him on my In Case of Emergency list, too. You need someone? Call Rom. That's it. Done deal.
