They are fast, knowledgeable, clean and extremely hard working. I've had bad experiences with tv mounting people, but hiring Rick was the best thing I could have done to mount my tv and have all of the wires behind the drywall. I found TV Mounting Co. through Yelp. After reading through the reviews I decided to send a Yelp message requesting a quote for a top of the line 65" LG 4K TV, mount, and mounting service. I sent the message late in the afternoon and expected to get a response the next day. I was pleasantly surprised when Rick responded within a few minutes with an extremely reasonable price. In fact, Rick's price was lower than both Amazon and Best Buy. Rick was extremely responsive to all of my questions and concerns, usually responding within minutes of my messages. The installation process didn't take too long considering the fact that they were installing a 65" TV on a swivel mount. Prior to putting the TV on the wall, Rick made some measurements and showed me exactly where the tv would be. He asked for my opinion and gave his input. After reading all the wonderful reviews on Yelp, I contacted The TV Mounting Co. through Yelp. Rick responded within 15 minuets. We then scheduled an appointment to replace my 10 year old 46" Sharp TV with our new 65" TV with external sound bar. Rick and his assistant Eric, relocated the old TV to our bedroom and began replacing the old wall mount with the newer fully adjustable mount. What I thought would be an easy install became a difficult install as the 25 year old custom wall unit was placed near the electrical circuit box for the house and the old mount was attached to the back of this electrical box. Rick and Eric found the correct studs and properly installed the new mount to solid wood studs. Rick then configured the settings on the TV, programmed our remote and even helped me set up Netflix and Amazon TV. After all this work they cleaned any mess that they made and neatly stacked the cartons in the garage for me. Best of all, they did all this for the same price as Costco, Best Buy and Amazon charges. This is a quality company with people that take pride in their work. Our new LG OLED TV and Sound Bar looks wonderful in our old cabinet that once housed a 27" Panasonic TV. read more

Rick to the rescue! First of all let me say that Rick and his team are the best! To start we had a small scheduling mixup that he was more than gracious about, in fact he went out of his way to squeeze us in between another job he had a few miles away. Rick was on time and ready to work, we were installing two TV's and the price was great! It gets better though, my parents are old and a bit forgetful so they lost the bracket screws that are included with most tv for future mounting, problem right? Not for Rick and his boys! They got a few of their own screws and got the first TV up in record time. Now I was already extremely busy and was running errands, in and out of the house, Rick was trustworthy, his communication skills were impeccable , so much so that I felt like I was actually inconveniencing him. Never once did he make me feel that way though , but here's where things really get good. So I run out to get a little more cash as I had him do an on the spot job that cost a little extra, when I return he's informed me that mount I purchased is ugly and inconsistent with size of the tv and will be exposed. Oh crap huge problem right? WRONG! Rick not only came up with a solution but one quickly! I cannot say how pleased I am with his service especially because he made it so easy for me as I was picking up groceries, dropping of kids, the whole 9 yards. So Happy I found The TV Mounting Company. I needed a new 55 inch Samsung and a wireless soundbar installed without the cables showing. Called them on a Monday and spoke to Rick. He quoted me a very fair price that included the installation and new high quality HDMI cables. We set up the install for Friday morning. They were running behind some on the install date but called me to let me know. Rick and his co-worker moved the old TV and moved in place the new TV console for me. They used a shop vac to clean up after drilling holes in the drywall and wore shoe covers as well. I originally supplied my own TV mount, however after considering the location I wanted to place it in, it would not have been centered. He was very honest with me and offered an alternative mount he had for sale, not being pushy at all, and was still willing to use the mount I originally supplied. I needed install for a 65" TV. I left a message for Rick and he called me within 10 minutes and said he could come and do the install that afternoon. He called one hour before he was supposed to arrive, to tell me he was running on time which I appreciated. He arrived one hour later, right on schedule, and with the help of another technician mounted my TV perfectly and took the time to explain the system. I am not technical at all, and I'm sure it was frustrating for him to keep going over the steps, but he stayed calm and was great at explaining the system. Great service. i called another company the day before. They told me they needed a deposit and the rest of the balance would be charged when the job was finished. Will that was a lie. The tech showed up without the mount we asked for and total me I could go out and buy one and he'll come back. I cancelled and found out they charge us the full amount.
