    Steak Tip Ceaser Salad
    Greg P.

Truly enjoyed our alfresco dining experience at the Union Bluff Grill. Our waitress Kristen was outstanding!! Started off with the Buffalo Tenders which were fantastic. I ordered the Steak Tip Cseaser Salad which was very good. My wife had a Spinach & Garlic Ravioli with sun dried tomatoes which she loved. Overall a wonderful experience the view looking out at York Beach was a big plus. I'd go back!

This salad is the best Cobb Salad Ive ever had. The chicken was so yummy and cooked wonderfully. Our Server Kate was awesome.

I was visiting friends in the area and they took me here. I could tell I was going to like this place from the minute I stepped inside! We got a table around the corner, overlooking the ocean, beautiful from the recent snowfall. I've forgotten our server's name, but she was awesome! I had the beef stew & biscuit special. Friends had the fish tacos & haddock sandwich. We all shared an Indian pudding for dessert--one of the best I've had at a restaurant! When in York, check this place out!

What a great spot!! We got a table on the patio just after sunset. Our server was fantastic. Efficient and friendly. We were there a little past closing as we finished and didn't feel rushed at all. Haddock Reuben was yummy with a nice piece of fish. Fried chicken sandwich was juicy and large. Mine was a little overcooked but still tasty. Overall good!

What a great evening. Lovely views, great staff and awesome food. Connected to the hotel, it is still easy to get in. Not sure if you can use the valet parking, but there is plenty of places around town and an enjoyable walk. With a great view of the beach and ocean, you really can't go wrong. The staff is very friendly. Great menu options and specials. Yep he hummus platter was huge snd a meal of its own. Plus bread so come hungry for sure. The cod special was incredible and with the sauce on the side, I was able to control the amount. Loved it. Offered a full bar, beer rotation and everything else to meet the needs of your group. What a fun space, casual dining, pub and small outdoor seating options available. We will be back for sure.

    Haddock Tacos with side salad

Excellent lunch! 4 of us went for lunch and all were satisfied. We wanted a nice lunch, with a view and a little holiday vibe. We sat at a sunny, decorated window with a nice view of Short Sands and the ocean. We started with 3 bloody Mary's which were tasty and an ice cold Alagash beer. We ordered another shot of vodka as we like them to be a tad stronger. 2 of us ordered the haddock Rueben , one the haddock tacos and the other a haddock sandwich. All were generous portions. Two of us got the side salad which was the perfect size and very fresh, with their crab dressing (sounds weird but actually tasty) and 2 got the side fries that were very crispy without being overcooked. Finally some nice crispy fries! It was a nice lunch and we all were glad we chose this spot as there isn't a lot of lunch options off season up this way. We all said we will be back.

First time trying The Union Bluff- Pub restaurant and it was pretty good. A little loud but it was a Saturday and it was Fall Festival in York, ME. So, to be expected. The service was great. Fast and food was delivered very quickly. Food was delicious. Deceiving because the pics I saw on the website didn't look like a lot of food. When you get the food on the table.... The portions are HUGE! Good but massive. I suppose nothing wrong with that. Good food is good food.

We visited on Friday night and sat at a table as the bar seating was pretty packed. Crowd was pretty chill - a mixture of people in their 20's having drinks & apps, and then older couples/families enjoying dinner. We were happy to see Smithwicks on the draft menu, and we also got a Downeast cider with a caramel/cinnamon rim. We ordered the house made mozzarella sticks, which were ginormous, crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and all around delicious. We all opted with different types of burgers - sliders, fried chicken, and a pub burger. All were served with fries and were perfectly cooked. The coating on my fried chicken was crispy and flavorful. Service was awesome - our glasses were never left empty! Best of all, Dwyers has a free jukebox packed with favorites. Looking forward to coming back on our next visit to Portsmouth - we'll definitely be trying the deviled eggs, wings, and fried oreos!

My mom has been here before for their BBQ food & ranted on how good it was so that made me want to come & get some BBQ. I think she was the only one working the tables & bar this day on 08/17/2026 around 12-1pm. She was nice, attentive, fast & got our orders correct. My mom, SIL & I all got the brisket dish. I had Mac & cheese which I've had better, cornbread (not too bad, I had to ask for some butter & it came out hard and cold which made it hard to spread on my cornbread) & their home made onion rings which were delicious! The brisket was pretty tasty too, not dried out. They serve the BBQ sauce on the side in a plastic cup and that had a sweet, yummy taste to it. My brother got the pastrami sandwich which was HUGE! All of our meals were big and we had to take left overs home. Food didn't seem to take too long to come out. Music was playing on their juke box & it was a little too loud that it was hard to hear when everyone was talking & we were next to each other and across from each other so it may be best when it's not busy to turn the volume down on it. The bathroom needed some attention as it looked like the toilet bowl hadn't been cleaned in a while as it had a slight pink ring around the water bowl. You could miss the turn into this place as it can come up quick & there sign is small & hard to see when coming from the Kittery side.
