This salad is the best Cobb Salad Ive ever had. The chicken was so yummy and cooked wonderfully. Our Server Kate was awesome.

I was visiting friends in the area and they took me here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I could tell I was going to like this place from the minute I stepped inside![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We got a table around the corner, overlooking the ocean, beautiful from the recent snowfall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I've forgotten our server's name, but she was awesome! I had the beef stew & biscuit special. Friends had the fish tacos & haddock sandwich. We all shared an Indian pudding for dessert--one of the best I've had at a restaurant! When in York, check this place out!

What a great spot!! We got a table on the patio just after sunset. Our server was fantastic. Efficient and friendly. We were there a little past closing as we finished and didn't feel rushed at all. Haddock Reuben was yummy with a nice piece of fish. Fried chicken sandwich was juicy and large. Mine was a little overcooked but still tasty. Overall good!

Excellent lunch! 4 of us went for lunch and all were satisfied. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We wanted a nice lunch, with a view and a little holiday vibe. We sat at a sunny, decorated window with a nice view of Short Sands and the ocean[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. We started with 3 bloody Mary's which were tasty and an ice cold Alagash beer. We ordered another shot of vodka as we like them to be a tad stronger. 2 of us ordered the haddock Rueben , one the haddock tacos and the other a haddock sandwich. All were generous portions. Two of us got the side salad which was the perfect size and very fresh, with their crab dressing (sounds weird but actually tasty) and 2 got the side fries that were very crispy without being overcooked. Finally some nice crispy fries! It was a nice lunch and we all were glad we chose this spot as there isn't a lot of lunch options off season up this way. We all said we will be back.

What a great evening. Lovely views, great staff and awesome food. Connected to the hotel, it is still easy to get in. Not sure if you can use the valet parking, but there is plenty of places around town and an enjoyable walk. With a great view of the beach and ocean, you really can't go wrong. The staff is very friendly. Great menu options and specials. Yep he hummus platter was huge snd a meal of its own. Plus bread so come hungry for sure. The cod special was incredible and with the sauce on the side, I was able to control the amount. Loved it. Offered a full bar, beer rotation and everything else to meet the needs of your group. What a fun space, casual dining, pub and small outdoor seating options available. We will be back for sure.

First time trying The Union Bluff- Pub restaurant and it was pretty good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A little loud but it was a Saturday and it was Fall Festival in York, ME. So, to be expected.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was great. Fast and food was delivered very quickly. Food was delicious. Deceiving because the pics I saw on the website didn't look like a lot of food. When you get the food on the table.... The portions are HUGE! Good but massive. I suppose nothing wrong with that. Good food is good food.

A really nice local place whether you want to get a drink or a meal. Personally the chicken wings and nachos are great. The service is always friendly and great as well as quick. It's such a quaint old school pub vibe.

We enjoyed a nice lunch at The Union Bluff Pub. The server was so friendly and welcoming. The lobster rolls were absolutely delicious! The fries were also good. We sat by the window and had a beautiful view of the ocean.

We visited on Friday night and sat at a table as the bar seating was pretty packed. Crowd was pretty chill - a mixture of people in their 20's having drinks & apps, and then older couples/families enjoying dinner. We were happy to see Smithwicks on the draft menu, and we also got a Downeast cider with a caramel/cinnamon rim. We ordered the house made mozzarella sticks, which were ginormous, crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and all around delicious. We all opted with different types of burgers - sliders, fried chicken, and a pub burger. All were served with fries and were perfectly cooked. The coating on my fried chicken was crispy and flavorful. Service was awesome - our glasses were never left empty! Best of all, Dwyers has a free jukebox packed with favorites. Looking forward to coming back on our next visit to Portsmouth - we'll definitely be trying the deviled eggs, wings, and fried oreos!

I actually would go as far as saying they are underrated in talks of all the breweries in Maine. They have always been a brewery with a vast amount of variety in their styles they brew. Such as IPAs, fruited sours, porters, stouts, lagers, and so many more. Enough variety you could visit and all your party could find their style. They also deserve a lot of credit for being one of the first if not the first in the state to jump on the non-alcoholic train for beers. This has expanded to basically be as varied in style as their usual beers now. I actually enjoyed their NA Mexican Lager and it was delicious and would be a great option for those looking for NA beers. My wife grabbed their NA seltzer and enjoyed it as well. Since that expansion they have also moved into adaptogen beverages as well as CBD/THC drinks too. They keep expanding their portfolio while also doing what they already do so well! Also for non beer drinkers they did have some bourbon and other spirits available as well. Really great options for all who show up! They don't offer food themselves besides some free popcorn, which was seasoned perfectly! Although if feeling like more food swing in next door to Weathervine and grab some food before to pair with your drink. The bartender was very friendly and apologized when my first choice kicked and from his interactions with other patrons it is clear Woodland Farms cares about their customers! A spot my wife and I will make sure to return to sooner rather than later. You should check it out as well!

We ordered "Big Bac" fries as a starter and we're pleasantly surprised at how zesty the sauce was. Think the ingredients in a Big Mac sauce, chopped pickles included, and then spread over fries. Yummy! I got Bourbon Marinated Steak tips with corn bread and baked beans. When the plate arrived, those steak tips were calling my name! The marinade was perfect. So savory and mouthwatering. The corn bread and baked beans weren't overly sweet but just enough, which I appreciated. One of my traveling companions ordered the Mac and Cheese with Beef Brisket. It was definitely enough for 2-3 portions! The pic does not do it justice on how large the portion is. Drinks were good too. I liked the Raspberry Lime Rickey. I had so much food. Mash was great but the presentation not so much. Just thrown on. Veggies could have been left off. They tasted like something from a stir-fry dish. Didn't work with the meal. Other two meals were the captain plate and tacos. The captain plate was huge 6 scallops, 6 shrimp and one piece of haddock plus fried and rings. Haddock was not the best, in fact wasn't even sure if that was haddock. Tacos were great, but coleslaw and chips with salsa could have been rice and beans. Only the tacos were touched. Customers don't like waiting in a empty pub, that's what made me give the 3 stars. One more thing, might want to check the chairs as well, my bf went to sit down and had he attempted to scoot the chair in as he was already sitting on it, the wooden part he was sitting on lifted up as he moved and his finger got smashed in between the wood.
