If I didn't shout to stop and let her go... he would have broken her leg. He looked up and laughed saying "oh is this your dog" she was visibly shaken and in pain. We left immediately- the fee was waved for the hack job they did, but more than that- the physical pain and trauma they did to my dog. We contacted the veterinarian who stated she was very fortunate I walked in and they monitored her for damage. She was sore and had a limp for 2 days following our trip for a simple nail trim and grind. We called and spoke to the district manager who initially laughed at my boyfriend for being upset and then later apologized for doing so. They stated they would review the video- and get back. They never did. There is nothing this company can do for our family- we just wanted the acknowledgment that this occurred and apology, along with a promise that this won't happen to anyone else. This company cannot do that... each day, they put dogs in harms way; it's disgusting.

She is our first dog, and we were very cautious when choosing the breeder. We spoke with Ginny before visiting the puppies and received pictures so we knew what the puppies looked like. They are raised in a household where kids are around, and as a result she LOVES kids and all people. We got to meet one of the parents as well (the other was still in Virginia). Truly no complaints. I love how you get to go and meet the puppies in person and choose which one you want as opposed to just being assigned a puppy (like many other breeders do). This really allowed us to pick the puppy whose personality we thought would best match what we were looking for. We happened to meet Sadie's sister (who happens to live in the same town), and her sister's family also had a very positive experience. Another family we know also got a puppy from them and has had no problems either! I am glad that there now exists a place for people to write reviews because one of my biggest fears was getting a dog from a breeder that didn't really have reviews online. I'm not sure what the first review was talking about, but I am pretty sure that Sadie is the exact breed that we were told we were getting (f1b mini golden doodle)! She has had zero health problems and is already 4! Such a healthy and energetic pup (the only complaint is that she does have a lot of energy, though that is typical of the breed)! I left Shane's wheels outside and unfortunately it took a toll on his wheelchair. He won't use the drag bag so he scoots. I wanted to get a new chair but again because of life events I couldn't afford it. I called them up and they refurbish free! Because mine was so beat up I payed a very affordable minimal fee for work and parts. I received it after 2 days and I can't thank you enough!!!! What a great company with such kind people who provide a unique product !!!

It has been 5 years now, threads a bit worn from all the walking, added some fuzzy cushiness for rubbing, but recently a welded joint failed...might have been from bump bump bump up and down back steps to dog run. These wheels are literally our life line to a somewhat normal routine. I contacted EW for advise...they advised me that that their welds were guaranteed, so they would replace them. What!!!??? I am just...beyond astounded...so grateful and...gosh...what company does this!? Thank you Eddies Wheels...you are my heroes!
