Unleashed is the only bar of its kind in the area, and it does a good job with what it has! There is a small inside seating area with access to the bar as well as a larger outdoor area for pups to play. You order your beer/wine/spritzer (no liquor here) through a little window from outside. They usually have a rotating draft list of 10 or so beers and a few standard and domestic beers in cans. Unleashed has TVs outside and will usually be playing sports. They also have Trivia and Bingo nights during the week. But really, when there are dogs running around and playing, who needs any other entertainment? The owners and employees are great people with big hearts for man's best friend. They are attentive, making sure water bowls are refilled and often pick up the poop that owners may have missed. We take our Dalmatian Duke here all the time. Even though we live outside of town, it's worth the drive. The owners are super friendly and inviting. It's perfect for game days because we have a beer, watch our favorite team play, all while Duke expels energy. We also find it very convenient when it's cold, or raining. With having their heat lams and covered area, Duke can still run around and wrestle while I stay warm. On top of everything, the mulch there is great. It doesn't get muddy or soggy when it rains, and it's still soft enough for my dog to run on it. 5/5 would recommend to any dog owner in the Greenville area! read more

I love this place! The staff are very very friendly and helpful when it comes to choosing drinks and making sure everything stays in order. They have staff who walk around who pick up dogs poop when the owner is not paying attention so that is very nice. I took my baby who's a 7 month old pitty on a Saturday afternoon. He had a blast!! They had a "puppy cop" on duty, but there were a lot of dogs and some owners definitely didn't pay any attention to their dogs. When we first got there a blood hound puppy, 8 months old per the puppy cop, started to be overly aggressive with Dude. Twice I had to spray him from jerking Dude's right rear leg. He even pulled him in the air. An owner was nowhere in sight, or at least not paying any attention. Afterwards, my baby had a really fun time with all the other dogs, including the more aggressive blood hound puppy. A couple hours later though, it was obvious that those couple hard jerks on the back leg had strained or sprained something. Not a huge deal, but just fair warning to watch your dog because you can't expect the "puppy cop" to be able to keep up with all of them if there's a lot of pups (or especially if a puppy cop isn't on "duty"), and several of the owners were not really interested in what their dogs were doing, not all, but enough to warrant watching yours if you really think of them as your baby. Overall, Dude had a blast. The staff was super nice. Just realize that if your dog is young or shy, you'll probably have to show some diligence to make sure they don't get hurt by a more aggressive pup. read more

We've come to visit this place maybe 5 times now and tonight is the 2nd time my 5 month old pup who is probably the most laid back pyrenees you'd ever meet has been attacked by a dog who to my knowledge already was feeling 'finicky'. Mind you- we barely got inside the door when it happened. The first attack btw- did puncture his back leg- I found the wound later. Unfortunately neither time did my dog even try to fight back because he doesn't even understand why the heck he is being mauled. -Both of these attacks could have been completely avoided had the business enforced the rules. There should be a zero tolerance for aggressive behavior. I understand things will happen without notice and that's why I thought I'd give this place a 2nd chance, but both of these situations have been from repeat violators. To you dog owners- if your kid punched another kid in the face at the playground- wouldn't that be a sign that you need to leave or are you just going to stick around and hangout for a little while longer?? Just curious. A refund is expected at this point because I will not pay for a dog to be traumatized due to other people's negligence. It's extremely upsetting to me because I am trying to socialize my dog in ways that will build his character- not deform it. And for a place that requires membership and signage to rules- there are higher standards you guys need to acclimate to. read more

Love this place. Great staff and great bartenders. My dogs love playing with everyone and always get seem to make new friends. Like every dog there's always issues but the yard staff is always quick to react. If there's a problem they resolve it. It's usually the people that don't play well with others that are usually missing general people skills. But the staff is usually quick to respond to that too. REMUS is one of my dogs favorite playmates they play tag and chase each other all over. Remus is a gentle furball not your typical police K9. At the end of the night my dog is finally tired. It can be a very popular place (which means it can get very crowded). So if you're dog isn't used to it. Recommended to come on a slow day so your dog can adjust to its new surroundings. Overall best place in town if you're a dog lover. It's the cleanest dog park/bar in town and they even have beer. What else could you ask for. read more
