They kept pointing out over and over that insurance only covers 2 cleanings and I kept pointing out over and over that I was paying cash for the 3rd appt. Ultimately they said they couldn't do 3 cleanings a year and then today while I was there a lady checking out was told that her next appt is in 4 months because she is seen every 4 months.... That's 3 times a year! So they pick and choose claiming you have to have disease in order to be seen more than twice. Then I get a cleaning at my 6 month appt and a dentist doesn't even look at my teeth... When I check out, the lady looks at me and says "yes what can I do for you?" Like I'm inconveniencing her. I said I need to book my next dental appt. She goes "what do want to book?" I'm like my next 6 month appt to see the dentist! She then looks at the schedule and says that's too far away call in July to book your October appt. I'm almost 40 and have never experience such a crap dentist office. It's standard to see the dentist every 6 months. This place has gone downhill.

Now it's horrible…read more Ever since they closed the downtown location and switched to a new (less effective) version of EPIC MyChart, it's been terrible. Hard to reach anyone. Clinic is ghost town inside. My appointment waits are insane. I recently had an annual eye exam that took 2 1/2 hours to complete. Obviously the management of the place has gone down hill. My primary care physician retired early. My rheumatologist and my dermatologist both left the clinic for private practice. So except for my ophthalmologist, my entire care team has jumped ship. It's time to leave. It was great for a long time, but not any more.

The telephone wait times are often times 2 hours to just make an appointment. They have fired almost all their support staff and lab techs, so you wait over a month to get an appointment to get lab work done. Doctors are booked 6-8 months out to meet with primary care. Run, don't walk away from the portland clinic. Patient care is no longer a focus - bottom line cost savings appear to be the number one priority. Perhaps they are streamlining expenses to sell out to a for profit venture capital company? If you want competent, care, find another clinic.

I reached out on 4/02/2026 through the patient portal and did not receive a response until 4/20/2026 (after prompting them again on the 16th). I requested some labs be revised in April, and the office confirmed that they were, and then my "revised" labs were received in June with no changes. The staff has always been kind when I've had appointments, but kindness is not a substitute for consistent and truthful communication. There is no reason for a private healthcare facility to be so understaffed, or to pay their staff so little, that returning a phone call takes two months.

I have a wonderful PCP in Dr. Alyusuf and have found the medical receptionists, though often busy, to be consistently polite and willing to go the extra mile to resolve any questions I have. Referrals to specialists are also speedy and accurate. I agree that the phone wait for scheduling can be long, though not always, and there is an option to dial right into the clinic, as well. Maybe I've been fortunate so far, but I feel grateful as a new resident of Tigard to find a wonderful doctor and dedicated staff in a clinic conveniently located nearby.

Never have i experienced a discussion about my labs and a break down in such a way that it was understandable. The referrals were explained and why they were needed. Check in was easy. The lab tech that I had for a myriad of vials made the draw quick and painless. Her humor and manner was appreciated. She was even serious as she humorously handed off the 24 hour sample jug. She answered every question I had and sent me on my way laughing and smiling.

My feet and hands were numb until I would step on something or brush anything up against the tips of my toes or my fingers. Quality of life was zero. When I tried to get them to help me, they pretty much ignored my pain. They didn't do anything. I'm hold that cancer doctors are supposed to help with your pain to keep you from suffering and to allow you to be able to continue your treatment. Well I didn't get anything like that. I even refused treatment because I couldn't take any more pain from the cumulative effect of the chemo. It wasn't until today, one month after refusing treatments and putting in a referral request to go to the Knight Center with OHSU that they called and offered me an appointment with their Dr Windler, because they were concerned about my pain. Not after the first refusal of treatment, nor the second or third. Only when I requested to be transferred somewhere else did they offer me an appointment. I cannot believe how badly I have suffered. And even though it's been 4 weeks since I had treatment I am still suffering. The neuropathy and numbness continue. I can only hope my new doctor will be more understanding. Avoid this place at all costs. They're more concerned with how they look and what they can get from you and not how you actually feel as a human being going through chemotherapy. They even kept reporting in my medications file all the things that they gave me before and during chemo treatment and the chemotherapy that I received. And they even did that for the days I refused treatment and was not there. They scam you. Ridiculous.

Excellent care: Nathan Way | Great service, great location…read more I have been here twice this past week and I am incredibly grateful for this place and the people that work here. I've been experiencing chronic hives for about two weeks now with no known cause. They come and go in the morning and night only on my legs. Over the two weeks, I've become more anxious and stressed out because I can't figure out what the cause is (no food allergies, no new detergent or lotions...etc). The first time I walked in, I was pleased with how quickly I was seen and evaluated. I wasn't that satisfied with the first doctor's evaluation at first because she said the same thing the other two advice nurses said prior to this walk-in appointment. I left with no answers but a prescription to manage the hives. Fast forward two days and today I experienced a panic attack while driving. I called my husband to come and pick me up because I knew that I couldn't be behind the wheel. I was shaky, cold, elevated heart rate, anxiety-ridden, dizzy/lightheaded.... it was bad. So he took me to immediate care here again. It was a busy Friday and the staff notified me that it would be a 2hr wait, but it's still much better than going to the ER. It was worth waiting for 1h 30m to be seen by Dr. Nathan Way. He asked me lots of questions and took his time explaining to me what hives are and how my body reacts to stress. I never felt rushed. He was very knowledgeable and had his assistant, who was also the sweetest lady ever, come and read my glucose levels and do an EKG. It really made me feel better to know that we could rule out some potential factors. I ended up leaving with the same prescription as the previous doctor but also with more knowledge that it's likely caused by stress. The staff are very friendly and patient here. They work hard to get everyone in. I would come back here again if I had to. Thank you so much!

My oncologist scheduled me here for my 6 month post chemo CT on a Monday at 7:30. A workday at the crack of dawn. No one checked with me first. So, I started grumpy. My minion picked me up at 6:30 and because of traffic, he was grumpy too. Parking was easy. The place was easy to find on the ground floor to the left of Providence Immediate Care. They had "Finding Dory" playing on a big tv and there was comfy seating. My wait was only long because I had to drink contrast beforehand in two doses over an hour. It was hard to stay cranky for too long. Everyone was really nice, the procedure was smooth. The contrast they made me drink was disgusting as usual ( I don't like the texture, I am a fragile flower) but they have a bowl of peppermints on the counter that really helped. Yay. My results were in My Chart fairly soon after, a clean scan. No sign of cancer. All good. And my minion got me a mocha after. Of course.
