I arrived and was greeted promptly and only had to wait a few minutes while the notary (Vandy) wrapped up with another client. I had one document that I needed notarized and then shipped. The process was very easy. Vandy was kind and efficient and I was on my way. I would definitely select this location for notary services in the future. From both a cost and time perspective, I believe that the service I received matched the value.

It was great being able to casually drop off packages in the bins, for free, nice and easy. Imagine my surprise when I stopped by last night to find a new employee, an older woman than the usual staff member, who was SO rude. Someone else mentioned it - yes, they now definitely charge $1 per USPS package, same as the Postal Annex (which is why I came here, to avoid that charge). I came in with around 10 small USPS packages, wanted to drop them off in the bin. The employee says "no you have to drop them off here, so that UPS knows to pick them up." Go up, tell her they're not UPS but USPS. She says "Oh, you really should have just come straight here, y'know. It's $1 per package." I said, "Sorry, I didn't know. Nevermind then." I don't know how long the old system was in place for, but if you're gonna change all the rules, please make some signage or something? Don't just yell at me and then scold me for doing the wrong procedure.

I have a mail box there as I travel quite a bit and find it very useful. My mail tended to pile up in my home mailbox and I'd lost some important mail. Having the box which is available 24/7 is a good way of safeguarding my mail. While I can't say they run a copy center there, it is a good place to make one or two copies of things, to ship parcels from and handle the basic home style features those of us who dont work need infrequently. The owner and workers are always helpful-I'd noticed that a weekly newspaper I receive was getting ripped and asked them to hold it out of my box instead of stuffing it in-and they were happy to do it. These guys work hard to have a pleasant place where I can send a fax, make a copy and ship packages. Thats their job-it's what they do and they do it nicely.

I've seen who I presume is the new owner getting angry with two customers: telling them they are wrong, telling them their business isn't welcome, telling them they weren't responsible for lost packages. And you expect me to email you? To what end? So you can drop me as a customer too? Get out. Sell the company to somebody else. You've already burned so many bridges just days after taking over.
