I had to return 2 At&t remotes and they told me to walk into any ups store to send them back for free.. I walked into this location and there was a rude young Indian guy who told me straight up NO they can only send it if I have the console too..! I called AT&T back and they said they shouldn't have said no.. So I went to the location on Orangethorpe and Euclid and they were two gracious Asian older gentleman who said they would be happy to do it for me..! They were wondering why the other store wasn't interested in making money since AT&T pays for it anyway..! I then found out ups stores are franchises and run by different owners..! I showed up to send out a medium sized Home Depot box that weighed less than 5 pounds. We were in a rush, and didn't tape the box up at home. I've shipped out countless items before, and other UPS stores always let me use their tape The employee Adrian refused to tape it for free. He charged $3 for the service of taping a box. I called him out on it being a BS charge, and he defended it as a legitimate labor charge. He couldn't even look me in the face while he was regurgitating policy. Store is supposed to be open at 9am. I went there and someone from the Building Management of the strip mall told me they would not open until 9:30am. My experience with all of the local UPS Stores has been poor. FedEx does a much better job and will get my business whenever possible. read more

I went there for a prepaid return shipping label. I bought the label and asked for it to be scanned. They charge $7 to scan a label?! This place is overpriced! It's better to go to another UPS store. They have more reasonable prices. read more

Came in to drop a pre-paid postage, return package. The box didn't have tape, so they charge me $1.62 for a roll of tape. The box I gave them didn't need a whole roll of tape, which I didn't see or get the rest of. I gave them 2 stars for the girl's nonchalant politeness. I recommend going to FedEx, they give you better service and the taping is FREE. read more

I see why people say don't go here. I came by to drop off a package and it was 915. Barely opening the store and the store hour was 830am. A lady was in front of me and looked angry because they weren't open yet. I decided to leave and not drop off my package. Even though it's close to home, I'll make an effort to drive a little out of the ways to drop off my packages now. read more

I have never been so disappointed with a delivery system as I am with UPS. They never cease to amaze me on how bad their drivers are at the simple task of delivering a package. I had three adults at home waiting for a delivery and the driver was so laze and unqualified to make the delivery even with the door open. You'd think they got payed by the mile instead of by doing what their job is which is delivering a package. The company I work for refuses to use UPS and now I can see why. Hey UPS here's a clue, try some customer service, after all that is what you're payed for. read more

Had a prepaid shipping label taped to my package and the bitter Indian female tried charging me over $100 to ship my package. Go to the location on Lincoln by the Harbor Lofts!!! Friendly and fast service there. I was in and out in under one minute (with no one trying to sell me anything), literally. Clearly this location is hurting for money. The female was rude to another employee in front of customers, too. If you hate your job so much find a different one. read more

Beware...they try to charge you for things you don't need. Came to drop off a package that i already had a package label for and the employee still charged me. Why? I don't ever need to pay for anything extra when the packaging label comes from Amazon. I didn't realize it until it was too late that this employee had conned me. Another time was when I needed tape for a package before handing it over to them. The employee pointed at the section where I could get tape to pay for it whereas before, they would package it for you. So unreliable! read more

I've been a customer at this particular UPS Store for several years now. The owner and his employees are extremely nice and very helpful, and I know my mail will always be available quickly, and anything I need to send will be properly packaged and addressed and sent out with dispatch. I'm amazed and bemused by some of the poor reviews I've just read, because, over the past several years, with regular contact, I've never had any problem or observed anything but the very best service possible! Are SOME of their services more expensive than your local PO? Sure, but you get what you pay for! I wouldn't ever have a problem recommending THIS store to any one of my friends. The folks here are reliable, efficient, and very friendly. Couldn't ask for a better place to do business. If you need reliable, quick and friendly service, then I'd recommend this store to you without any reservation. read more

Went there today to ship back my package I asked for scissors and tape to paste my prepaid shipping label and this Asian guy wants to charge me $1.50 to secure the package. I don't mind paying $1.50 if it's for a good reason but first of all it was already a prepaid label and second I asked him to explain to me the "secure the package" fee and he said that it was to make sure the package stays safe they honestly want to make a quick buck. read more

Bought a bunch of boxes. Supposedly 50% off but still VERY expensive. Noted boxes were much cheaper at the LBC store across the parking lot. Did not even drive anywhere but they would not take boxes back on return. Shipping also cost 6X more than post office. Would NOT recommend this store. read more

I came to this location to get a livescan done for my place of employment. This location was the closets to where I lived. There was one person ahead of me just dropping off a package. The livescan took about 10-15 mins they processed my paperwork then did my fingerprints. I would come back to this location. read more

Went there on 10/06/16. Online said opens at 8:30 am but sign on door says open at 9:00 am. Four people waiting and the clerk showed up at 9:15 am. He gave no apology or anything. I guess we all should have been honored he showed up at all. Will be taking my business else where in the future. read more

We went here to send two items home to Utah that would have cost a lot to take on the plane. We didn't realize this UPS store would cost more than the carry on price for the plane. We received very good service, he told us both of the boxes would be about $40.00 to ship we said "ok let's do it". The he packed the boxes and did a good job. When he rang up the bill it came to over $100.00 ! The receipt showed an unbelievable amount for the boxes and supplies such as bubble wrap ! Box items yourself and take to UPS or USPS ! $60.00 was not worth the convenience of having someone box up 2 items. read more

The people here were very nice and helpful to me. I needed to send something overnight to Nevada and they were able to help me with that quickly. Didn't have to wait as long as I would have in the post office for the same thing. 10/10 would go back here if I need to send something else. read more
