Very poor customer service. I have been using this location for a while now for all of my shipping needs. I manage a large automotive dealership around the corner. I have always overlooked their lack of service because of their convenient location but no more. A client of mine accidentally shipped a small box to them instead of my location as i am guessing this UPS store is too lazy to request the correct return to address. So my package is returned to them and they charge me $20 to pick it up. To make things worse, a package i had them ship for me was not taped completely closed so the contents fall out. UPS will not honor the insurance because the box was delivered. I used to send all of my new hires to this location for live scan. I used to ship all of my packages through this location. Make sure your package is taped up prior to coming unless you want to be charged $1 per box. The other locations have NEVER charged me.

I had not seen the reviews on this place prior to going, but seriously support them 100%. I called this place twice and was assured they could ship a bike for me. I had already been to one UPS Store location and was told it would cost about $50.00 to ship a bike but the did not have a box. The women on the phone assured me that she could ship the bike without having to take it apart. This is was a pretty rush order so I drove over there-- BOY was that a HUGE MISTAKE!!!! She took the bike back and then asked me where it was going and gave her the details and asked how much the bike was worth. I asked why she needed to know and she said that it was going to cost between $200.00 and $300.00 to box and ship it. WTF!!!! She said that she had no idea why the person at the other store said it would only cost $50.00 wish to send. I told her she was crazy if she thought I was going to spend $200-300 to ship this and grabbed the bike and left. I shipped the bike myself this morning via online and printed my own label. Box: Free (Thanks to Fullerton Bikes who will be getting a 5 star review) Shipping: $57.56 Pick Up at my door: $11.18 Called UPS today to file a complaint about this location already. RIDICULOUS!!!! I was met by warm and friendly employees and was greeted and helped almost immediately. The employees were clear with the amount I would pay, they had reasonable prices on printing and I will definitely be back! I've rented a box here for a few years and have enjoyed not having to worry about my packages being received and held for me. I have consistently received courteous and efficient service from the staff even during peak periods of store activity with lots of costumers, lots of ingoing & outgoing packages as well as multiple drivers picking up and delivering at the same time. I am impressed with the way the staff juggles the volatile workload throughout the day as well as providing the variety of services they offer while continuing to be courteous, efficient and patient. I've been there enough that I've heard the same customer questions asked and patiently answered many times. I've also regularly seen the staff doing their best to assist customers as much as they can within the limitations of their infrastructure and company policies while continuing to be courteous and patient. read more

Absolutely outstanding service! I own a mailbox and had never received any issues, packages arrive as expected, on time with no damages. It is one way to mitigate your porch pirates who like to steal your valuable package. This allows you to have a dedicated address vs a POBox and their operating hours are more accommodating. This location provides most of my shipping needs at affording price. They even have 2 dedicated parking spots for when you're on the go to drop off or pick up packages. One of few trusted location to receive your mail. Will continue to maintain my inboxing and shipping needs with this location. I am giving them 1 star because zero is not an option. Do not use them for Amazon returns. I took a package for them to print label and ship. The guy tried to sell me their shipping package bag. This is after Amazon said, as long as product is not exposed and it has label they will take it. Ups guy was using the clear bag as a flaw and a way to make a sale. Keep in mind, he offered to send it at 1st. I love Amazon, they gave me $3 credit for the shipping package. They shouldn't have too if this UPS location would just do their job. read more

Horrible customer service. These people have NO communication skills with customers. I walked in with my daughter and was told "we will be right with you." I watched as the employee hung tape rolls on the wall and I figured she was busy and I'd wait. Well, another customer walked in and this employee went to help the other customer after my daughter and I had been waiting for several minutes. When I called her out on not helping us first, despite our waiting, she said "oh I forgot." I was completely floored that she would be so incompetent to "forget" that TWO people are standing in the store, at the counter, 10 feet away from her. Why is this woman working if she has selective amnesia? She gave me a very dry apology and said "well sorry what are you here for?" And caught a TONE with ME...the CUSTOMER! So not only did she "forget" I was standing there but she also got a bad attitude? Throw the whole store away at this point. As soon as I entered, I waited in the front to be attended. I usually print my labels online for it is much easier. I asked the man in the front if I could weigh my box and he immediately said that there was a charge, even though I wasn't charged the day before to weigh my box. Very weird. I was just trying to proceed with my business, but this man was having a bad day or something, for he was giving me a lot attitude. I've been to many UPS stores and never once have I had to purchase tape. The lady pointed to the wall where tape was hanging and told me I needed to purchase it. Friday May 27th, 2022, I went to UPS to ship some large canvas paintings to my family. When I brought in the paintings, the employee took them, brought a box from the back, and packaged them without any discussion of price. After providing an address, the employee states the charge will be between $300 and $400 depending on how quickly I would like it shipped. The paintings were not worth this much, which the employee was aware of because she needed to know how much value was being shipped. After telling her this is far outside what I had expected and that I'll just take my paintings back, she stated she would have to charge for the packaging, which came to about $100. $100 for a box and bubble wrap. My options at this point were to spend $100 to take my own paintings back home that were wrapped without any discussion of cost, or ship the paintings for almost $300. Not wanting to needlessly waste $100, I shipped the paintings. I told the employee that this felt like a scam and that the box/wrapping should have been disclosed before I wasn't able to take the paintings back without a charge. Had I known the box and bubble wrap would be $100, I would not have shipped with UPS - much less the overall shipping being $300. I was left with no good options as soon as they were placed in the box, and feel completely taken advantage of. read more

Right, cause even the owners of this UPS probably realize how ridiculous it is to charge $1.50 for a PIECE OF TAPE. That's just tacky and I've never experienced this at any other UPS. When my boyfriend came here and purchased a box to return his textbooks inside, he also asked them to tape it. I repeat my tip: DO NOT come here for a live scan. They arent friendly nor will they listen. I drove 12-17 miles since this was the nearest location to get a live scan background check for my work. The first time I came here I was helped by this asian man and they didnt make me feel welcomed at all. After processing my paperwork some other man decided to scan my fingers and he was not gentle. I kindly told him that I had a skin condition and my fingers barely generate heat and sweat a lot so its really hard to capture my print. That didnt stop him from grabbing my fingers and rubbing them against some dirty towel (mind you I just told him I have a skin condition where my skin reacts negatively to strange bacteria and the rag was obviously dirty) then scanning my fingers. I didnt like the way I was being treated as a customer so I was glad to leave and never have to come back. WRONNGGG. My employer called saying my fingerprints didnt go through (only one finger) so I made the trek back here thinking it would be a simple scan and go (fully prepared with tracking numbers etc). After attempting to give the lady my applicant tracking number she denied that my prints were faulty. I was able to get my employer on the phone to contact them and even though my employer gave them the verification code she still said it wasnt good enough and attempted to charge me 45$ for it. Luckily my employers worked it out but it was a PAIN. And maybe if the guy scanning my prints listened he wouldve been extra careful. The lady scanned my fingers again but she used the same damn dirty rag and to wipe my fingers. Hopefully I will never have to come back here. Luckily the lady was nicer than the men and she politely explained the entire situation and tried to help me out. Oh and its awkwardly dark in here which is weird because the lights are all on. Oh and my skin ended up reacting to that rag - my skin turned red, became ridiculously itchy, and became swollen. The one star is for the lady being tolerant of the situation. Understaffed for a busy location. Only one attendant with a heavy flow of foot traffic. I waited an hour for a service while attendant took everyone else because mine was "too detailed". I timed how long mine took and minus the time she also spent doing other people's requests simultaneously, it was a total of four minutes. I don't understand why I had to be pushed aside. It's a walk-in. Nobody had appointments so why was mine less priority? Irritated. I advise people to speak up or else you'll end up waiting forever. Had flashbacks of dating ghosts because she kept me strung along. Booooo. This business is lucky because of the location. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the worst UPS store I've ever been to by far and believe me I return a lot of Amazon packages so I've been to several locations. The Indian man, who I'm assuming was the owner, was super rude and unhelpful. He seriously wanted to charge me $1.50 to tape my small box or have me buy a whole roll of tape. WTF! I stared at him for a second with confusion and told him how ridiculous that was and that they've never charged me at any other UPS. He went on about the post office and how they charge for tape. Really? You're not the post office douche Do yourself a favor and avoid this UPS store. Go to the location on Lincoln in the Anaheim Town Center. They are more helpful there and close at 7pm. So I logged on to UPS's website and got a quote for shipping my parcel at $6.95. This was a 2lb parcel which was no bigger then 10" x 8" x 4". I was sending this parcel locally to another city in Socal, so it shouldn't cost that much. The price seemed fair since it was only a few dollars more then US mail, which probably did not come with tracking. I was mailing a defective GPS unit, so its definitely wise to get a tracking number. I came into this store, and I had to wait about 5 minutes since there was only one gentlemen working the counter. During that time I was able to fill out the necessary forms, and it made my checkout smoother. I would say it went a little too smoothly. I paid and left the store to realize I was charged $9.17 for my grand total. I was wondering what happened as I looked at the receipt. It turns out that they tack on a $2 service charge at this location. I have been to other UPS stores previously, and this is a mark up for handling that each store might charge. It's at a discretion of the local store, and they can charge you pretty much whatever they desire for handling. I feel that a 30% handling fee seems a bit hefty, and I was mislead by the UPS website. I will definitely look for other locations, or call ahead to make sure there is no additional handling before sending out parcels through UPS from now. read more

This place is just horrible. The owners are bad the place is smelly and they will try to get every penny out of you. Drive the extra mile to the next ups store which is like literally 2 miles away. They're much nicer and charge you the correct price. I mean a dollar for tape? I'm surprise people still come here. I went here to ship out a small package to Utah just regular ground shipping and they tried to charge me $16.. So I said screw that and went to the other ups store down the street only charged $8 that's half the freaking price. read more

Manager Sudhir's nice guy. This place lets you print on your own sticker labels unlike staples. Staples says it is corporate policy that I can't use my own cd labels on their machienes. Frickkkk, so I looked up other copy print places. UPS was my next option and luckily they let me put my own sticker labels in their expensive machines, but they do so at a price! Got them done, albeit it was a slow process of putting only 3 at a time since it was clogging the machines, reset machine, etc. but hey I go here all the time when I need something printed because it gets done! Don't know much about their packaging or shipping, only copy/print. read more
