I have been to this store on a few occasions and been disappointed with the service and the charges. This last week I went in to purchase one single stamp to mail a letter. The price for one single stamp is $.078. I was charged $1.25 which is a $.047 or 60% markup. When I said something about the price the two males behind the counter started laughing and speaking in a language that was not English and so I did not understand what was being said. That is offensive! No thank you. I have a printer it's cheaper to use pirate ship to purchase postage and ship packages. I'll drop them off to the UPS store though, they can manage that part, hopefully laughing the whole way. :) read more

This place hires kids that scam you for a dollar for tapping a package for Amazon returns. Why don't you just add a tip jar instead or put a sign from management saying unsealed packages need to be fully sealed and there is a $1 charge. Keep in mind I had taped the box down. The kid wanted to charge me $2 for tape!! I said Amazon said to drop off at ups store as is. He then said look at the fine print on drop off. The flaps aren't flapping I taped it 3 times. How is that not enough? He was even lucky I had a dollar also he didn't even enter in the system so tha confirm they are taking off the top! They didn't offer me a receipt too. Always friendly and welcoming faces, always helpful, and always prompt service to keep the lines moving so you're not having to wait long. Amazon returns have been a breeze here with no errors or mistakes thus far. This spot is small but has tremendous resources for all your relevant business needs. Need to do finger printing for livescan? Be sure to go in the morning, from 8 to 10 AM, as it tends to be a process as expected and probably not a good idea to attempt this in any location during the busy hours. My fingers aren't perfect so it took about 10-15 minutes to get all scans done properly, but their staff member was very patient with me and conclusively the submitted fingerprints went through without a hitch. Job well done! Need notary? Services are offered here! Best advice is to call ahead and make sure their notary person is available. When this location opened their service was great. Now that they have been in business a while it has gone downhill. The last few times I have come here I have experienced inconsistencies with accepting return packages. Today I went in with a package to be sent via the USPS and was told that they cannot take it because the package is too big. I went to another UPS store and they accepted the package with no problem. This place is definitely shady. Asked to ship the lowest price and they only offered the lowest price for a day 3 days later shipping. Same day shipping and arrival with ups ground would have been 15.99 while 3 day ground is priced at 29.96. Employees definitely misleading people about prices. I only chose a later shipping date believing it would be cheaper. When I walked back in and another customer was complaining about how shipping was more than the item they were sending. Wish they were more honest. Do yourself a favor and check the prices for shipping cost and dates online before you use this store. read more

The guys that work here are great! Always friendly and helpful with all our packing needs. Cody is the that usually helps me out. He's very efficient. We even got our passport photos here! This place is shady!!! First, my teenage daughter shipped a t-shirt worth $20 and they told her it was $100. Only price they offered. She didn't know better and paid. Great lesson for her and we complained to UPS and got our money back. Now, we have shipped other items including Amazon returns and only about half the items show shipped. Had to return a few items. Downloaded QR return code and it specifically stated that no box/no label is required and that a UPS associate will package and label my return. When I went there, the UPS associate told me that I needed to pay $3 for a shipping package. I argued with him saying that it states I didn't need one. He insisted that I have to pay $3 and when I showed him the instructions he totally disregarded me, slapped on the shipping label sticker onto the bagged item and said "Ok fine, for this one, I'll just place the label onto the bag, but we're not responsible if damage occurs." First of all, it was shipped to me like that already and all they did was stick on a shipping label. Please don't go here for returns. I'd rather drive to Kohl's or USPS to return items. They have never told me I needed to box it up myself. read more

There are a few UPS Store you can go to in roseville. There one on foothills, one on Pleasant Grove and this one here on Blue Oaks. This one is literally the best in customer service.
