I just had to take the time to tell you how great your employees are! I have been in many many times over the years with my ups packages (quite a few Amazon returns in addition to personal shipping) and every time no matter how busy or how slow it is, everyone is so patient, friendly and so helpful! Today I had Eric and he took the time to help me figure out how to email an Amazon return label to the store so it could be printed. He was patient, understanding and so nice. In this day and age some businesses treat you like a like your just a transaction, it's refreshing to be greeted with a smile and assisted in any way needed. Kudos to your staff! read more

Charge $2.10 to print a label and the owners don't see why this is a problem. Most small businesses like this fail to grow because they fail to operate with a customer centric philosophy. You're trying to drive revenue with the wrong solution. Good luck to you. read more

Not happy with this place. They said they were open later but must not have put Christmas Eve hours online. The sign on the door said they would be open Christmas Eve until 3 pm and we were there just before that and they were closed, door was already locked. read more

I mailed a collectible expensive ukulele to someone in Tx and had used packaging that ups had provided when I had previously mailed this to another address. I also purchased 1000.00 of insurance. It arrived in TX with a broken neck. UPS corporate denied my claim because UPS had not packaged it even though I had used material purchased from them. James, the owner at this location, told me that they would cover the cost of the repair so I got an estimate of $460.00 from a local luthier. Very reasonable considering the damage although it does make this Kanilea Tenor virtually worthless. The ups store owner was present when the box was opened in TX and remarked how well it was packaged and that the box had to have been dropped from very high up or it was hit with something very very heavy to cause the neck to break like that especially strapped into A Hard case and wrapped in bubble wrap I had to refund the buyer 1/2 of the purchase price but he still wants it if repaired. I submitted the repair cost to the store and now James will not take my calls or emails. I'm assuming he changed his mind about the store paying for it. I am told that when you purchase insurance, the insurance will only cover a repair or replacement if the store packages the item. Why do they sell the insurance then? And they don't tell you this when your purchase it either. read more

My sister has always gone here because of how quick and easy every interaction was, so I checked it out myself and coming here makes me feel comfortable with mailing items. The workers are kind and understanding when it comes to my concerns. I never have a problem coming here. read more

Be prepared to bring in spare change if you ask for an extra strip of tape. Going rate is $1.00, apparently.

A while back, we ordered some parts for our car. UPS was the carrier; the package was insured. It was delivered to my front porch ALREADY OPENED. Yep: opened before delivery. I know the driver knew, because he rang the bell, and I answered the door before he got in his truck. I know he heard me call him back, he stared at me as he gunned his truck away, speeding off down my residential street. The tape was cut cleanly, with no damage to the cardboard. I know his supervisor knew about it, because I spoke to her, and showed her pictures; she said she showed them to the next supervisor up. And she agreed: packages are not supposed to be delivered already deliberately opened. But, near as I can tell, a nice conversation is pretty much all that came of it: UPS didn't feel that the problem was significant enough to warrant a refund. They kept both our shipping costs AND the insurance. So. Shipper beware: if a UPS employee decides to open your box, even if it's insured, there's no recourse. The managers won't do a thing. read more
