At first, they had a hard time understanding exactly what I wanted, but we got on the same page after a 10-15 minute conversation. They were super efficient (2-3 day turnaround), and I printed my invitations and inserts for $300 less than what I found other places. I did opt to buy my envelopes online because they were cheaper, but Minuteman was kind enough to let me know that the online company was giving me a good deal. They close at 5:00 so it's a little hard to get there, but they dropped everything off at my work for me. Really great. I will note that a couple of my friends used Minutemen Press based on my recommendation, and came out paying more than they thought they would. When going through your options, make sure you know what's going to cost extra. Might sound tacky, but sure saved me a lot of money!

I told him that people were growing frustrated that there's not enough help at the front end, and he was dismissive of my concerns. People were walking out because they were done with the line. If you're looking to make a purchase, be wary of registers not working and willing to wait 30 minutes to make a small purchase that should've been a quick 5-10 minute errand. If management is looking to keep customers, install a self check out line or hire an additional employee or two and pay them well. UPS side: Happy returns are wonderful. Never had an issue with them.
