Yes, the person who worked there had emailed me about 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know that notary services were not offered, but fussing at me for showing up to the appointment were not acceptable. UPS Store Worker: "Yes?" Me: "Hi, I booked an appointment for a notarization, please." UPS Store Worker: "I emailed you! We don't have notary services!" Yes, the store emailed me 30 minutes before the appointment, but not everyone checks email every few minutes when out running errands, and it's reasonable for someone not to get an email like that in time.
