I like this UPS store. I'm used to the people working there. You can get quite a line during peak hours like lunchtime. The space is small as is the case with a lot of UPS stores. But they're very helpful and they get things done in a timely manner. I've been coming here for a few years. I rarely had an issue. They have notary as well. they can also print things out for you. overall, I'm a big fan on the store over other stores. read more

I needed to drop off some Amazon returns & it was quick & easy. Employees are friendly & not scared to assist employees while exuding social distancing. Although the signage is facing Weiuca Road, you have to drive around to the back of Target's parking deck to enter their dedicated parking lot. On Saturday I came to this location to drop off my Nuuly bag. When I got there, a guy in a UPS uniform standing in the parking lot told me and 2 other people that this location was closed early for the day but if we had our labels that he could take our packages. I was skeptical at first because he was operating a moving truck and not a UPS truck but since he was wearing the uniform I trusted he was being genuine. I gave him my Nuuly bag since it comes with a return label. He said UPS should scan it today (Monday) but it has not been scanned and I'm concerned I was stupid and gave my bag to a thief. I just tried calling this location multiple times and no one picks up. If this gets resolved I'll remove my review but if not I highly recommend going to other locations or using a competitor. read more

Clean, convenient, poorly mapped! We went to this UPS store to return an amazon package but we were really having a hard time finding the location! GPS mapped us right across the street of Phipps Plaza off of peachtree road. This is not right at all! It's much easier to find this UPS store off of Weiuca road just past the target parking deck. Don't park here...instead UPS has its own lot you can turn into. This lot is not huge, but we found a few spots open when we parked. Inside the store are mailboxes to the right, and a package station that UPS staff have no problems helping you with. For us, we were in and out in less than 60 seconds, and staff were great at directing us when we called to ask where they were. Once you get over the "where", you'll find that "what" this UPS store provides is quality service that we found to be very fast and convenient. Hope you do as well! read more

HORRIBLE customer service at West Paces Ferry store. I walked in 7 minutes prior to closing and they told me they couldn't take my package to ship because they were closing soon. AC turned off. lights half off. I said please can't you take it, you're not closed yet?? Nope, we are closing soon and won't take it. Employee had terrible attitude. I hope the owner Ryan reads this. Wow - the best experience I've had at any postal service to date. Shipping two gifts for Christmas and every single employee helped us in some way even with a store full of people. One person wrung us up, one helped me package, another packaged the other gift on her own to a tee, and the manager threw in extra helpful stickers/wrapping to make sure it was all properly secured. All with a smile on their faces! We had to redo the labels once over but it was a non-issue and done quickly. Highly recommend this location, wouldn't mind driving the extra 15/20mins from home to get the kind of service we got today. read more

I had bags of old documents and papers that needed shredding. I called this location and spoke to JR who was informative, professional and courteous on the phone. He told me the bins were full, but to call back in a day or do to make sure they were empty. When I did call back, he told me to come in and stood there next to me helping me empty the bags of papers putting them in the small slot. No complaints, no annoyances - just ready to assist. I sure hope they realize what an asset this young man is. Thank you JR! BTW - their rates at this location are fair and reasonable. I saved $22 by going to this location than the one down at the Peach who wanted to overcharge me and with NO assistance. Aside from shredding, this location is a little gem. Wonderful store! I came here because I had to return a UPS package to AT&T. The lady who helped me was more than helpful and even printed out a receipt for me and let me know when the package would arrive. Most importantly, they are open until 7PM AND there was no wait! Take that USPS! The parking is ample and although this place is a little hard to find, it is by far the best UPS I've been to. Note that GPS will take you to the target/publix/urban active complex which is NOT the correct parking. To get there from peachtree (from lenox mall) turn right onto weica and then take the first right around target and you will see a parking lot for UPS, Subway, and a dry-cleaners. read more

Been dropping my RTR every week and love this location! Its a bit hidden location under the Target deck in Buckhead next to Subway. Staff are always nice and cheerful and service is always fast even with a line! I don't think they should be penalized by shipping price here. Shipping cost in general is outrageous whether its UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Just ship early and do ground for the cheapest rate. read more

Amazeballs is a word totally reserved for a place like this! I love the friendly staff here and have always been pleased with the service and products received. The store is clean and organized and they always seem to have enough staff on hand to handle the flow. SO appreciated! I return a lot of products through UPS and I love that they let me pop in and print my return label on site. I also had a package close to the holidays that I really needed to get out. I pulled up to the store after it had already closed and was so upset! I got out to see if there was a drop box on site, I was wandering around out front when an employee unlocked the door and came out to get my package. Wow! Did not expect that and was so grateful! Who even does that anymore? Most places are not even flinching if they're closed and you are outside. But, they took two seconds to pop outside, take a package from me and make my life better. Don't expect any help from the people here. They're nice enough and cheerful, I guess, but they won't do much to help you. Example: UPS will tell you that you can leave a package with them for UPS to ship. That's what the 800 number the cheerful lady behind the counter told me to call said. I let them listen to it. They politely refused to do that because they are concerned that UPS will not come and pick it up! What?? Not kidding folks, these guys that run a UPS store do not trust their namesake. If you're looking for good, quality color printing service, go to this location. It's a hidden treasure! I walked up and got shower invitations printed in no time! They even let me use their straight edge to cut my invitations for FREE. Nice people work there. You would think you're in small town Georgia as opposed to the heart of Buckhead. Oh and their color printing is cheaper than Alphagraphics, Staples and Office Depot!! I'd give them more stars if I had the option for being so patient and helpful. read more

I came to UPS to send a piano back. The first time I came it was not the best because they could not find a box for my piano. And when they did find a box it was not even the correct size but it had to do. It needed to be ordered and it took two days for the box to come in. I came back a second time and there was this really nice worker there named Klo. She was doing everything in her power to make sure this experience was better. But no one knew the price of the box so I had to wait, and the other worker was content with me waiting. Even though Klo kept stressing to him that I should not have to wait. There had been several customers who had come after me and they were in and out. What made the experience even worse was that I overheard the other worker going through the pricing book and Klo pointed out how much it actually cost and the other guy kept insinuating that Klo would be under charging me. So he made her call someone else for pricing, and I ended up pay $25 for a BOX!!! Which is absolutely ridiculous when the box was only $9. This experience was so unpleasant that I will not be returning. read more

Team was very nice but sold me a priority mail service for a time-sensitive mailing to the IRS where a return receipt was guaranteed. I hear nothing back for 8 days and inquire with the UPS store. The manager calls back and explains that his team shouldn't have sold me anything regarding USPS. Per the store manager today, "I tell my people not to sell USPS because we do not understand how it works". When I explain that I need to speak to a person who is knowledgeable given the time-sensitive nature of my correspondence, the manger begins to talk about a disclaimer that I should have signed and continues to explain that he recommends to his team that they not sell this service. I like nice people. But I _really_ like nice people who know how to do their job. I do not recommend this store. read more
