I had to print out some documents from my email and also fax them. I was having difficulty getting a clear image of one of the documents and Christina helped me immensely. She was so patient, so friendly, and always had a smile while trying different ways to get my document to be clear. At the end, it was successful and we tried four or five times and she never got frustrated with me. She was very kind and because of this, I will continue to go to the store. Hopefully her manager will see this because she made a very stressful moment for me very manageable and I left there with an ease of getting my paperwork in order. Workers are friendly, but like any shipping store the line can be long. Personally I have been to this store a few times and found when it first opens is the best time to go. Since it is the main drop off point for Amazon in Turlock lunch breaks and after work hours can be busy. The owner is extremely polite and helpful. One of my packages was FedEX which I didn't realize, he politely let me know and let me know where the closest drop off point was. There are shipping supplies available for purchase and P.O. Box at this location. One item to beware of is the store is at the end of the lot which makes parking a slight challenge. read more

Went to drop off Amazon returns. Have never had any issue with ups printing out labels for return. Not only did they try to charge me $3.50 each label (without informing me) had a rude attitude when I said no thanks I'll go to another store. Rude customer service informed me that they owned the other ups store as well. Spoke to Amazon and UPS IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE CHARGING for printing labels. So both UPS in Turlock, same ownership, may be trying to rip off customers. If you need to print, STAPLES will print for .24 cent. read more

Surjit Malhi, the owner, went beyond professional when he personally called Amazon Customer Service to get information on the free return of a kayak that was stated in the kayak's discrimination. Amazon instead sent me a return label that I would have to pay for the shipping. Surjit spent almost an hour getting all the information for free return and helping set it up on my phone showing knowledgeable, caring customer service. Since I am deaf and can't hear on the phone Surjit showed how courteous and helpful he was by helping me. Surjit, finding out that they would send a carrier to pick it up, then helped me carry the kayak back to my truck. He did not make any money on that transaction but he gained my respect & trust. I got there exactly at 7 when they closed and logged my huge Amazon return to the front door not realizing they were closed. As I was packing it back into my car They came out to help me and let me send it out that day. Needed to print a label. Tried it online (for $0.18) and it didn't work. Not a big deal but apparently if you go in they charge you $3.50! $0.49 for the print and a $3 for me to email the document?? It's not a ton of money of course but what a way to screw people with nonsense charges. The manager was not nice about my confusion either. read more

It's a busy location but they have plenty of staff to handle all the Amazon returns. Parking can be tight because it's in a shopping center but cars go in and out so you can get lucky. I've also been there to get my trust notarized. Notary public was super friendly and efficient. read more

I usually take all my mailing services to UPS but this time I went to this Turlock location. The service there is horrible I don't think they know what they are doing but because they own a UPS store it appears they just do what they want !! I took a package in to return to Amazon and was yelled at for having printed out the return label wrong, really? Based on the previous reviews on Yelp, you're either very happy with this UPS store or you're not. There doesn't seem to be a middle ground. I personally don't understand the hate. I've been coming here for 4 or 5 years and have never had a single issue. - I have a box here where I receive packages and have always received them in perfect condition. There's never been a missing package. - I've sent letters and packages from this location (with and without tracking numbers) and every one has arrived at its destination in the expected time. - I've made numerous Amazon returns here and haven't had a single issue. I've only ever used UPS to send/receive packages and letters so maybe the other services need improvement (copies, passport photos, etc) but if my previous experiences are anything to go by, I wouldn't hesitate to use them for everything else too. read more

The location where my two packages were sent from didn't tell the sender that I would have to pay a fee per package when I pick them up. Receiving two packages at the UPS store in Turlock CA cost me $20.00 ($10 for each package). I'm sure the shipping was probably about $20 or more from NC. What a rip... It seems like ransom if the sender isn't told that the receiver will have to pay if they want to pick up their packages. I contacted UPS via Twitter and was told basically, too bad which is pretty much how I felt as I was paying the $20 at this Turlock location.... Never again.... read more

I originally had an appointment set up for 1030am on 5/5/20 but had some things come up, so I had to go to the store around 930am instead. The gentleman there did not mind at all and was extremely helpful and very professional with exceptional customer service. I had to do a live scan for a state exam and googled places in Turlock that offered that service. After we were done and I had to pay, he recommended for me to get 2×2 photo there because he thought I may need one. I had no idea that UPS even offered any of these services so I am very grateful that he even mentioned it to me as I did need one and would've probably googled searched places inTurlock that offered a 2x2 photo, requiring for me to go back at a later time. I use to use this UPS store frequently when I lived in Turlock. They always have friendly staff that works here. The place is always clean and organized but importantly, is always open on time if not earlier. Note; They use to be to the right of Safeway but have relocated to the opposing corner. :) I am glad they did not close down and still uses them when I am in town. They were willing to go the extra mile and help me to contact Amazon returns for a difficult return. My local Modesto store had not even offered to help and left me trying to figure it all out on my own. According to UPS.com, this is not a 'real' UPS store so you have no protection from UPS if you ship from them even though it has the big UPS logo on the building. (as of November 27th 2009) People at the location have always been nice, but apparently it got a new owner a couple weeks back and since then 2 out of 2 items shipped from that location have been lost. Not sure if it is a coincidence or anything to do with it not being an official location anymore. Make sure you verify the UPS Store you use at www.ups.com or you will end up like us, thinking you went to an official store when you did not. The staff here are always very friendly and efficient. What I DON'T like is the location. The amount of traffic you have to go through to enter or leave to get to this business is horrible, not to mention the lack of parking. This is more a complaint toward the developer of the property. I have lived in Turlock for over 10 years and have gone to this UPS store dozens of times and different times of the day. I have always had a great and positive experience at the UPS store Turlock Monte Vista and Countryside. While I don't know I personally believe these negative reviews are from people either who have no patience or exaggerate just like on the Ring app. We are all human and have bad days but please be honest with your review and don't make an employee look like shit just because you had a bad day or can't wait. UPS store is the best on Turlock for shipping and other needs. read more
