Do not use UPS shipping services! I paid $77 for next day delivery to Denver and was promised delivery in the morning. UPS received my package at their hub which is 7 miles away at 6:02 AM and they failed to deliver it. No explanation. They should have standby drivers available if they have too many deliveries to make them as promised! read more

Cecelia, with extremely condescending and rude tone, told me they can't help me with shipping my package. I'm not going to write the details here, but I'm writing to contact UPS directly. No wonder this place has overwhelmingly bad reviews. If people are taking their time and effort to leave a review on a UPS STORE, it really means something. I hope the corporate recognizes this. Cecilia Hong, the manager of this store, is a terrible human being. When Jason, one of her employees, was being extremely rude on the phone, I was very frustrated. I went to the store and confronted. The dude who took the call looks scared as hell, and Cecilia says there is no person at her store who would be rude like that. I asked for recorded conversation for evidence, which she refused to provide. She then told me she will give me a call after investigation. Got a call a few days later. She now tells me I am lying. Hahaha. By the end of the call, she was cursing and screaming at me, which made my wife extremely anxious as she was in the car with me on the phone. I had to hang up since she was hysterically screaming at me. Now, she says this store used to be bad because of her rude father in law, but it seems like that is a common trait here. I came here two weeks after Christmas to drop off a package. I had boxed it myself, made sure to cross out any of the old label material, wrapped it up to protect it, and sealed it shut. I was a bit concern it was going to be a proper packing job! This place was popular! Parking lot is a bit narrow so it was hard to find a space but as we circled I kept seeing more and more people enter. I fully expected to see a long line when I went inside, but there wasn't and I can see why. The employees there were super efficient! As I entered a young man motioned me his way within seconds. I told him what I needed, he measured the box, took my information, I paid, and was out of there all within five minutes. I was super impressed! My husband and I went there two days ago at 11 AM to have three documents notarized and one passport photo taken. Plenty of parking in front of the store. The store is very well organized and clean. Two young men took care of us. They were both courteous and highly efficient. In less than 5 minutes, we were done and paying the bills. The owner, an older Asian gentleman politely chatted with us as we walked out. We have been to other UPS stores in Bellevue, Michigan and Florida. This one is the best! read more

I come in a half hour before closing the owners like Wham! Bam thank you ma'am in like 21 seconds he's got my order tracked packed and wrapped and I didn't hardly have to do anything very grateful for really good service. Badly trained for Passport photos. Insisted that I pull my hair far away from my ears and that it was a requirement. I explained that the State Department does not require that. I was not shown my photo until I paid $18 for it. The WORST picture ever, my hair looked ridiculous. I promptly went to Fed Ex and got an excellent picture. No request to show my entire ear. I dropped 2 packages to return to Amazon today at 11:12am on 11/12/2023 PST, but this UPS store did not weigh the boxes. They showed as 0.00 lb on the receipt. This is not a good practice. If there are some issues with the deliveries, there is no way to extrapolate to the proximate weights of the items in the boxes. When I called back about the weights of the boxes, the lady on the phone likely the same lady accepted my boxes told me that they never weigh Amazon returns. I don't know why that is, but it doesn't sound right. This needs to be fixed. At this time 8:25pm on the same day, the UPS website could not locate the tracking numbers. I'm a bit concerned about this shipping. Normally, when I dropped off packages at other UPS stores, they weigh them and I would get notifications back within minutes. read more

Should fixed the printer so I can print from USB so the computer is not required. 2. their employee should tell me about the computer surcharge at the time when they advised me that I need to use a computer to print. read more

You would think it's 2018 and everybody would know how to convert to email, but nope. Thankfully UPS sell envelopes and stamps for that few rare occasion that requires me to manually mail something in. They even let you drop off your mail here. It's a franchise location meaning family owned so it's a bit more lenient on things. Super convenient for me to walk right over from work. It's also convenient for me to drop off packages to return whenever I order something from Amazon that turns out nothing like the photo on the website, I learned my lesson being cheap and will only stick to non-important purchases online. My observation is that the owner of this place discriminates against Asians. When greeting, he says "Hello" to Asian customers and says "How are you doing, Ma'am/ Sir?" to White people. After scanning, he asks Asian customers to put their package to a certain place themselves on their way out. But not asking White people to do the same. This place has the audacity to yell at me for crossing off their barcodes & then telling me he must now "THROW THE PACKAGE IN THE TRASH" because there is no barcode. Or "i'll make the driver throw it in the trash. You can leave now. I'm done talking to you." I'm sorry, you're telling me this is a shipping location not drop off location...then SHIP it back to the sender. I didnt cross off any tracking #s and there is a visible return address. I am a professional working with a tax company and have a corporate account for shipping tax documents via UPS. I tried to get some help and the owner said no way would he help - when I complained he just walked away. I am reporting this store to our corporate HQ as to the extremely poor service they embody. I realize these are all franchise operations but they should screen these types of poorly managed / owned operations and withdraw their licensing. Horrible customer service! From the moment you walk into the store. The owner clearly has some anger management and diversity issues. As another reviewer pointed out he seems like a racist and speaks in a very demeaning manner. The whole thing started when he asked me to buy tape (really? You want me to buy a pack of tape just for taping 2 boxes!!!) and that he wouldn't let me use the tape at the store since it's an independently owned store. To that I told him that he is being stingy which he was and it all went down hill from there. The owner tells me he owns the store for 13 years and he has the right to refuse service to anyone he pleases to and that it's an independently owned store so not to expect the same service I get at UPS, really? He then starts yelling while other customer is in the store and saying that he is going to call the police, to which I responded back saying sure go ahead and call the police - I haven't done anything wrong. Obliviously he was just trying to threaten me. It gets better, I get my own tape and after spending 15 min there using my own tape he refuses to give me the plastic sticker label holder to put on the box and I am left with no option but to walk out of the store and take my packages to ship from another store. Just unbelievable. I am just in a shock that in this day and age this is still happening. Needless to say I will take the time to file a formal complaint to UPS Headquarters and the BBB. read more

I went there for public notary of an urgent document. The owner signed and stamped on the document BUT he didn't give me the Acknowledgement Certificate. Without him telling me, how would a common customer like me know that we were missing an important document? My document was rejected by gov official because of that. I had to go back to him, paid another $10 for the certificate. This guy ruined my whole thing. I strongly doubt his profession as public notary. read more

This UPS store is partial to treating customers of an ethnicity other than theirs rudely and with disregard. I had been a customer for over three years, however their increasing rudeness, telling me they don't care about packages, and acting as if it is an inconvenience to actually provide the services for which I pay have caused me to discontinue doing business with them. After the owner, CK, was repeatedly rude and told me he didn't care about a package that would be coming in the next day, I decided enough was enough. I don't recommend anyone go there. I have heard them talk negatively about customers after they have left the store, demean them and be extremely condescending. They act as if they are doing YOU a favor when you are either paying for a single service or paying an ongoing monthly/yearly contract fee for a box. I would rather travel a few miles and use my hard earned money to support the people and families of a business which actually care about and has some customer service standards...unfortunately, this store is NOT one that does. read more

Store attempted to defraud us by both mismeasuring and overcharging. Here is the deal, the only reason we were at the Factoria store was because the "different" UPS Store computers went down. So we headed to Factoria. We had bought the box earlier @ "different" UPS store with dimensions of 22" X 22" X 21.5" on the box and already gotten the costs to ship. When we headed back to the "different" Store we found it closed and headed to Factoria. At the Factoria Store, the employee measured 23" X 23" X 23". When it was noted the employee mismeasured and the dimensions were on the box he simply charged ahead and didn't try to rectify. When the quote was over $30 more had him remeasure. He tried to measure it in the blink of an eye to hide it and then tried to lie and say the dimensions on the box where for inside. Actually the tape measured read exactly what was on the box, in that blink of an eye. The store was obviously crooked and we took off. Didn't stick around to see where the other overcharges were. I also verified on the web the costs for shipping and they exactly match the "different" Store. The employee who mismeasured is the same one in the picture on the phone. Supplies like tape at this store are 4 times what they cost at local big box stores across the street. Overpriced. I will never use this UPS store again and recommend others look around. read more

I've been to this store and other UPS stores many times. They always taped the box securely as a part of their service. Of course most times I prepared it myself but sometimes I needed extra tape. The store charged me $12+ service charge for shipping USPS express envelope. It would have been fine if they had informed me about the service fee and not assume that everyone knows that there is $12+ service charge for sipping something which would otherwise cost you ~$18 total. Not only that, because i also shipped a paid return envelope along, they charged me another 12+ dollar as service fee on that as well. I ended up paying little over $ 61 for something which could be shipped for roughly $37. So, they charged me total of appx $24 without even informing anything about it. How can they just assume that the every person who walks in is a shipping expert. When i called they said sorry but i already lost $24 so sorry is of no help. Do not ship with UPS in general. This store specifically has bad customer service. They overcharged on my shipping fee, even when I get a quote estimate for USPS. Last time I shipped through them and the item (vase) got broken when it's delivered. I never had problem with USPS or Fedex. I called them like 3 times before they sent me the manager to file the insurance claim. The manager started to argue with me on how I might have improper packing. OK, fine! I will let the people at UPS to inspect. The manager told me he will call back to update the status. One week later, I got no phone call. I called back and he said no update yet. Duh, I already got my damaged package delivered back to me, all broken. So somebody must have looked into it to inspect. But anyways, it's not his fault but UPS. So three weeks went by and no phone call either. WTH! I called back and someone else said the manager went home at 2pm. Again, WTF!!! This guy was nice enough to look up but what I know is that the insurance claim got denied for improper packaging. At this point, I am pissed! I got a big box with 1/4" in thick vase inside and lots of bubble wrap. Insurance got denied and NO PHONE CALL for like a month now???!!! Considering this is the last time I use UPS for anything, not even buying toilet paper (if they happen to sell it). read more

I wanted to send my little padded envelope to my sister via UPS because where she lives there are issues with USPS however, they were happy to take my 11 dollars only to send it USPS. I had my package held at this store and went here to pick up. They denied to give me the package because the package is under my wife's name (because we share her Amazon account). I explained UPS driver always handed me the package under my wife's name and even the package held at UPS processing center allowed me to pick up with my ID. Furthermore, I have my UPS account under my name and they allow me reroute or return any package coming to my house - this is how I rerouted this package to this UPS store at the first place. I explained that but the clerk still denied and said he's not a UPS driver and this is UPS store. Well, quite strange, but I understand they might have different policy, and I value security. The problem was how he handled this case and treated me. He almost ordered me to send my wife and was extremely, extremely rude - I don't remember the last time I've received such a frustrating service. I felt like I was despised here. I've been coming here for a while and the owner and staff have always been super helpful. They provide many services besides UPS saving me a ton of time and effort. I've had passport photos taken, notarized documents, scanned, printed, and shipped everything from tax documents, perishable food, lithium ion batteries, even a snowboard. I generally don't write reviews but felt I had to after all the years of excellent service. Having worked in customer service for many years myself, I can empathize with that they go through. I've seen some pretty unpleasant ones stroll through here. Just the other day, a customer expected them to package their amazon return for free. Boxes, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts all cost money. It's a place of business that does it well, people need to stop treating these places like their personal servants. read more
