Amazing customer service! Super accommodating to customers. They will always have my business!!

I will never be back to this location. Three employees, not one of them looked up at when I walked in. I waited 15 minutes while 2 of the 3 employees helped other customers and the 3rd employee taped up boxes and never once looked up at the quickly forming line. After 20 minutes, there were 8 of us in line and NOTHING was said to any of us, not a 'thanks for being patient' or 'I will be right with you'. The store rep was extremely rude. I asked for assistance in returning a product to Amazon and had to deal with terrible service from a guy who clearly didnt want to help me. Once I finally got my issue resolved, I thanked the rep anyway and extended my hand to shake his, he refused to acknowledge me. I'll stay away from this location from now on. I have been here only a few times and mostly with pre-addressed and pre-paid packages, usually a return item, I walk in, present the package, ask for a receipt, and I'm out in under two minutes! Every time I have done this, I found a friendly and helpful staff member to make it go even smoother! For me personally, it is a very convenient location as it is right on the way as I go home from Costco just north of this UPS Store. read more

They were encumbrance with an attitude I had to take my package all the way over to Whole Foods on Maple and Coolidge. How can we half an hour? This was 10 minutes from my house I didn't know how to handle the baggers I didn't know that it was already in a pre-shipped package come on. Somebody needs a train these people. read more

I had to a lot of stuff to ship to Florida and I was lucky enough to have Toni help me out. She was amazing to work with, very patient, extremely nice, and great personality. Everything shipped arrived on time and packaged safely. A young man also helped out on a couple of the products and he also was very helpful(I'm sorry I forgot his name). I have been in there a couple more times and Toni and the young man are always customer service first. read more

Joy and the staff at this UPS store consistently exceed expectations. They all have a great knowledge of the shipping services and packaging products they sell, they're professional, friendly, and take care of business in a very efficient manner. Case Summary: Me and a couple business partners started a coffee business a little more than a year ago. Had to send product to Whole Foods Market regional office as part of our vendor application process. Told Joy at this UPS Store that the coffee had to arrive at Whole Foods regional office in perfect condition...she said to come in around 10:30am the next day and she would personally pack it. Our coffee arrived at Whole Foods in perfect condition! (And, we're now on the shelf at Whole Foods Markets.) Earlier today, I went to this UPS store to ship 15 bags of coffee from Internet orders. read more

Loved the service- first time customer. Have moved to the Telegraph/Square Lake Road area and was looking for a copy and also a mail it place. Toni the manger was friendly and very helpful. Convenient and great parking. A little tough getting into the parking lot as it is the end of a small group of retail near Target. Took a trip around to figure out the best way in. read more

5 stars for the excellent customer service given by the current store manager at the time of this review named Joy. She not only went above and beyond with helping me print over 500 pages, but kept the line moving and served over a dozen customers quickly and efficiently. She made my experience there very comfortable and answered all of my questions. Joy was so knowledgeable and hard working I was more than impressed with her grace at handling so many tasks at once. She kept her cool under pressure and coordinated my task with getting everyone else served as well. Great job and great customer service! read more

I have used this UPS store for my business for over 4 years and they are amazing! I was shocked to see any negative reviews because they have been so accommodating and helpful. I moved to California for two years and while I was gone they would email me and ship my mail to me and make the 2 year transition flawless without having to change all of my mailing addresses. I don't normally write reviews but I came away so frustrated with this store that I felt compelled. I wanted to print some documents, but instead I ended up being frustrated, angry and confused. Staff don't communicate and ignored. Clearly I was too much of a difficult customer to deal with. After wasting 40minutes I gave up and went to FedEx to do the printing. read more

I guess all mailbox stores are not created equal... I go to Mail box store all the time this one happen to be a little closer on the way to where I was going(Big mistake) I had a label that was prepaid on my phone I walked in they told me my FREE label would cost me $3. where is $3.00 FREE I took my package I went to the other Mail box store which is phenomenal down the road and they did it like their supposed to for free :) did not cost me anything so with that being said maybe that's the rule of this store nobody should go to that store! read more

Should have looked at the reviews before I went here! I made an appointment online for notary services and when I got there the employee said there was no notary on staff today. They said they are a franchise and the online booking is a corporate thing? Anyway, it was a waste of my time. While I was there I also heard an employee explaining to another customer that he had to email files because the computer was broken and worked for employees only. They told me I couldn't use their computer to print off my shipping label. Mind you this computer was not behind the desk but in the main area. When I asked for WiFi to send the label to them from my phone, they told me they didn't have WiFi. Real convenient. I asked the gentleman if I had to go to a different UPS store and he said, "I don't know, I guess." So then I walked to another business that would let me use their WiFi to send UPS the label so they could print it..Which they charged me to print, and also charged me for a larger box than I needed. Employees were far from helpful & definitely need some knowledge in customer service. read more

This store isn't professional more worried about money rather than helping out with customer service, I went in there and the young lady was just staring at me like can I help which I was the only in the store at the time and I was trying to figure out what I need to ship my items in and she just points like choose over there, then guides me to an more expensive box that wasn't actually needed but she recommended it because she wanted me to spend more money basically and I already had my own labels just needed something to put my items in, I say that because I end up doing the exact same at another UPS and it was fraction of the price cost I paid there, this store is a rip off I wouldn't recommend going here because the two caucasian women in that store are very rude, the black tall guy was just sitting there watching not trying to help defuse the situation inwhich I just felt very unpleased and people be prepared to have everything you need before going in that store because they seemed irritated by me not having what I needed to pack my items with! read more
