i had an RMA from Frye boots. I printed label and took my package to the store on Army Trail. It got lost. Contacted UPS, tried to file a claim, I was told it was not on my account. Could not file. I went down to UPS store, I had shipped it from. They stated they could not help me as I did not purchase my label from them. I explained I was having trouble filing claim. The web site would not accept my supporting documents. I asked if he could help me or at least scan in and email my invoice to me as he would not submit the claim, nor help with form. He stated he could, He did so with 1 invoice and charged me $5. I refused to pay! UPS issue, cost me a lot of time for lost package and he wanted $5 to scan one page so I could meet UPS requirements. Offered no assistance. NO THANKS, That kind of help I don't need. no sense in ever going back, the library would be more help!! read more

This location is perfect but everything else sucks! The service is a 2 star at best. I like this location because the notary charges are $2 and the package pick up time is 6:30p. But my patronage stops there. They charge $2 per page for local faxes and $1 thereafter. I was not offered a cover page although there was a box shelf with fax cover sheets. They charge for cover pages whereas FedEx Kinko's does not. This location also ships for USPS but they charge far more than the post office for the same item. I was quoted $2.20 and the post office only charged me .92 cents. ..... So I agree they nickel and dime you. It is pretty safe to say that building a rapport with customers is not a concern. I'll continue to visit for notary services and drop off packages for pick up but would not utilize this location for anything else. read more

Odd to see the negative reviews. I have used this store several times the past few months and have had nothing but good to great experiences. There was a mix up with the main website on the order and the owner took me in the back and we got it resolved on his computer. I appreciated it a lot. Not sure why this place is still even open. The owner is SO RUDE! He was trying to rip off someone dropping off an Amazon return (trying to charge them for a box because they brought a label, instead of advising that it only doesn't cost anything if you have the QR code) when I stepped in to try and help the woman, he proceeded to interrupt and talk over me. He then asked me to come up to the desk so he can scan my QR code for my Amazon return to show us what he meant. When he did and I understood, I said "oh ok!" Only to be disrespected even further with "You shouldn't speak if you don't know what you're talking about" Excuse the hell out of me? Who do you think you ARE?! I simply tried to help out a customer that YOU were trying to RIP OFF because you are so greedy you couldn't ask if she had the QR code!!! Because she HAD her phone and did the QR code. read more

I called there several times and no one answers the phone. I left 2 messages with my order confirmation number and asked for a call back, no call back. If I can give a zero stars I would. Very rude. Smart mouths and don't want to Wark at all. They charge for everything even for tape. I had to buy a 5 dollar tape to tape my boxes. And in order to print my labels, they charged a dollar. If you can make the trip else where do so. read more

This Owner was not interested in helping out what so ever. While I was on the phone with Amazon customer service he started shutting the store down and not considering the customer or the situation. Now a ups store isn't more than just a convenient stop but this location deserves a new management and the current one should be pushed out. Terrible customer service. I had a return package for amazon and he wanted to charge me 25 cents for the pouch. I've never been to a ups store that charges for this. Maybe I have just been lucky and not been nickel and dimed for a few cents. Anyway, when I questioned him about it, he gave me attitude and told me to "go to another ups." So I did. While I was waiting in line he was giving some attitude to some poor customer on the phone who was looking for directions. I quote, "Listen lady, I'm very busy." LOL There is one just down the road to the west on army trail and county farm. I highly recommend you to go there. There is also one on North and 59. These franchises are laughable. Terrible customer service here! I had to drop off 6 boxes with preprinted UPS labels. I wasn't spending any money. The owner conveyed his unhappiness to me. He didn't offer to help me, asked why I didn't have the UPS man pick it up and stood there with his armed crossed while I carried my boxes in the store and to the counter. He didn't offer to help with the door or anything. I stood in line behind someone trying to ship a book. He told them it would be $13-15 to mail the book. It was a paperback! He told the customer about using USPS Priority Shipping, but no other USPS options. You can send a book first class or medial mail too! The customer asked if there were cheaper options and no explanations were offered - changing the packaging, changing the number of days until receipt, etc. Nothing. She left with her book. Next time I will visit another UPS store. I'm willing to drive a few miles to stay away from this guy. read more

READ THIS We had to ship a laptop in the ups, it was a toshiba and we called toshiba saying it was prepaid and that is there is a problem with box sizes, we will not get charged. Went to UPS store and they charged us 25. I called my bro and had him explain teh contract Toshiba had with UPS. The retard at the desk told me not to argue with him, and that he needs the money in order to ship the box. We weren't arguing with him, he wasn't complying. He told us not to explain 'law' to him, even though we know the contract, and we could ring up toshiba and UPS to explain the damn contract to him. Later we got frustratedd with him, he told us we cannot do buisness with him with an attitude. If you work with customers and do not comply, your damn sure we'll get pissed, expect it sir. We went to a different store and they had the same problem, but they actually called Toshiba and validated the shipping. So they were better. Plus the orginal charge was $14. The dumbass in bloomingdale charges us $25. DO NOT GO THIS UPS, these a Better one in Lombard. Its cheaper and more friendly's. read more

DO NOT use the UPS store at 398 West Army Trail Road #124, Bloomingdale, IL. Your package will be lost, stolen or thrown away. I dropped off a box of Christmas gifts and clothes on January 6, 2018, that my daughter was not able to fit into her suitcase when she went back to college. The box should have arrived on January 11. My daughter said she did not received it. I looked at the tracking information and it showed that the package had not left the store. I called and the owner brushed it off and said it was UPS' fault. I called the national UPS number and they agreed that it had not been picked up from the store. They started an investigation. I went to the store and the owner said it had left his store, even though the tracking shows that it hasn't. He advised me to get receipts together (because he knows the package is gone???). I should have used FedEx. This owner was negligent. read more

Terrible customer service. I needed to return a box that was sent to me in error. I was using a company prepaid label. I had taped up the box but the tape was coming up on one end. I asked her to put a piece of tape over just that end - maybe four inches. Without looking up from what she was doing, she advised it would cost a dollar. I went home and called UPS to schedule a pick up. I could afford the dollar - but the service was so poor I didn't want to pay it out of principle. I won't go to this UPS store again. read more
