Today when I dropped off some returns a few employees were chatting around the register and one employee was discussing how she was stuck in traffic on her way to work and it turned out to be due to one car. Another employee who was listening to her story remarked "must have been a woman". Huge fan of coming here however, there is one complaint that I feel needs to be brought up between employees. I always receive amazing service from the young boy upfront with a little bit longer hair. He's absolutely incredible with customer service. However, I would like to leave a bit of a note for the older guy who I believe is the manager. I think it would be wise if when your employees make a mistake, you don't publicly announce it to the customers waiting in the lobby. As I was waiting for my mail, the older Manager started making a scene about a mistake, The younger kid had made. This is something that needs to be corrected in private not in a situation where customers are in the lobby waiting. I can't imagine how he talks to his employees behind closed doors, if this is how he speaks to them in front of customers. So my review is this, I would leave five stars for the young boy upfront who is quick efficient and always nice. the older guy who is usually in the back, step it up.
