This is a true gem in the heart of Brooklyn, the staff is extremely accommodating and they do everything to please the customers.

This place is complete BS. They charge $3 just to touch the computer. And the most bizarre part is depending on who works behind the counter they may or may not charge for PC use at all. I had to print 2 pages from USB stick, fill them out and scan them back to USB, one cashier took .75 cents while few days later another one took $3+ dollars for exactly the same service. read more

Shipped a package from here. Two weeks later when I check the shipping number it says, "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item." Person at the desk wasn't able to be helpful whatsoever and I'm left here wondering if they stole my package or if it was ever picked up at all...I have no idea and I'm out a bunch of money. I've used this store for years to mail out packages and had no problems with employees or customer service. What made me give them two stars is the fact that they charge their customers for any little thing! Today I attempted to drop off two boxes which were for USPS, the employee then let me know each box would have a 2$ fee because it is not a UPS label, I thought "No problem, makes sense" and proceeded to take out my card to charge it. That's when the young lady let me know that there is a $5 dollar minimum to use card, that was when I had it. I said never mind, I might as well go to the post office. I understand the fact that they would need to go out of their way to mail out the USPS boxes and the need to charge it. What annoys me is that even when I have UPS boxes, I get charged a fee to even tape up the box! As someone who has been a customer for years I would hope they could waive it at least once in a blue moon. The nickel and diming is getting out of hand here, taking advantage of its customers who would prefer not to go to the post office. How is it that even the US POST OFFICE doesn't charge me for their tape?? These little charges here and there do not make any sense to me. read more

I was there for twenty minutes trying to drop off amazon packages, which is usually quick since all they have to do is scan it. However, the girl kept talking to other people and ringing up other customers in the middle of helping me. It's horrible customer service and makes it take much longer than it needed to be to return three packages. The one on 71 and 3rd has much better customer service. I'd rather travel, it would still be quicker than dealing with this staff read more

3rd owner in less than a year! Now I know why. After filling out and wasting 5 minutes configuring the shipping, it was the same old SCAM. Buy a box, get charged for unnecessary extras, and pay through the roof! I went to the Post Office got a free box and the form I filled was used. It shipped priority regardless of weight with tracking. Same thing cost HALF of the UP Store. read more

The middle eastern girl who works there who says she has "Seniority" there when I asked her for the managers information , is probably the worse employee in the whole Brooklyn. I honestly don't even know how she still has a job. She ALWAYS has an attitude not only with me but with my husband. My husband had to tell her to stop talking to him and do her job because of her nasty attitude and she still needed to have the last word trying to say she's not having an attitude that he's the one with an attitude. Seriously? How old is she? I run my own business and I would never hire someone with her personality or her lack of respect! Ever! She's the reason why I won't give that place another penny of mine. The sad part is, everyone I've spoke to about our incident with this one worker knew exactly who I was talking about. read more

I walked in today asking for a UPS overnight envelope (you know, the FREE ones UPS has out when you walk in), and she wouldn't give it to me. The people working here are friendly enough and knowledgeable about their services, but the prices are so high that I'll just make the trip to go somewhere else in the future. Love this place! especially Biana! I had place cards done along with favor tags for my daughter in laws baby shower. Without me knowing Biana took time to make the place cards look vintage so everything would tie in. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. which it was. I waited 20 minutes before the clerk even bothered to turn on the other computer to scan my stuff because that one client ahead of me was taking forever. The clerk then gave me the wrong change and was pretty rude about it. The credit card minimum is also annoying. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great notifications!!!!I receive and e mail and text messages when my packages arrive which is what I need for my business . So, I too was happy to see this UPS store come under new management since the last owners WERE scammers. And for a while I was also quite relieved with the new and improved store. I wonder if "new management" was a scam in and of itself because it really seems to be back to the old ways in there. In addition to getting asked to leave the store for saying "un-fucking-believable" about a price. Well, ok, I was asked not to swear in the store. After a moment of shellshock that someone in Brooklyn would ask me that (as if she were scolding me) I said, "I'm not cursing at you. I'm just frustrated at this situation." What situation is that, you might ask? Well, the fact that it was going to cost me $21 to parcel post a yoga mat (i.e. USPS it) and the UPS ground was cheaper ($17) so I might as well do that, and the tiny box I wanted to return to the UK was going to cost me $61!! To exchange a $40 article of clothing! I was in complete shock and was hoping she was going to come up with another option or tell me something I could do. But she didn't. Instead she said, "it's not me, it's the post office. you have to fill out a customs form." Like a customs form costs sixty bucks or something. When I cursed (accidentally, I might add) I was quite surprised to be reprimanded for it (I don't live in the Bible Belt for a REASON!), and then when I got snarky and said, "It's fucking New York" I was asked to leave--which I promptly did. I then schlepped my two items over to the post office and LO AND BE HOLD Parcel Post cost me $12.09 to ship my yoga mat and $7.06 to ship my package to the UK. i dropped off 3 pairs of shoes to return to nike. after almsot 2 weeks, i received a refund frok nike for only one shoe. i called nike and asked why i havent received a refund for alll 3 shoes. they told me because two of the packages had magazines inside. are you kidding me? dont go here. they stole my other two shoes. i had a bad feeling when i dropped off the shoes because i checked the tracking number and it didnt leave the store until one week later. they were busy stealing my shoes, thats why. if i can give this place negative stars i would. dont go here unless you want your stuff stolen. i will never enter a foot in this location. beware!!!!!!! read more

Received superb service. Unfortunately, didn't get the names of both lovely ladies . I had to send some envelope ASAP and didn't have a physical address. Right the way, without any hesitation , they offered to look up on line. Very helpful!!! Very pleasant and professional! I don't live near by and google the location to see when is the last pick up. Time was very convenient for me . I will be back if I need future ups services and I don't mind to travel to this place . Did I mention, chocolate was offered on the way out. I signed up for this service under the previous management and because it was a convenient location I kept renewing. Then the new owner comes in "T", what a joke. They are running this place like a circus, UPS corporate does not care what they do, and I have a feeling they are tampering with my mail, by not delivering it to my box. I hope not because I will bring them up on federal charges should this be the case. I would steer away far away from this place and try another UPS store.
