He struggled with machines and I had to go home and come back a few times because he needed to call machine company to fix problem. No answer, no answering machine after many rings. Is it possible this successful local staple of the neighborhood has suddenly, permanently closed?? The closest UPS stores are in Bay Ridge near 90th and 2rd, and Sunset Park at Ft Hamiltob and about 65th near Three Guys. Those are not near eachother, nor are they close if you live in Bensonhurst or Dyker Heights. I hope that they reopen for convenience sake!

I come here a few times to return Amazon packages when the option to return at Kohls isn't available. No need to box up the package as UPS will take care of it. Just need the items and the QR code to scan. Easy peasy. Never have an issue here. The clerks are quick and efficient to keep the line moving while maintaining safety. Only a few people are allow inside the shop so there can be a line social distancing outside.

I have recently visited this location and am surprised to learn the amount of services offered: 1. TSA Pre Check In: the biggest discovery! This includes security screenings at over 200 airports. Game changer! 2. Tech Services: from repairs to maintenance 3. Recycling Services: electronics and ink recycling But the biggest discovery was free online returns for Amazon and other retailers merchandise. It has simplified my return process one hundred percent. I purchase regularly at Banana Republic and Gap. The return/drop off process is easy. On the respective retailer's website, I just hit Return and options appear: mail back, return in store or do a Happy Return, Happy Return offers several places such as UPS store or Staples. Then a Happy Return barcode is sent to my I Phone and present to store I selected. There is a time frame, usually return must occur within three days. At this Staples, there are two different spots to process Happy Return: one for Amazon in the rear of store and the other near the entrance. The employee scans my Happy Return barcode then each item and I'm good to go. Most retailers process refund quickly, some same day or within 1-2 days. Every return I've processed here has been processed quickly and courteously; you can say a truly " Happy Return" experience!
