The sad thing about this UPS store is how miserable the young lady who works there is whenever we go in. Always grumpy; never overtly rude, but you can just feel the undercurrent of hostility. She normally doesn't offer to give you a receipt for the merchandise that you're shipping back. This is how this store has earned its two stars. Every customer shipping returns is legally entitled to a receipt. You should be offered a receipt. It is your right to decline the receipt, although I would recommend you accept the receipt and keep it in a safe place until your return is properly processed. If you request a receipt then be prepared to step back and watch the vein in her neck pop and her normally frozen expression will thaw just long enough to flash you a look of distain. Poor thing is very unhappy. Perhaps she hates her job. We've been in this UPS when there was another young lady and a young man working together and they were happy. So is it the job? Or the person?This poor grumpy thing seems to always be alone. Are they short staffed? Does no one want to work with her? When you go into this UPS be thankful if you have the happy young man and sweet young lady, BUT expect minimal service from grumpy girl. Bring some extra compassion because no matter how bad your life is, I am certain that this young lady thinks her life sucks. Be Kind. Maybe you can bring a little sunshine to her day. read more

I have been going to this ups store for 4 years. I have had wonderful service with the exception of the last two visits. The prices and service are not acceptable. I had to print over 100 color copies which is already expensive project. It took me 35 minutes to print them and they charged me 45 cents a minute to use the computer to order these copies. When I started the project I thought it was a one use fee of 45 cents. When I confirmed that price with the worker she said yes. When I complained about it Cheryl was not kind and told me too bad. Basically don't order large quantities from this place as they not only want to make a steep profit on color, but additional to just order them. I'm paying more for self serve when you can go to a fed ex or Office Depot, they will do it for you and they charge less!! My second visit was just as bad, but this time with lamination. I should have known better. Cheryl was there and just as rude and unhelpful. Don't support this business or if you have a bad experience share it. The owner needs to know. read more

Maddie helped me with my shipment, and I was so impressed with how professional and knowledgeable she was. She took care of everything I needed even though what I was asking was complicated. The people are helpful and friendly and I always know I'll get the assistance I need promptly and efficiently. I've never had a negative experience. If they aren't able to help me with a task, instead of dismissing me, they offer advice on who might provide the service I need, and will even pull up driving directions and numbers for me to call to get the help I need fast. Cheryl helped me with a package shipment today and I found her to be most helpful. What impressed me most was how she was able to handle the rush of customers with professional and friendly care. If you like standing in long lines while employees mill around in the back, rudeness, and outright hostility when you make simple inquiries, then by all means, go here! I've gone to this UPS store, 6-8 times over the last 2 years. It has been a customer service nightmare each and every time. This time, I needed to have something notarized. Based on my last experience, I called in advance to ensure there was someone onsite that could notarize. I called 4 different times, and each time I called, the person that answered the phone could not tell me if someone would be available when I got there, to notarize. The last time I called, when he could not confirm when a notary would be working, I asked to talk to the manager. He handed the phone to another guy, and I could hear him say "I dont know, some angry guy..." (I had not been angry, not raised my voice, had not been rude). I was just dissatisfied with this same guy not being able to answer a simple question. The person he handed the phone to was supposedly the manager and said he would be there till 5 to notarize. When I asked him about other days this week, he said he'll be there each day till 5. Not sure why it was so difficult to get an answer before, but I've come to expect this kind of frustration, and I dread going there every time. read more

The main manager lady, never bothered to get her name, is a major bitch. She will give you all kinds of attitude if you attempt to drop off a pre-paid package and want a reciept but don't want to leave it in their unsecured drop off area. Memo to thieves: easy target to steal packages and I doubt the lady would care, it's not her problem till it's scanned it. Make her scan it despite how much attitude she gives you. I realize they don't make money on drop offs, but that is between her an ups, why treat me like shit? If we are to open up in the age COVID we must be responsible have compassion and control our own destinies . Hitherto my shipping store of choice this place had socially separated floor markers and ONE bottle of hand sanitizer on ONE counter. That gets a reluctant second star. The staff had no masks. Most customers had no masks. Many customers ignored the aforementioned markers with no feedback from the staff. There was no sign on the door requesting, let alone requiring customers to wear masks. This place is a complete scam. I went in to overnight some documents without checking the pricing or printing a label online through the UPS website first (shame on me, but I was in a hurry). The woman that helped me was friendly, so I have no complaints with regards to the actual interaction with the staff. My complaint stems from the fact that they charged me $61 for Next-Day Air Saver (3PM delivery) for a UPS Letter (they provided the UPS envelope). I thought that seemed high, but I had never shipped any letters overnight before so I didn't know what to expect. I went home and hopped on the computer to see what the UPS website shipping calculator said. Imagine my surprise when I saw that I could have printed the label at home for $37 for the same exact service and just dropped it off here to be shipped! The fact that UPS lets franchised store operators get away with this kind of robbery is really concerning. That is a 65% price hike! Unbelievable. Needless to say, I'll never go back to this store (or any other UPS store for that matter). I'd rather stand in line at the U.S Post Office than use them again...and that's saying something. read more

Just got off the phone with UPS Retail Customer Service. They were of absolutely no help. Told me tough cookies. They claim that their locations are "independents" and they have very little direct oversight from UPS. So if there is a consistent issue with a location, there is really no one overseeing quality control. When I mentioned the reviews where others were not given a receipt or it was difficult to get one...no concern. When I asked if they were worried that packages are going missing...no concern. When I mentioned unsecured drop off boxes...no concern. SO...here's the plan: I will never send another package or envelope UPS...it's FedEx or USPS all the way, baby....they've never lost my package. And UPS can take a royal hike. *********** My BAD for not reading the reviews before we came here. What a miserable wretch of a staff they have at this location. Hub dropped off an important overnight envelope that had to go out. Girl at the front desk says, leave it on the table. Hub asked for receipt. She says, "you don't need one if it is going out." 5 days later, the letter has not arrived at it's location. Of course we don't have a tracking number. We called and spoke with the manager. She blamed it on her customer! Was not at all concerned that a very important item has gone missing. The worse part is that we have no way of knowing whose hands our envelope landed in. The manager took NO responsibility for what her employee instructed us to do. NO concern that this document needed to reach its destination (why else would you overnight something.) And, certainly, NO offer to help track it down. Why UPS keeps this location open is beyond me. AVOID this store at all costs. I'm contacting UPS to share our experiences and see if there is some way we can locate this envelope. read more

I've been going to this UPS store since 2010. It's been a convenient location for dropping off prepaid packages. I like that I can not only drop off UPS packages, but USPS as well. I've always gotten a receipt for both UPS & USPS prepaid parcels. Yesterday I rushed down to drop off a prepaid USPS package before they close. I called to make sure they were going to be open an extra minute, and they did, which was very nice. However, I was disappointed to learn that they don't give receipts anymore for USPS prepaid packages. I was told they haven't for the past year. So disappointed! I I hope the owner reads this review and considers bringing bringing back this service. I'm sure I'm not the only one that appreciated this service. Now after 11 years of coming to this location, I will have to find another place to go. read more

This site is the UPS Store closest to me so I use it on a fairly regular basis. I don't typically ship anything large or odd... just run-of-the-mill packages. With most shipping stores, lines get long and flow can get bogged down from time to time. Nothing different with this store, but I feel like the staff does an exceptional job to keep things moving. read more

I'm not a huge fan of UPS at the company level. but at the store level, these guys are GREAT. Every time I come in here with packages and questions, they work hard to make sure my needs are met and my questions answered. Today, I had needed to return an amazon package and my phone with the bar code had died. I asked if I could charge it there for just a moment, but the two gals working the place didn't have their chargers on them. (So kind that they would consider lending their personal chargers to me though!) I ended up having 2% battery life and we were able to work quickly as a team to get the bar code into their system and the label printed quickly. They accommodated my silly situation with AWESOME service and friendly demeanor. While I do not regularly ship with UPS, I will make this my go-to location even when I'm across town. If I could give a negative star, I would. Awful awful awful. I have been going to this UPS store for years. Now it's awful! They don't know how to ship internationally. When I attempted to ship my package to Ireland, the representative told me, after 4 attempts, that the system could not find the address. (I have never had that problem before). I tried to explain to her that it was really important to me that this package ships today and she tried again. While I waited for 10 mins while she attempted to find the address, I saw two customers leave angrily after the dismissiveness of the other representative. Then my representative found the address and asked me to confirm the address. Everything was correct except it was missing the postal code and country. I told them these items where missing from the address and they first recommended that I get return insurance (the shipping costs were $300 so return service would be $600 in total for shipping). I asked them to add the postal code and country. She said the computer doesn't allow me to put in all that information and it is not needed. I asked to speak to the manager (purely to get a more experienced shipper to help). He told me that it seems like I don't trust their shipping ability so I should go. I told him that I want to ship with them, these are just questions I have because this is different then before. He told me I need to go somewhere else. I don't know what happened in this place, initially it was a welcome alternative to dealing with Post Office. Employees were helpful and courteous, with a process appeared fast and efficient, however that's no longer the case. Man these people are lazy. Went to drop off a prepaid package. They have an unsecured area near the door where they expect you to drop off the package and leave. I'm not comfortable with this and every other UPS Store scans and gives me a receipt so I have proof I dropped it off. I asked the lady at the register to please scan it and give me a receipt instead. After rolling her eyes and telling me to just get the tracking number off the label, she finally did it for me. So rude. The older woman clerk yelled at the younger male clerk right in front of a store full of customers and totally embarrassed him. She treated him like he was one of her naughty kids. Very very unprofessional. I don't have a mailbox at this location but I've had several packages dropped off here to keep them off my front porch. She told me the charge was a $5 per day storage fee. I've never paid anything previously, they just hand me the package. News to me! She said she would only charge me $5 when I told her I had never paid anything. I wasn't happy and I heard her tell another customer as I was leaving that I was a "rude person". Think i'll be using that store again? read more

The owner is AWFUL! He is lazy and rude. He treats his customers like they are a burden to him. Even a friend of mine who used to do hundreds of dollars a month shipping products through them finally stopped using him after he berated her over the phone because she filled out a form incorrectly (but it was his location that told her exactly how to fill out the form). I started going here a few years back when I lived in Camas to drop off packages. I have always found the staff to be helpful and never gave me trouble when I asked for a tracking label for my records if I was dropping off something prepaid.
