Truly felt like they were there to help you and in a patient, yet efficient way. Fast forward to present day: I had some issues with my purchase/return and Jason, Jaleesa, and Brian (I believe he moved locations by now) were so amazing. They went above and beyond to brainstorm and figure out a solution for me. This saved me tremendous time as I had small children to shlep around. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly to boot! I hope wherever they end up, they will be recognized for each their continued hard work! We worked with Rafael (i believe) and he helped us for over an hour and over two days emailing, chatting and just keeping the good vibes going as we delt with this annoying task. He was helpful, kind and patient. This wasn't even an expensive print job but we had the best quality. If I need help, they help me, quickly and efficiently. If i don't need help, they let me do my thing.
