Yes, I went in there with a barcode to return my Amazon and not the correct information. I then pulled it up and asked if I could email it with Bethany being too busy just to answer a quick question. I waited until the other girl was done did it help me previously, she had to ask Bethany any ways as she was new. I waited about three minutes for Bethany to tell me that I could email it but it would cost me three dollars. She knew what I was doing the whole time but was too busy to just let me know that. Went to this store before Christmas to send a package to reach relatives by Christmas. I was told that they would deliver by Christmas for $50. It was December 21. It's now December 28 and the package has still not arrived. I called to complain to this store and UPS billing department. They told me that UPS policy is not give any refund or rebate on such situations. Yet they promise that delivery date and then don't honor it. So for extra profit they will tell you they can deliver by a certain date and then just not do it and take the profit for the extra money paid for that service. read more

I bought a lot of boxes that were not in the best condition. I was told when buying them that I could return them if I didn't need all of them. I didn't end up needing two and went back to return. Went on a Tuesday to return them and two workers there had no idea how to process returns and they said to come another day when the boss was there which was inconvenient. It seemed like the workers were really miserable and low energy and I felt bad for them. I can see why after meeting their boss, Kiran Misra. When I returned it she said the boxes were too worn out and wouldn't accept it even though that's how we got them. She insisted they would never sell those, insinuating that I was lying which I really did not appreciate. I called the household member who purchased them to confirm that they've never been used, and they confirmed. I asked if Kiran could speak to them on the phone and she immediately got very aggressive and started saying "I'm not going to argue with you!! I'm not going to talk to her on the phone." I was really taken aback, I just wanted to talk to her. I asked if she could just calm down and talk to me to figure it out. I told her I also wasn't trying to argue and just have a normal conversation. So much of my energy was spent just trying to calm her down so that we could have a normal conversation. She just insisted they would never sell boxes like this and if they did, I should have returned it immediately. She ended up just walking away from my mom on speakerphone. I've never experienced this level of horrible customer service, she just exploded on me and I'm a pretty chill person and never raised my voice at her, while she was yelling the whole time. No wonder this place has such bad rating on yelp while all the other UPS stores have 4+ stars. This is the worst UPS location because of the owner Kiran Misra who thinks it is ok to scream and be aggressive towards customers and condones this behavior as well for her employees. I have always seen her as being short and rude/cold to other customers but today was my turn, she went full on screaming and pointing her finger in my face because I tried to clarify why her employee was telling me, rudely, that I needed to provide a box for my "no box no label" package-less amazon return. He interrupted me and yelled that it doesn't matter what my Amazon return says, they require me to box or buy a box from them. I asked to speak to the manager (apparently she is the owner and standing next to him) and she proceeded to yell at me that She doesn't care what Amazon return says and then allowed her employees to loudly heckle me and call me "Karen" and then screamed at me some more when I asked for the employees names as I needed to report the behavior to corporate and when I said this was unacceptable and to stop screaming and wagging her finger in my face, she screamed for me to get out or she call security to throw me out (while her employees continued to laugh). It was like I was in a different world. Called UPS and Amazon and they are both investigating the lies that packageless returns require a box (extorting customers to buy boxes?) as well as the aggressive abusive and rude customer service as it is not the first complaint received by them for this location. Probably because he noticed that the female employee (long brown hair), who had been sitting (staring at her phone) was getting up. I was never greeted, never a smile, never a "thank you" or a "have a good day".. the lady before me had said to them "Thank you, have a great day!" As she walked toward the door... crickets..! If I could give negative stars I could. There are way too many employees in there yet none offered to help. The owner/manager woman with a lot of gold jewelry is negative and even called me difficult because I was trying very hard to ship an oddly shaped object and struggling even though there were 3 other employees just standing around and it would have cost me over $60 to ship a simple item. None of the employees tried to help me or make other less expensive suggestions. I would suggest they close their shop since this store is giving UPS a bad rep. Better to just not operate if your main objective is to make customers feel horrible. I live close by and have been going to other UPS Stores, thankfully there are so many in the area and would rather pay more for better customer service at a Postal Annex, even etc because for me and most people, customer service is what brings customers in. Never going here again. It's the closest to my house, and although I've heard the lady who manages the store get into yelling arguments with other customers, I hadn't had an issue with her myself before. I went in today to return a bunch of Amazon stuff and she was incredibly rude to me even as I'm showing her in my phone how Amazon divided up my returns, line by line. She yelled at me for not telling her they were under the same code (on my end, it didn't show that they were). Then her assistant, a tall younger guy, was also rude and condescending to me. Icing on top was she got into another yelling match with a customer 5 minutes after me, because he was upset that he received a notice his package was there for pickup and it was not (again, might not be under her control that it wasn't there on time, but my goodness - as a store manager you should be handling it better)! Can't believe she has this job where she has to interact with people. AVOID this location unless you want to get yelled at, at least until they change management, it's just not worth it! Plenty of other locations with actually friendly staff. read more

I've been here at least 3 times in the last few months--doing everything from getting large amounts of computer equipment shipped, to having legal papers notarized, to having fragile glass Xmas presents packaged for shipment. Every time, the staff has been incredibly helpful and I love that they have enough friendly staff on hand to quickly help everyone--even when several people arrive at the same time. They also will have several people work together if you have a large task to accomplish. And if you happen to have mail or packages already packaged and either with stamps or pre-paid shipment via UPS or the USPS, you can drop them off here--no extra fee. read more

After constant problems with UPS trying to deliver packages requiring an adult signature in the middle of the day, in the middle of the week (is it not obvious that adults work during these times?), I was told I could have an item shipped to a UPS Store and then go pick it up. Sure enough, I did that. Soon after I got an email saying my package had been delivered to this particular store. I showed up to collect my package only to be told that they would not release it without the tracking number! No matter how I argued about the address and shipper making it obvious it was mine, they would not release it. I had to get in my truck, drive home, get on the computer to find the delivery notice, print it out and return to the store. They now produced the package, but would not release to me until I paid their $15 pick up fee! Are you kidding me? Never, ever use these people! I am thinking of dropping UPS altogether, because of their attitude! read more
