I get a new email saying it's going to be there before 5 o'clock. My watch never arrived and it said it never left Palm Springs And that they would be here today. There is no news about the watch coming today. My mother had the same experience for two days, not leaving the house, waiting for FedEx to come with all of their lies about where they would be here a horrible, horrible business.

Additionally, a returned item was customer packaged, but what Amazon doesn't make clear when it says original packaging. It doesn't just mean the manufactured box but also the big box that it came in with other items. Instead of turning me away, she nicely explained that to me, but said she can help me out that this time. I really appreciated that.

Well, I didn't know if it's a thing now or it's just this location but they had party city inside it. It's a small little section with mainly balloons and some party supplies. It's somewhat a good concept...lol... Work supplies and party supplies all together. The store itself is decent in size. Massive parking lot with the strip mall. But the whole layout of the place is a bit different. They have pretty much everything we needed and then some. It's like one isle I'll pick up some pens and paper, the next is a printer and then there's cleaning supplies and laundry detergent. A mosh posh of everything. Another one stop shop. Then you have some things that looks like it's been there since the store opened. Old furniture that they're selling. And equipment that seen better days. Loads of the boxes were pretty dusty without even touching them. You could see it. Clearly when walking by. I mean, they have what I needed which is great. It's not a place I would come on the regular but it does work. Staff were all pretty friendly.
