The prices here can be a little higher, but if you have everything already packed up, or even a pre-purchased label, you won't have to worry about any of that. Most staff members have come across as impolite, and often there's little to no eye contact or basic acknowledgment of the customer. Customer service really sets the tone for a business, especially when handling quick service tasks like returns. There's definitely significant room for improvement in how customers are greeted and assisted. I genuinely hope management takes this as constructive feedback and works toward creating a friendlier, more attentive environment. I wish them well and hope to see positive changes in the future.

I have observed this same behavior on multiple occasions at this location. The consistent lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic customer care reflects poorly on FedEx and suggests a management issue that needs immediate attention. I did one packet double sided and went to do a second packet. I never changed the settings and the machine made the packet one sided and charging me the same as the first packet. I found out that due to a mistake by the manufacturer who was shipping it out that the order didn't leave Georgia until Tuesday. I had a whole day of work planned around having the material Tuesday so I could leave Wednesday at 6am to drive the material to a job site (2 hours away). After getting nowhere with the 1-800 number, I decided to drive out to the Fortress St. office to talk to a human and see what my options were. This is where the above average customer service began. Tuesday evening I drove out and spoke with Kathy, who tracked my package and assured me it would come in the next morning. She was unable to give me an exact time, but took my number down and told me I would get a call as soon as they knew which truck it was on and would provide me with an ETA. Wednesday morning around 8am Norris called me, just as promised and let me know my package should arrive by 10 am. I showed up at 9:40am, and Jelly(Anjelica) knew exactly who I was and notified me that my package had just arrived. She had everything out for me to load up in no time at all. I was on the road at 9:45am. These three coworkers helped pull off a miracle that helped me keep my day as well as an important job on track.

There's just not too many to park and followed other customers parking at the employee parking spots at the back where the mail truck parks. Management team needs to do something about it and update it. This is awful. Pros: None. Aside the self sever check out on buying stamps. Cons: USPS workers that works at the cash register are SLOW AF & not that knowledgeable of their shipping supplies. And what I mean by that, I came in to ship a returned first class item that I had, and the labels wasn't taped as I was out of tape at home. So I asked if I can use their custom form sleeves, and they said they can't unless I want to upgrade my First Class mail to Priority Mail. And I'm like, "TF you mean. I worked at a Military Post Office overseas, and we have the same supplies as you. Because the APO(military post office) is an extension of USPS where USPS can't go. And we don't say shit like that to nickel and dime folks and that it's only for priority mail. Nothing in the custom form sleeves says 'priority mail.'" And they still refused me service after educating the fuck out of them and the mail clerk wanted me to buy a small roll of tape for $4 instead so I can tape my labels. GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE dude. WORSE SERVICE EVER! And I left the facility not buying shit, because I don't wanna wait at the back of the line again that's almost out the door with how slow they process mail for dispatch and this happened at 3pm on 28 June 2022. Side note: This facility needs a deep training for proper customer service etiquette and know their shipping supplies more. I guess I'll make USPS work harder to ship free supplies to me, when they can't offer the same service behind the counter for "Applying FREE CUSTOM FORM SLEEVES" to hold my address label/customer form regardless if its first class, priority, or express mail. Amazon Pharmacy and Store deliveries that are slated for a Friday delivery are being delayed until the following Monday. This poses a health issue for cold pack prescriptions and other prescriptions in this current heat. Even though many people PAY UPS for the My Choice Premium options they are still deferred. Everyone needs to stand up and let them know that Rural money is just as good as City money and they should not discriminate based on location of their customers.
