I've forgotten to renew on time a few times and they were incredibly nice and helpful. I drop packages off for my small business and they are always very kind and upbeat. When I come in they great me by name and will ask how I am or how business is going. I don't often receive mail as it's mainly for return address but if I do happen to get something they always let me know since I don't ever check the box since I'm never expecting anything. They've never made me feel like an inconvenience or that I was taking up their time. If anything they've gone above and beyond with customer service and making me feel welcome. They were excellent in all ways, but one: Instead of shrinking some of the images to the size I requested and then print them, they printed them and then cut some of them down to size. This took a lot of the image of each piece of art away. This cost me $100.00 for something I can not use. Note: I absolutely abhor giving bad reviews. I wish they had called me to okay the cutting before they did it, but they didn't. I would rate how they treated me with five stars along with their effort for good communication. I've spent thousands of dollars here over the years and always appreciated the service--until recently. The other day, I needed to scan a full set of legal-size documents, around 140 pages. To avoid any issues, I split the documents into three smaller batches, just in case the scanner couldn't handle all of them at once. All the pages were the exact same size, and I fed them through carefully. Each time, after the scan appeared to finish, the machine threw a fatal error message. Not once, not twice, but all three times. This was clearly a technical issue with the self-service scanners. After the third failed attempt, I brought the issue to the front desk. Instead of acknowledging that their equipment wasn't working properly, they told me I would need to pay a fee to have the documents scanned behind the counter. That makes zero sense. Why should I have to pay extra because your machines failed? This isn't just about me being a frequent customer--it's about customer experience and common sense. When your tech fails three times on a simple scan of same-size documents, and your response is to charge the customer more, that's a terrible business decision. It shows a lack of problem-solving and a complete disregard for loyalty. Something has definitely changed here--whether it's the culture or the people, I'm not sure. But I used to rave about this location. Now I'm second-guessing whether I should keep bringing my business here.

They did a terrific job, made two different colors and recreated a small version of our school mascot that I would not have thought possible on a hat. Everyone loved them and I ended up ordering more for some people who couldn't attend. Recently I had other caps made for a family reunion..quite last minute, and those too turned out great. Kyle made me several layouts to chose from and I really like the dozens of color options they have to chose from.
