This is my favorite UPS store. My favorite thing my far is the self service station that I use to return items from Amazon. It's easy to use and instructs you as you go. This one is always clean, stocked with the proper bags, and plenty of space to drop your package. They offer lots of other shipping services as well. Even though I use the self service station, I am greeted with a smile and offered help if I need it. The store location is great and has lots of parking as well at restaurants and soon to be shopping nearby. I highly recommend this location. read more

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I went to this UPS Store to mail a small package -- just a few T-shirts -- to Mexico. I was told the cost would be $260, which is outrageous in itself, but I agreed because I urgently needed the package delivered. A few days later, I was blindsided by an email demanding more money in order to complete the delivery. When I called the store, they basically washed their hands of the situation -- no explanation, no accountability, no refund, and no willingness to resend the package. Had they disclosed upfront that additional fees would be imposed after paying $260, I would have never shipped through them. This is a blatant lack of transparency and incredibly deceptive business practice. At no point was I told that the $260 didn't cover the full delivery, and now I'm out the money and the package is stuck. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this location and reconsider using UPS for international shipping altogether if this is how they treat customers -- overcharging and then refusing to take responsibility. read more

Update. It has been 5 months since the first and last time I visited this UPS store. Since I was in the area I decided to try it out again to see if there was any improvement in the customer service. When I walked in at approximately 12:15 pm on 6/17/2026, first thing I noticed was that the carnival barker was gone. A customer was being helped and immediately a female employee came from the back to help me. She was friendly, quick and efficient. Does a customer need any more than that? I've had a very frustrating experience with this UPS Store location. I was out of town on vacation and unable to make an in-person payment for my PO Box, and unfortunately they do not offer any online payment options--which is already inconvenient. Once I realized the box was due, I called and spoke to someone who told me I could simply pay when I returned. At no point was I given a deadline, timeframe, or any warning that my box would be closed. Despite that, they went ahead and closed my PO Box and requested the keys without any notice. To make matters worse, even prior to this situation, I've had ongoing issues at this location. Multiple times when trying to make a payment, their system was down or not working, forcing me to return several times just to complete a simple transaction. The lack of communication, outdated payment options, and recurring system issues make this location very unreliable. I expected better customer service and clearer policies--especially when it comes to something as important as mail access. Very disappointing experience. read more

I feel like I speak for all Amazon "return-eers" in rejoicing on how awesome it is to have a UPS store so close the Loma Vista neighborhood! This store is brand new, super clean and the staff here are very friendly. Beyond Amazon returns this location a small assortment of office supplies, and packing material. Parking is a breeze, which will be nice once the holiday season is upon us again. read more

whoever worked today on March 18th on a wednesday and said "good to see you today" to my man like she's been waiting all week?? I understand being nice that's part of customer service but remembering him from the summer and asking what cologne he wears is doing a little too much for me. I'm not saying it's anything serious, but let's keep it strictly business... no need for all that extra familiarity. Stay professional and keep it pushing. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service of all locations! Used this place 4 times and on each occasion 1. Wouldn't let me use thier dolly to bring in my 7 heavy box's because it was " already loaded up with 2 boxes " 2. Stood around chatting instead of even noticing I was standing there for 7 minutes 3. Extremely rude when I just asked for a receipt 4. Slammed me for holding door open while I brought in my packages I'm done!! So rude ! read more

I was excited to see this location open so close to my home, and I decided to transfer my existing business mailbox from another UPS Store to this store for convenience. Unfortunately, I was told the store could not process the request today because the system was down, and that I should come back tomorrow. When I asked if the associate could call a manager, I was told no, and that I would simply need to return the next day. As someone who runs a business, I understand that technical issues happen, but I also know how important customer service is when these situations happen. This experience was disappointing, especially for a new business in a prime location. read more
