I went to this store to return a package. I ran into some complications with the shipping of my package here and so I ended up having to go back home without shipping it that day. I was told that it would cost $3 per page for them to print anything out for me (this is one of the reasons that I chose to return home that day). Everyone was super friendly, and I definitely would return to this UPS Store again in the future. That being said, I did find it very strange that the UPS Store location in Rockledge, only charges $1 per page for printing needs. I believe that $1 is a reasonable price for printing, and $3 is far too expensive for printing needs. read more

Adam was quite rude. I drop packages here for our company, but not anymore. I'll drive further from now on. Apparently the packages going back to Amazon should be taped sometimes, but not always. If it's not suppose to be taped, bring a roll, because Adam said, "we are not responsible for your tape". Ok, fair enough, but don't talk to me like I've worked for UPS for the past 10 years, and should know everything. If you came to my workplace and I spoke to you this way, I'd be fired. So I gave you a 1 star. The fingerprint part of your business is absolutely terrible. The ladies were friendly but too busy to help with issues. The gentleman before me was getting frustrated using the service also. My appointment was 10.30 and it took until 11.00 to use equipment. Almost an hour later I was able to complete the task. You will have little to no help with the process. This setup is in a bad location in the store. I am not speaking for the shipping part of your store. I was ecstatic when I saw that they were putting a UPS store here finally!! I had to go in yesterday to fax something and they were literally the kindest people. I was trying to fax Fmla paperwork for my husband and we could not get it to go through. They were patient with me and did everything that they could to help. We were not able to get the fax to go through due to an issue on the receivers end. When I went to pay they wouldn't let me and just said they hoped that my husband got better. Then they even tried it a few more times. People like this are worth supporting!! Kindness goes a long way and this yelper will be back for all of her needs!! So glad you guys are here! read more

I was excited when they opened this store in the area and was planning on using them whenever I had to ship something out.. Unfortunately I won't be ever using them again. Last year the UPS store spent just under one hundred million (100,000,000.00) in advertising. Money they feel is well spent in order to attract and retain customers. I recently went in to ship two boxes to the same address. One was about a ten inch cube and the other was about the same size but 22" long. So apparently they have this new rule where they won't use more than 20" of tape to close your box. They say people were abusing the system. This explanation despite the fact these items cost at least 20 dollars to ship. I guess the seven cents worth of extra tape is too much for the accountants at the UPS store to handle. They're too busy with the advertising accounts apparently to realize they'd probably attract and retain more customers if they rethought their strategy. Trying to force me to a buy heavily marked up roll of shipping tape because my box exceeded the 20 linear inch courtesy limit (despite my other box using less than that) is simply highway robbery. I'd rather ship with the other providers from now on. And for the rest of my life. Which should make these clowns happy cause just imagine how many linear inches of tape they saved! Congrats! I'm sure the company accountants will give them an award. read more

A UPS store that had two of the rudest people working inside and all I was doing is returning an Amazon package that needed a piece of tape. They were going to charge me seven dollars to replace the second piece of tape. I've never seen that and I won't be using that UPS store nor when I would ask anybody else to use that UPS store they really want to take about a piece of tape to lose customer service. At first I was excited on my new adventure with my mailbox at this store. The staff was great, super friendly. I was told to choose the size mailbox i would need. So due to the packages I received for my business i chose a larger sized box. In the 6 months that i paid for that box, i NEVER got to use it! I would check my box and there would be package labels that had to be taken to the register. Well....why did i pay for a box and offered different sizes at different costs if i STILL had to go to the counter for them? I felt cheated because had i known that was the process i would have chosen the very small mailbox with the cheapest price. read more

I searched on the internet for a UPS Store near me. The UPS Store on SR 524 in Cocoa was listed. I did not realize that the store was there. I went there and was very pleasantly surprised at how helpful and courteous the staff was. I highly recommend this store and have told all my friends about it. read more
