We also had them start doing our labels for our olive oil and balsamic store in NC. We moved our training and consulting company to NC in 2020 but still use PIP. We came into town this week to teach a very important Aerospace Class in Orlando. We realized at 6:00 am Dec 12 we were missing some books. We drove to PIP to be there when they opened at 9:00 am and Maria waited on us hand and foot. No other print company would have done this for us. How can customers be expected to be available when FedEx can't follow their own delivery windows? Do yourself a favor use a different company.

You hand out a lot of business cards. You get low on cards, KNOW you're low on cards, and keep handing them out anyway, until before you know it, you're down to just a few. Then, an event comes up at the last minute and you need a new stack of cards, PRONTO. I try not to let this happen too often, but when it does, I call Pioneer Printing & Graphics. They whip me up a fresh batch of cards in less than 3 hours, with no rush fee, and at an unbelievable price of $25 (plus tax) for 100 cards. The quality is nice, and Carrie is a pleasure to work with. Really - can you get any better than that? I never would have guessed that a local print shop would have such reasonable prices and turn-around times, but when you're so used to placing orders through VistaPrint or Moo, it's nice to do business with a print shop that's staffed and managed by real humans, who know what it's like to be on a deadline. These guys are true professionals, and they've earned my loyalty!

Final price was 5 times what was quoted!!!! I declined their service due to deceptive sales practices so I never received booklets. I get a design invoice months later with a threatening email to send me to collections even though I received no product! I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with how they run their business!!
