Ramon needs to go. I came in to return a package from progressive. I had tried this once before but it was sent back to my address. He very rudely said I can't do that because there's no return address. I pointed to the address progressive sent it from and he says "that's not a return address" again, very rudely. He tells me I can "refuse" the package but I have to use that verbiage. So I tell him whatever, just send it back to them and that I'm not aware of the "verbiage" I need to use at the post office. And he replies with "you obviously don't know anything about the post office". I'm 25 and only come here maybe once every few months. No, I'm not a post office expert. Someone opened my mail, stole a gift card and re-taped it shut. The recipients mailbox is locked , so the thief was a postal worker along the way somewhere. It had $100 insurance on it, but I am only getting $15 back instead of the $50 that they stole (and I provided all evidence of.) read more

I have never met a more rude and condescending associate than Raymond (clerk 73). I had a shipping form that had the tracking number, receipt number and just about everything else on it and he was entirely rude about me not knowing a QR code was also required which I didn't have. Then for normal shipping he instructed to "write the address on the box" and then proceeded to mock the situation that the address was written on the top and not the side to another guest is beyond inappropriate. Saying "I guess he can't follow instructions." Maybe next time you say on the side of the box. Good lord, he was just a jerk the entire time. read more

I've been going to this post office for almost 30 years now; & a quarter of the staff know how to treat me like an actual human being. Most of the staff over 35 have a major attitude problem & continuously MISGENDER me despite my I.D. saying otherwise & me correcting. I understand that Covid has had a BIG impact on ALL of our lives & is still a problem for the postal service; regarding pay, hours, deliveries & more. But that is NO excuse to be treated this way. I go to this post office, because it is near my home & easy for me to ship packages off for my personal business. Even though I am a young entrepreneur, it seems the service is very biased. It seems the younger generation is showing more respect towards their customers, than the older. After I receive all of my future packages I'm waiting for, I will definitely be transferring to a different postal service. read more

I regularly get letters and small parcels delivered to my apartment with zero issues. But after this past one, I've had it. It was scanned in as recipient moved and left no forwarding address? The guy must not have even TRIED. No I have no moved, therefore I do not need a forwarding address. Your lazy butt should get out of the LLV and walk it to my door like you're supposed to instead of making things up. This is incredibly unprofessional and I would give zero stars if possible. read more

This has been an efficient and friendly Post Office with at least two clerks on duty. Unfortunately, during the Covid-19 pandemic, there has often only been one clerk and long lines of people waiting. They need to go back to the "all hands on deck" philosophy and I would be glad to change this rating to a 5-Star. read more

It seems as the employees go out of their way to be rude to the customers. Not only do they lose your mail and don't apologize or seem to care but they insinuate its your fault they fail miserably to do their job. The employees need to be trained as I don't believe they ever were; one of them had the audacity to tell me I had to put 9 stamps on a simple letter that was being sent to another state. Crazy! Will only come to this post office if I'm desperate, would rather drive to the one downtown which isn't any better but at least they're nice there. read more

Went there today to ship off a 4"× 6" package and the lady at the register said my package was too small and I would have to buy one of their packaging to ship off what I had. I have lived in California, Massachusetts and now Colorado and have shipped out over a hundred various things in the same bubble packaging I used today and have never heard any postman say anything about the size of this packaging. Their customer service is fair...They have a couple people who are extremely personable; however, they also have some people who need to work on their customer service skills, especially since that's a large part of their job... I ordered a package from Amazon and was notified that it had been delivered. I had checked my mail earlier today so didn't think to take my keys back in with me since the Amazon notification stated that they handed the package to the front desk and it would be too big to fit my P.O. Box. The older gentleman at the front was a little condescending and asked if I had received a yellow slip in my box if there was a package delivered. I explained that I had checked my mail earlier and there wasn't a yellow slip. He did an extremely poor job going to the back to look which forced me to go back to my car to get my keys and check my box again. There wasn't a slip but it showed that the package has been hand delivered to the front desk. He then proceeded to tell me that if the package came in today it would either be processed tomorrow or later in the week. I was in a time crunch and he could have just stated that from the beginning. Mind you this is the same gentleman that encouraged me to sign up for a P.O. Box with them. Failed to deliver my package but said it was attempted. I was home all day in the living room by my front door so I don't know how much they attempted it. Maybe my driveway was too long to trek. So I had to drive to two places to look for it since they then didn't try to redeliver it. I loved the convenience of driving around town and waiting in line for my stuff. They are useless. We've all had mail stolen from our mailboxes over the past few years. So, I don't receive anything of importance there anymore. When something is coming that is important, I ask it to be held or a yellow slip in box. Both times they messed up. They didn't do as was asked. When you go to talk to them, they don't give a @#$%! Their excuse is this part of town has different carriers almost every day. It is what it is. I called the actual USPS 800 # told the lady ..again...and she said "well we need to give them another chance to make it right. Here's your case # if something else happens. Call us." I brought in six heavy boxes to mail. They each Weighed about 50 pounds, and the ladies here could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Despite how heavy the boxes were, they were handled very carefully and these folks never stopped smiling. read more

The people working at this loation need to find another career, they are soooo rude. I had a few family members pass away and was trying to get some mail from my dad's. Long story short, the woman who works the counter told me I needed to get my 'disgusting" animal (my dog) out of her store and that she didnt give a crap about my dads mail situation...when expressing my concrens to the manager sheri .. I felt like I was in kindergarten ...they both raised their voice..I had to leave before my blood pressure caused a brain aneurysm....I'm only writing about one issue..they have screwed my mail up on several other occasions. Thankfully, I've never had a problem with any of my mail here...only the service. The big time jerk, who I used to see throughout the past 4 years I was serviced here, seems to have disappeared. Due to the lack of that bad attitude, I've frequented this location more instead of driving to 8th street. Service is always fun and friendly and assistance has been provided in a courteous and most helpful way every single time it was required.
