I have used this store over the past few months for Amazon returns, and every single time I have had issues with Amazon wanting to charge me weeks later for the returned items because they claim they never received them. The first time I came to this store I even made the mistake of declining a receipt since I have never had problems with UPS stores and Amazon returns in the past, but clearly the trustworthiness of each store is independent from each other despite the shared name. That mistake ended up costing me $60 since I had no proof UPS received the item. I ordered a package from Amazon and amazon gave me ups to deliver my package. Which is not almost a week late. Very frustrated with ups. Every single day it has not been delivered it shows me it'll be delivered. I'm unsure if it's just this certain ups or the whole chain but I wish they'd go out of business because this is absolutely ridiculous.. I even called and talked to customer support to see when my package will be delivered and the guy told me today but seemed in a hurry to get off the phone like that isn't his job. You absolutely SUCK SUCK SUCK. Driver walked right past my front door and deck to place 4 heavy packages in front of my garage to get completely snowed on, 8inches. The stupid driver never knocked or rang my bell to alert me I had packages. What kind of service is this? Driver wrote my front door was too far away. What a bunch of total bull shit!! Usually I got to the UPS store at Tinseltown but I use this one also. Today I came in to print, as I always do in store. I have to print proof of medical appointments to turn into the VA to get travel pay. It's a huge goat rope. This part is usually easy. Today I was charged $1.90 cents for two copies that I emailed to the store as always. I asked the gentleman to print only the first page for me. He couldn't und "there are two attachments, I only need the first page of each printed." He then told me I got charged $1.90 for using their computer. I didn't use or even touch any co outer. I followed the policy to print at UPS for 10cent a copy. Wtf did I get charged $1.90 for? Then he took only $1 when I said it's supposed to be a dime. Never again UPS. No. I've been coming to UPS to print for years. Never has there been a fee for the staff printing a document. The issue is you have one staff member who is a cunt. read more

Dear Mr. Pathak (franchise owner), My wife and I entered your franchise UPS store January 27,2023 to purchase notary services offered. We encountered a very rude, agitated, angry, offensive, unwelcoming, belligerent, and hostile employee, given the title of manager (Luis Miguel Prado Jr.). He demonstrated absolutely no customer service skills and spoke to us in a manner that made my wife feel unsafe and disrespected, which is unacceptable. We simply required Mr. Prado to notarize a single document that contained an error (information written twice and one of the entries had to be crossed out once and initialed). Compliance was not fast enough, and he threatened to not complete the task, and we must leave his store immediately. I informed him that I am a retired Corporate Auditor/CPA, and his behavior was over the top. He ignored my statement and informed us to get replacement documents and go elsewhere because he was not going to fulfill our notary service request. He moved to 2 white customers to complete their service requests, before turning back to us and realizing we were not going to be inconvenienced because of his misplaced anger and hostility due to personal prejudices and mental issues. I've been here several times because I work down the street but today really disappointed me because they charged me two dollars to print up a return label for amazon and use the Internet to access to print up the label! They did not even warn me that there would be a charge for this! And I'm giving them business why the heck would they charge me for this? After complaining they did not even offer a refund. I needed to print a few things and had to call because the online ordering wasn't working. The lady I spoke to on the phone was helpful and friendly. When I got to the store, service was prompt and friendly. I haven't had to ship anything through them, but as far as printing goes I had a great experience. read more

So I'll have UPS packages diverted here so the porch pirates won't get them. The UPS website states they are delivered and I get a text saying ready for pick up. Yet some of the staff say "come back tomorrow" to get it. No, I am sorry if it's delivered, you need to go find it and get it for me. Now this is dependent on who is at the front counter. There is young African American female there who is amazing and will find it fo you. So kudos to her and thank you. There is long haired white guy snow flake millennial who is obviously lazy and doesn't want to find the packages. Our son shipped a package from this store. He received the tracking number, but that is as far as the number went. Our package was NEVER received at the starting point in Colorado Springs. That package of brand new clothes has disappeared and never to be found. Draw your own conclusions. read more

We mailed a Christmas package and some Christmas cards and I forgot my Apple 6s phone. When we discovered it was missing we went back to the store to see if it was still there. Some honest individual and or staff had turned it in to your employee. The staff saved my phone behind the counter. I am very grateful that the staff cared enough to save the phone until we were able to retrieve it. read more

Take time to go to the post office and Box your own packages, this place told me, to pack & ship a box would cost $75.00, I went to Walmart bought 2 boxes plus tape for 6.00....sent two boxes like I wanted to originally for $25.00....Saved $40.00....I will not play it the lazy way again. read more

You would think just mailing a few packages, you'd be in and out of the store without much communication other than your needs! Not the case here, Neal took the time to speak with my mother and get the packages delivered to Virginia in a timely manner! Ohhhhhh, but it didn't stop there! Neal was in contact with my mother and myself until the packages were delivered checking to make sure everything was received in a timely manner, the packages were in good condition and making sure that all 4 packages were received! Not only did we appreciate this as customers....we feel like Neal is now apart of the family! We will continue to do business with this UPS store! The best one EVER! I have been going to this store for years. I think they changed owners recently. Not the same people. Yesterday went in for a notary. I work daytime hours so getting by there is not easy. Had the day off so thought it would be a good time to take care of business. only one employee there. Told the person who is the notary had personal issues but would not be in. The person would be in on Saturday. Went back in, he was sent to another store and still only one employee there. Will no longer be going to this UPS store. read more

I was mailing 2 SMALL packages and the clerk (Indian or Pakistan descent) told me that to mail the one pkg (which contained only 2 lady's short sleeve knit tops) was going to cost me $16.00! It was being sent to Kentucky. I told him that price was ridiculous and that I would take my business elsewhere. He said it is going to cost you that much at the post office! WRONG!! Will never use UPS again. Especially the location at 2910 North Powers Blvd. Colorado Springs, Colorado. Went into the store to ship a package at the beginning of December. As the employee was putting in the address. There was an error trying to find the address. Which I told him to go ahead and over ride. Because I was sure that I had the correct address. A couple days later I was contacting the person I sent the package to asking if she has received anything yet. Which she hasn't. So I checked on the UPS tracker. Which told me it needed the correct address. So I doubled checked, and sure enough I switched the numbers around. So that was all my fault. I also remembered that I ordered items from toy store to be shipped to this same person's house. Which was being shipped by UPS. So I check that tracking number. I also made the same mistake. I went to the UPS location stated at the beginning. A blond older lady very unhappy to even be there assisted me. I told her the problem with the package I shipped at the store. And she called to track the package and give them the correct address. The package was in the correct city. And the person over the phone asked for the phone number of the person receiving the package. She called the person I sent the package to. To tell her the package would be there tomorrow. Which I gave her. Once that was figured out. I asked the blond very unhappy older lady. What can I do about the package I sent from the toy store, which was shipped through UPS. She said since this was through a toy store UPS can't do anything, and that I have to call UPS. She gave me the phone number and sent me on my way. I got into my car and called UPS customer service. Explained I had the wrong address, told her the correct one, and she said it would be there tomorrow. I called my family member to tell her the package would be there tomorrow. And she said yes she received a call about it. The next day she said she got the toy store package, but NOT the other one yet. So I gave it a couple more days. I then received a phone call from the same location UPS store. Saying there's package that got sent back to us. And again I told him a lady from this store called and gave the correct address. I ask if he can try sending it back. He said ok. Then next day the same guy calls me. Telling me I would have to pay to have it reshipped. I told him to hold it there and I will pick it up. I'm not paying another $18 for something that was not my mistake. So now that Christmas is over I still have this package/gift. It's sad that I called about one package, and it got there just fine. But when a UPS employee calls, the other package was NOT received. I shouldn't have to pay if I wanted it reshipped. read more
