I've gone here to return Amazon merchandise and always had a problem. Either on the end of Amazon or on the UPS side but when I return Amazon merch to other places like Whole Foods I never have a problem just scan and go. I didn't find the service helpful here. read more

We went in to print out lots of documents. They printed single page, instead of double sided. We didn't notice until we had left. Which means they charged us twice as much as they needed too. And what a waste of paper! Make sure that you go in and ask specifically to have your documents printed double sided. read more

Went to do some Amazon returns and it was a great experience. The line was out the door, but it moved along quickly and social distancing in place. Everyone had their masks on properly and it was just a fast, simple, SAFE process. Friendly staff and they were good at what they were doing. Glad this is my neighborhood store! read more

8/2/2019 The custom box came in today! Kyle called, left me a vm, I brought the rocker in, Kyle packed it well w wrap and bubble wrap, and off it went! These guys are my "go-to" for everything. They do my mailing and printing. Always friendly, helpful, quick and professional.

I guess management fixed the "help" problems. even after reading all the bad reviews I had to go to this location because of time constraints. The phone call 1st to see if a notary is available, which informed me that even though the current notary would be leaving within 30 minutes, that there will be another notary available for me. The notary, I forget her name, was quick and very helpful. In and out of store in less than 15 minutes. read more

Will never be back! We walked in at 5:35 tonight to get something notarized. There were two people behind the counter who proceeded to tell us that they stop notarizing at 5:30. We asked since it was so close to that time if by chance they were still around so the could help us. The female working told us, that is me and I stop doing that at 5:30. What a waste of time. The website says they are open till 6:30 they should specify if all services aren't available to that time. Terrible customer service. read more

I ordered something off of Amazon for $25 about a week ago. Unfortunately I have to return the item, so I asked my wife to pick up a box on her way home so I could ship it back. She decided to visit your store and bought a box. Upon returning to her car she realized she just got charged $10 for a cardboard box. Too embarrassed to go back, she came home and told me the story. My wife and I immediately went back to the store and asked your colleague Alysha to return the box, but she said she couldn't accept it because it had left the store. Later I went to Walmart and bought a box for 72 cents. So not only did you overcharge my wife by a factor of 15, on top of that you're not allowing us to return this overpriced item. I also want to note that Alysha was very rude in the process. Your store is praying on the unawareness of their customers and you are basically stealing money from us. The return shipping fee was already $6, if I add $10 for a piece of cardboard that means out of my $25 I'm only getting $9 back. EDIT: The manager responded and told me to call the store, but was not there to answer my call. Then she continued to argue with me on Facebook about this issue.Don't get me wrong, I realize I was in the wrong because we purchased the item initially. But the fact that management starts an argument over Facebook tells me this store is run with complete incompetence and I have decided to stop perusing the issue with her directly. I will be taking this up with higher management and my family and I will use a different UPS store going forward. No way to treat your customers! read more

We have a box in your store to receive mail for our business. The construction you did recently for a remodel obviously interrupted service to your customers. We receive multiple pay checks from contracts throughout the month. They arrive around the same day every month. Not the case for November. One check we received in a blank usps card board envelope that had a label attached and our box number handwritten. Inside was on of our checks which must have been mis-sorted and returned to the store. We are still missing a large check and after letting Kyle know in store today and he checked around I was told to have it reissued. Yeah I gathered I'd need to do that but what is the explanation for our large checks missing? I was told it must've been during construction because "they had some family in to help sort and he was aware that the one check we received back was due to mis-sorting." I wasn't given an apology or even much acknowledgement that this is quite a problem and inconvenience for us as a small business owner. One plain looking envelope might not mean much to your employees but it does to our employees who need to be paid. I expect better service. I pay for the box. read more

I am so disappointed. For years it seems like siblings, or a family was running this location together and I loved it. I genuinely felt like they were providing excellent customer service and a great experience. I have been in twice over the last 2 weeks and the staff is discouraged, sad and unhelpful. read more

I usually go to this UPS store to drop off my amazon returns and occasionally send stuff out when I need it. The ladies that work here are generally helpful and nice. On the other hand Justin (I think, blonde hair blue eyes) is very rude unhelpful and acts like he hates his job. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I felt very unwelcome. I didn't even get a hello when I walked in, he just stared at me until I walked to the counter. On top of that he didn't ask me what I needed I did all the talking. The questions he did ask about my package were followed by sighs. He acted like I was such a burden because I wanted to send a package out. Once the transaction was done he handed me my receipt and didn't say anything. His communication and customer service skills are very poor. I will not be returning to this ups for anything. read more

I showed up tonight at 6:27 the doors were locked I waited at the counter for over a minute without even being greeted while they unplugged the printer. Then was told they couldn't print a label as they had unplugged the printer and that I could come back tomorrow. I now understand the ratings. read more

I enjoyed my shipping process here. They don't have large boxes up front, maybe in the back, but other than that they have all of the shipping materials and supplies you will need. The people up front were extremely helpful with all my questions and made the process super easy. I definitely prefer coming here over the post office and the next time I'm mailing packages I'll be returning to the UPS Store. read more

Wow, after reading some of the previous reviews and experiencing it myself, I can see why this UPS store #4871 has bad ratings. My husband and I went to this store to get a document notarized. I was there at 5:20 pm and was told by Porche Parnell that she stop notarizing documents at 4:30 pm and normally 4:00 pm. That's crazy since the store doesn't close until 6:30 pm and it wasn't like they had a line of customers out the door. I told her that my husband and I were told last week that the cut off was 5:30, but she told me that different employees set their own cut off time. What kind of chicken operation is that??! I called my husband who was just pulling in the parking lot from an hour drive there, and he wasn't too happy either. I asked her where was that posted and she stated that it doesn't have to be posted and she set her own time. While speaking with my husband, apparently Porche didn't like what I was saying to him and became angry; then she tried to put me out of the store. I said, oh you just going to put me out of your store...what if I have a mailbox here? She said she's going to close my mailbox. What...thank goodness I don't have a box there!! I asked her for the customer service number so I can file a complaint. When my husband came in the store, he had to beg her for 10 minutes to get his document notarized and she was loving every minute of it. She finally said yes, but when he asked me for my ID card, she stated..."Oh no, she can't get anything notarized here". My husband said, ma'am she has to sign the document. Porche Parnell was arrogant, rude, immature and unprofessional. After we left, I called the customer service complaint number and the rep needed the address to the store so I went back in the store to ask for a business card and Porche tried to kick me out again. During the incident, she threatened to call the police not once, but twice. For what...inquiring? I was not irate or raising my voice. If you want to know who was being irate and yelling, look at the cameras. Apparently Porche was lying because I waited in my car for the police to show because I had a few things to tell them myself, but they didn't show. If customer service is not the focus of this store, then they are no value to the customer and should be shut down, especially since I discovered there is a UPS store 2 miles down the road on Powers and Constitution, that notarize until closing. If I could give this store "0" stars, I would. Word of warning, read the reviews before you attempt to go to this store at 6050 Stetson Hills Blvd in Colorado Springs, CO and enter at your own risk. If they can't treat customers with respect then they don't deserve to have any! read more
