Jean and Josh saved my life! Besides taking care of my business that I needed done there and getting a package mailed the right way, they found my wallet that I left on the counter! After finishing up my transaction and leaving, I realized much later on in the afternoon that I couldn't find my wallet. In a panic I called the UPS store 3996 and spoke to Jean and told him what I was looking for, and he advised me that they had it and kept it safe all day. I had no contact phone number in there, so they had no way to reach out to me. Everything was just as it was and my wallet was returned. I have been a customer of this location for over 14 years and have always appreciated the courteous, professional service I received in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent visit marked a turning point--and not for the better. I arrived prepared to ship a package, expecting the usual respectful interaction. Instead, I was met with an unwelcoming and frankly disrespectful attitude from a younger staff member. Without so much as a greeting, he abruptly yelled, "What's that box about? You know you gotta pay a lot of money for that--are you sure?" All of this was said while he looked me over dismissively, clearly unaware, or unconcerned, that I had been a longtime patron of this business. It was a jarring and disappointing encounter that lacked even the most basic standards of customer service; common courtesy, professionalism, and respect. Sadly, it's clear that the culture has shifted from the warm, competent service I once knew to something far less thoughtful. Businesses should never lose sight of the fact that how you treat people matters. Respect should be a baseline, not a luxury. Today I went to this UPS store to return an amazon package and also to get some fingerprints. I was not greeted when I entered the store. Upon arrival, Jesus the cashier made it known that the box I had in my hand had to be tapped. "Oh we really don't make much money from amazon and customers are responsible for that". I responded by saying "that seems to be a business partner issue. Per amazons instructions, I thought I could simply bring it in it's box." I ended up keeping my box and will go to another UPS. Soon after, Another employee comes from the back to complete my fingerprints. This is when customer services plummeted! His name was Josh and he is very disrespectful. As I was getting fingerprinted, Josh rushed me thru the whole process. We were having technical difficulties and Josh proceeded to tell me that I can't follow instruction and that I need to hurry up. I explained to him that my hands are naturally sweaty and requested to apply hand sanitizer and wipe them off. He acted like a toddler the whole time, throwing a constant tantrum. I even told him that I have been fingerprinted numerous times and have never been treated in such manner. Another customer was waiting for fingerprints and it finally made sense why I was being rushed. I stayed around to observe Josh's interaction with this new client and to my surprise it was completely different. Similar to my session, they experienced technical difficulties. However, Josh was professional with that client. And allowed him to redo the scan multiple times. Im still left shocked. I don't know why I was treated so poorly but the only difference between that customer and myself is our gender and race. So I'm still trying to make this whole situation make sense. I will never step foot in this establishment again. Staff need to complete a customer service course ASAP. read more

Don't bother going here if you didn't pack your stuff. These lite franchise locations will rip you off. Little tiny bag that usually is free at main UPS hub; here will charge you $4.25. I should have asked the price first and once I left I've notice he charged me for padded envelope. It wasn't padded but more thin foil envelope. No wonder HS kids working there. Proof of receipt that he charged for wrong item. It was present on the spot without pricing and one of those usual UPS bags alike. So prepare to be ripped off and they won't pack anything for you and don't bother dropping off your Amazon stuff either. Amir and Josh are the nicest and funniest UPS staff I ever met. They make me feel welcome and have a small fun chat. They know how to brighten your day and they know what to do. I'm so glad that this is my to-go ups location. On amazon, you have an option to scan the label and ups will print it out if you're returning an amazon item. You can also print, copy and shred papers here which is pretty great and cheap. The line can get pretty long but they work pretty fast. I'm never there more than ten minutes. Wont be coming back to this location again. Been coming for years usually has great customer service. Brought a box in today that had a return label already to go.. box needed one very small piece of tape .. kid working there without flinching says ill have to charge you a couple of dollars for that .. a couple of dollars for a 7" piece of tape gfys. I spend thousands of dollars at this location for over 15 years and you want to nickel and dime me over 1 piece of tape and give me an attitude on top of that ... this kid you have working there cost you a long time customer. read more

DISAPPOINTED AND DISHONEST UPS STORE I had 2 packages to ship 1 domestic the other international. I was quoted $88.00 for domestic and $379.00 for international. I asked several times if this was accurate and he confirmed. I took my packages and left. I proceeded to go to another UPS store in the area and was quoted 59.00 for the first and 89.00 for the second. NOT SURE HOW THEIR COULD BE A $30.00 AND $298.00 DISCREPANCY. read more

I faxed an important letter today from the UPS store. About 15 minutes after I left, I found out I had forgotten to sign the faxed letter and so I had to return to the store and fax it again. They did not charge me to fax it the second time, even though it was my mistake! So nice of them! The people at this location are always so helpful and pleasant. Just love this store. Prior to new ownership the UPS store was the worst. When new ownership took over you could see customer service was back and it was great. However the white guy at the front is super rude. I mean excessively rude. I've been there numerous times and want to cringe when I see him there. Today was enough for me to say ive had my fill. Amazon says I don't need to pack a return but he argues you do. If you have several packages he talks under his mask about the quantity. He seems very miserable working there and if he is then he should definitely find a new job. Haven't seen the owner in a while and I guess I won't because I will never send packages there again. Don't shop at the UPS store located at 5645 Coral Ridge Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33076. The owner Amir is very dishonest. He tried to cheat me on Amazon return by selling the box that I didn't needed. the return was already in the box, however he tried to make extra few dollars by compromising his integrity by telling me I need to buy another box. I drove directly to next UPS store on University Dr and was able to return without any problems. Mr. Amir the owner of this store obviously doesn't care about his reputation or integrity.
