    Today I went to this UPS store to return an amazon package and also to get some fingerprints. I was not greeted when I entered the store. Upon arrival, Jesus the cashier made it known that the box I had in my hand had to be tapped. "Oh we really don't make much money from amazon and customers are responsible for that". I responded by saying "that seems to be a business partner issue. Per amazons instructions, I thought I could simply bring it in it's box." I ended up keeping my box and will go to another UPS. Soon after, Another employee comes from the back to complete my fingerprints. This is when customer services plummeted! His name was Josh and he is very disrespectful. As I was getting fingerprinted, Josh rushed me thru the whole process. We were having technical difficulties and Josh proceeded to tell me that I can't follow instruction and that I need to hurry up. I explained to him that my hands are naturally sweaty and requested to apply hand sanitizer and wipe them off. He acted like a toddler the whole time, throwing a constant tantrum. I even told him that I have been fingerprinted numerous times and have never been treated in such manner. Another customer was waiting for fingerprints and it finally made sense why I was being rushed. I stayed around to observe Josh's interaction with this new client and to my surprise it was completely different. Similar to my session, they experienced technical difficulties. However, Josh was professional with that client. And allowed him to redo the scan multiple times. Im still left shocked. I don't know why I was treated so poorly but the only difference between that customer and myself is our gender and race. So I'm still trying to make this whole situation make sense. I will never step foot in this establishment again. Staff need to complete a customer service course ASAP.

    I came here with my cousin and the customer service was very terrible. We asked the workers for help and they were very rude to us.

    I brought in a prepaid label with a box that was open and they charge me to put tape on it I found that to be ridiculous

    RIPPED OFF, DISHONEST!!!!!: MOLD SPECIALISTS / GLOBAL LINK... We gave a $10,000 check to Keith…read moreSorenson (OWNER) with assurances in writing FINALIZATION for our bathroom to be completed in 6 weeks and if non-English speaking employees they would bring an interpreter when at our home. Agreed contracted final price was $23,500 even though we were paying for toilet, sink, floor & wall tile, molding, medicine cabinet, fan, faucets, shower panel, lighting and all hardware & accessories. Keith was over double of 2 estimates received from other companies. We assumed and were assured we were getting the best because Keith said FERGUSON was standing behind him and his office was in FERGUSON showroom. Obviously, DISHONEST! I called to complain to a showroom manager after (4) months and still no project completion. In addition, to give him awareness we met Keith and salesman Paul (3 times) at FERGUSON to finalize and purchase "stuff". After several attempts he spent a few phone minutes and we were relieved and reassured. He will talk to "HIGHER UPS" and get back to us. He did not nor did "HIGHER UPS"! Finally, we called Dominic (954) 309-7263 who is a General Manage. Dominic never called back until we left a message threatening a lawsuit. Dominic called and was uncaring and cold and gave no assistance. He said we are not responsible for another company. He is correct and did not know a Keith Sorenson. Initially, 3 employees came for demolition and not one could communicate in English and no interpreter. A few weeks later one of his employees unexpectedly walked in to our home without knocking or any appointment. My wife was not proper! He is lucky I was away from my weapon. He spoke no English. After 4 months the project was left incomplete. His crew (David) stood us up 2 times without a call or text and the tile guy (no English) once. Keith and foreman Luis were aware of multiple dings and paint chips on front door. Luis the foreman asked "do you have the paint"? Nothing else! My wife who is to nice and easily taken advantage of showed me a rude text message from Luis answering her question. I texted him: "DO NOT BE RUDE TO MY WIFE". It's obvious he and Keith did not get along. We are seniors and I have a disability but had to shower alone in a tub on the opposite end of our home (DANGEREROUS). When I wake up to use the toilet at the opposite end of the house (2-3 times nightly) in the dark without turning light on because I did not want to wake my wife (AGAIN, DANGEROUS). Dangerous because Global Link / Mold Specialists left the toilet at the foot of my bed for 14 weeks after demolition. Keith knew of the hazard. I dismissed Keith Sorenson, (GLOBAL LINK / MOLD SPECIALISTS ) 8 weeks into the project due to sloppy, off schedule and not working for weeks at a time. Also he up charged for clear and stay clean glass for shower door which we told him we wanted before handing him $10,000. At that time his remark: "that's the only way we do it". We changed the size of the niche 3 inches longer and he said "OKAY, NO PROBLEM". We were not told upcharge for either. Contract n writing all electrical work included. He upcharged $932 for those items. I refused to pay. He called my wife without my knowledge and she gave him a credit card for the $932. We did get most of $932 back after fighting with Keith Sorenson on phone for a week. We dismissed him shortly thereafter. We agreed to let him continue since he had so much of our money and he pleaded. Agreement with a new contract finish date (August 15). He came to our home with the new contract completion date August 31st. I ripped it up and I wrote a new agreement with as agreed completion date August 15 and foolishly and regretfully gave him another $7800 on a credit card. Again, we were at his mercy because he gets so much money upfront. We were taken advantage of. August 16th came and still no completion. I was out of state visiting grandkids. I called him August 16th the day after completion was supposed to be done and fired him a second time. I did not tell my wife I fired Keith till the next morning. Keith spoke to my wife before I told her of Keiths dismissal. He weaseled his way in to our home while I was out of state. He did not tell her I fired him hours before. My wife said he said he has completed, but not even close and sloppy. We spent $3100 to get work completed after Keiths so called completion. We are still waiting for a a new shower panel which is the exact one Keiths people install. We ordered it but have had 3 delays. Here are some of (not all) Keith's charges: 1) $950 for DUMP FEES, RESIDENTIAL SUPERVISION, GENERAL CLEANING. 2) $562.50 JOURNEYMAN STANDARD TIME. 3) $2700 PLUMBING FOR SINK AND SHOWER. 4) $2280 INSTALL TILE SHOWER. 5) $1552 FOR INSTALLING TILE FLOOR (100 SQ FEET). 6) $4982 PROVIDE AND INSTALL VANITY. Your not gonna belive this: Keith had my in laws phone number and called my sister inlaw and said he is worried about my wife because I a

    Mold Specialists / Global Link RIPPED US OFF. We are seniors. Keith Sorensen (owner) asks for 50…read morepercent upfront and 30 percent at demolition. That's 80 percent before project starts. He promised verbally and FORTUNATLY I put in writing, (6) weeks for project completion. He hired other companies to do the work. He does nothing, Sorensen is just "A MIDDLE MAN". Rarely saw him after initial payment's and rarely returns a voicemail timely. Project was improper and incomplete in 4 months. NOT 6 WEEKS as promised. We dismissed him again (2nd) time. He demanded final payment ($4882) and we refused. He put a lien on our home ($5400). Court proceedings coming if he wishes to move forward. He won't, it's obvious we can pay, and he is responsible for doing the work which was done illegally. NO PERMIT!!! The consequences are huge for the homeowner. Redo his incorrect, unfinished work using another contractor, paying a fine ($500) for NO PERMIT. We cannot renew our homeowner's insurance because NO PERMIT. Go with anyone other than KEITH SORENSEN. They will be more honest than Sorensen and less expensive. Sorensen was the most expensive and that is why my wife decided Sorensen. I agreed because she is the boss (LOL). The quality of work was the driving factor after 2 estimates before contracting Sorensen. HUGE MISTAKE! Don't get RIPPED-OFF! We did.Do not trust Sorensen. Much more, but limited space. In short SORENSENS OBVIOUS, to us, drinking problem. He contacted our family stating I own a gun (I do not) and that he was concerned for my wife. Obviously was drunk when he made that call. That was right after we refused to pay before he put a lien on our home. Fortunately, family knows Sorensen is unbalanced, especially after call stating a gun and fearful for my wife. Google consequences to homeowner if contractor does not get permit. Especially if electrical and plumbing are involved. Thanks again, SORENSEN the RIP-OFF.
