I visited the store on 1/10/26 at 1pm. The young Hispanic looking girl is extremely rude. No personality. She told me it will be $5 to tape my box that is about 6x6 inches. I left and came right back with my own tape I taped my own small box, She kept asking me if I had more than 1 return in which I kept replying "No" it's only 1 return. She proceeded to place the return slip on my box but with such attitude. On my way out I told her that I hope she has a better day. She didn't reply . She definitely doesn't want to be at work today or probably no days and she definitely has no customer service skills. This location is the closest to my house and sadly the customer service is always lacking every-time I come here. I needed to drop something off for Amazon and my phone just happened to not work which is no fault on the employees end but I asked if they had wifi the lady who was working at the front just pointed at the paper and after time and again retrying the wifi the password was incorrect and all she said was i don't know. Shouldn't the employees know at least the password if she's been there for so long it isn't the first time I've seen her and she always gives a idgaf attitude. I always have a good experience at this store even for different services, especially considering that there's usually only one person working at a time. Even when there's a wait the employee is usually kind and professional, especially when you're kind back. I went in for a LiveScan today and Rachelle was awesome. She seems very professional and hardworking, and I had a very pleasant experience with her today. The LiveScan process was smooth and I was in and out quick. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This experience left me stunned. I paid for what I thought was a professional packing job. What I got looked rushed, careless, and entirely inadequate. The package arrived in pieces, and I'm left covering the loss. In all my years shipping items, I've never seen such disregard for the customer's trust and money. I came in for a notary service, and she acted like I was bothering her--zero patience, zero professionalism. Worst customer service ever! Dropped off two packages and Rachelle demanded the packages be put on one receipt. Claimed they were low on receipt printer paper. The poor kid behind the counter had to follow her orders and just looked really uncomfortable. This location does not deserve your local/small business support, neither do they seem to want your business. Drive a few miles more to another UPS Store located at Norco UPS store at 2420 River Road Suite #230 Norco, CA 92860. You will not be disappointed with the Norco location's better customer service. I came in at around 6:25 p.m. on September 30, 2024 and in my error used a retail box with a prepaid UPS label taped on it. The associate did not return my greeting to her ("hello") and proceeded to ask where my shipping code or label was. Immediately said that I must use a shipping box (rather than the retail box I received the product in) and was immediately dismissive and unnecessarily irate with my not being an expert on the matter. I was quoted $45 for a box that is brown and will fulfill the requirements. Not even one second after I declined the expensive box, she immediately called next customer to walk up while I was removing box off the table. Rude service overall. I called the Norco UPS Store and they as USUAL were very helpful and explained why the shipping box is required and hence I now understand for future reference. Eastvale (7056 Archibald Ave.) UPS, just avoid it and go somewhere more helpful, especially if you're not super knowledgeable about minor details involving shipping. Do yourself a favor and go to 2420 River Road suite 230 Norco UPS instead (or literally anywhere else) and briskly walk or run away from the Eastvale UPS (7056 Archibald Ave) home of the big attitude and zero customer service. read more

Came in to return an item and there was a huge line but understandable since it was a Monday. Seemed like they were short staff as there was one woman behind the counter and boxes everywhere so I was about to head out. I noticed the woman was very quick tho and knew what she was doing. She got everyone out quickly. I was very impressed with her professionalism considering how frustrated she must have been from the non stop customers but she seemed organized and when the other employee came in she made sure she got him to organize the boxes and get them in the back to make more room. I have had issues with Rachelle being rude and trying to charge me for their USPS drop box ( which is complimentary ) and my husband also had issues with Rachelle to the point he called UPS customer service to report her. Today I had an issue with the girl with the facial piercings. I walked in and she completely ignored me. She was helping another customer with a live scan. I waiting a little longer- she still ignored me. I asked if it was okay if I left my oversized box here for about 5 mins until she was done helping the other customer. She still completely ignored me!! I called her out and asked her why she was ignoring me. She finally said " I said yes" ( with attitude) She clearly did not. I don't usually have issues dropping off an item at this location but today was really bad by your employee named BRITTANY. She did not provide good customer service skills instead acted like she didnt want to be there working. She first denied my boyfriends drop off bc of blue tape and when I went back in line and removed the blue tape to redrop off the delivery, her face looks pissed off while helping other customers. She said its not our fault if item is damaged so I go and tell her too that I don't care either because that's how I got item sent to me that it wasnt taped well. Whoever the notary is with the colorful hair, is rude and hates her job. Had to come back to have something she notarized, notarized again due to missing info. She had an attitude from the start, I explained what had happened and what we needed, she seemed irritated like she didn't want to do her job and rudely asked "so what are we doing?" She stood there quiet and then finally asked us for our ID's, had us look through the pages ourselves to see where we needed to sign. Absolutely no professionalism. This store has some of the best hard working employees, but also employed one of the worst rotten egg in the basket. A lady working the morning shift was more interested in engaging on a work unrelated conversation with another customer rather than acknowledging waiting customers.
