I had an absolutely horrible experience at this UPS store today. I just wanted to make a drop off and asked the lady to print out a label for me and she was just being so rude about it. She asked me to send the label to her email and then asked if I got a confirmation back which I didn't so she made me resend it but she just had such an attitude in her way of talking. And after I resent the email she didn't even follow up if I got a confirmation so asking me for that in the first place was already stupid if you weren't gonna follow up on it. This location is extremely rude- the service here is just disgusting. I signed up for fingerprint scanning at this location. The lady that was helping me ( maybe mid 20s , long black hair & ponytail ) was just the rudest person- I explained that I needed fingerprints done and before I could finish my sentence about how I made an appointment at this location. She was sending me to a different location . I was understanding that they didn't offer the service today and that was fine, but let a person talk and explain themselves. Then, I had gone back because I just took it as it was my fault I didn't read the address right and I go back. I had to ask again because the address I type was right- I was just confused on where to go. At that point she rolled her eyes and said we don't offer it here you need to go to another location. I asked for the address and it was given but just so rude. Honestly, I don't do this type of post but you are in the business of customer service. Service your customers to keep coming back. This is our closest UPS and every time we go they're not the nicest but I try to not let that stop me from supporting local business. However, Brianna was ridiculous. She refused to give me a receipt stating she can only give 1 a day. Excuse me? We had to go back to our car to tape up a package that opened up and it was going to a different location than our Amazon returns. She said she can take the return but not give us a receipt stating it's store policy. I asked where it was in writing and she just ignored me. I have no words. I've tried to tell myself. It's not the owners fault because it is hard to find good help but maybe they need to retrain because as I scroll through the reviews I'm not the only one having this experience. read more

I went to this UPS for shipping. When I was called to the register, the associate was very rude. She didn't smile or even say hello. I told her how I needed to print off a label and she quoted me 3.00 per page, which is insane. Then, she rudely told me that because I had one tracking number for 3 packages, that ups would not take it. I get that this may be the process, but the way she explained it was anything but great customer service. In fact, when I was still trying to get clarification, she cut me off and took the next customer. BEWARE!! They're thieves! I returned my Christian Dior bracelet on January 2, 2024, because one of the diamonds fell out and I needed a replacement. I dropped the package off to a male employee at the store. It was very busy in the store after the holiday, and I should have watched the employee tape my package up before exiting the store, but I did not. When I followed up with Christian Dior, they informed me they received my package. However, the box was empty! Someone from that store stole the bracelet. I was in today on Saturday 7/26 at 2pm to ship two boxes. Both my boxes were neatly taped but one box was missing a piece on one side. I just needed a one inch piece of tape. Before I could ask about tape, the employee said "that needs to be ready to go and I'm not giving you tape." I apologized and asked if she could spare one small piece. She said it would cost me $4.99. I said I didn't need to package up the whole box, I just missed one small spot. She said "you should have read your instructions better" she smirked and she walked away from me to the back leaving me at the counter. My boxes were heavy and I had to make arrangements to come in today and even if this is store policy for one piece of tape she was SO incredibly mean I was to the point of tears. I paid $8.99 for a roll of tape when I just needed one inch and I felt so disrespected. As I was welling up with tears another customer helped me put tape on my box. As I finished, the employee kept talking and when I asked if she was talking to me, she glared at me and said "no." She had her ear pods in and was chatting on her personal phone. This store now charges 1.25 to tape the return label to the box. I saw another review with the same complaint. In the past I was told no worries they attach the label to the box to ensure visibility and delivery. I simply picked my box up and left the store after being told that nonsense. I will tape the label to the box and return to another UPS (I'd rather give another store business than the one in Eastvale). Update: I'm sorry, but the response I received has absolutely nothing to do with charging customers 1.25 for tape! As a customer we only see UPS Store as UPS Store. If the other stores charge 1.25 to tape on the return label I wouldn't know until I get to that store. What I do know is I've been to the Eastvale on Archibald UPS Store since 2019 and never had to pay 1.25 to tape on a shipping label. Instead I've been told they will take care of it by placing a sticky label holder on the box to place my label inside (now that would cost money that could be saved). Let's be honest, every business is trying to blame what they went through with Covid to raise cost. But a lot of companies made a profit and refuse to extend that profit down to their employees, including my own place of employment. As of right now, today, I know this particular UPS Store charges 1.25 for attaching a shipping label and I won't return. They have a new girl that seems like she just started (long hair and has a nose ring) and she was EXTREMELY rude. I needed to mail out my CO2 tanks from SodaStream, which I had been doing for years and she looked at it and said they can't take it because it's hazardous. Confused, I told her I'd been sending it back through UPS for years and she just said "No." I told her they've always taken it and she said, "No they haven't. It's always been like this." Annoyed I asked for her manager who actually explained the situation. The manager told me that past employees were taking them, but were not supposed to and that's why they don't work there anymore. How hard would that have been for her to say? Afterwards, I kindly asked her if she could just explain that to me next time instead of saying no over and over and she looked at me irritated and said, "I tried, but you kept interrupting me." Wow. Unfortunately, this UPS store that I've been going to for years has an employee named Brianna that decided the very box that UPS shipped to me yesterday which I have not opened is no longer allowed to be shipped back via UPS because it's not a standard shipping box whatever that means. This very same packaging, which was a standard shipping box yesterday? I have used this same packaging to ship over 100 items with UPS and all of a sudden it's no longer allowed. I don't know if Brianna's having a bad day or she woke up this morning and decided that she was going to become the UPS God but I proceeded to pull up ups.com and show her on their very own website that all cardboard packaging boxes are allowed to be shipped via UPS, including cereal boxes as crazy as that is, it's a service that UPS boasts about. Despite showing her company policy on ups.com she decided to continue to hold up the long line and tell me that it doesn't matter what ups.com says her location will not take my box and then she continue to say "don't go to the other locations in Eastvale, there's three of them. None of us will take your box", so she must be a district manager making up new rules. Unfortunately I will not bring my packages here again and I have to waste my time to share this negative review. I have been coming here more often, and I have to say the ladies that work here are amazing they are always busy with customers. There is always a line out the door, but they always handle it they all can multi task, and they are friendly. I will say my favorite is Rachel she is always on point she always acknowledges her customers, and if you are regular, she will greet you by name. For the customers that where complaining about her you might be the problem because the customer is not always right and these ladies put up with of nonsense from customers that don't get their way or the don't like the price or they don't like the answer no. I have been here a bunch of times to do my livescans and drop off packages. Although there can be a line, the workers are very friendly and efficient. Arianna provided outstanding customer service when she helped me with my livescan. It was super easy and she definitely knows what she's doing. Only cash for livescans for $84 so make sure you come prepared. This place is close by and convenient. Everyone was wearing masks and social distancing. Yesterday I came before the closing time and waited in line. Instead of stopping the line at 4pm and serving those who waited outside due to maintaining social distance, we were told to come back another day. Today, I returned, waited in lines following social distancing and the workers don't have masks, that's allowed I know in Riverside county, but my problem was there was no social distancing at the register. The cashier allowed others to come into my space before my transaction was complete. When I asked she said yep, no masks or social distancing was enforced there. Wow! So they have the 6 ft markers inside along the perimeters of their space, but don't care if a customer is given their 6 ft of distance at the register? Seemed unprofessional to me.
