This location is terrible. The employees pick and choose who to help and use COVID-19 as an excuse. For example, if you are returning one box from ATT (as their agreement) they will take it. But if you have several boxes they will tell you they can't due to Covid-19 and you will have to drive to the one in Fairfield. The employees are looking for a way to work less. Terrible. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I travel all around Houston for work and pick up medical equipment. I have been to easily 10 ups stores and I've never had an experience like this one. They charged me 81 cents to tape my boxes, I had to put the label on myself, and they charged me to use their computer to print a label and charged me for the copy. A racket. Use any other ups store! Also, there were homeless people outside of the store begging for money. read more

Find another location. In looking at other reviews, seems I am not the only one. Not only did I fine the employees NOT helpful, but almost borderline rude. I was given the shipping label and payment by the company I was shipping the item. They emailed it to me. When I asked if they can get it off my phone, I was told I had to print it. Ok, no problem, except there was a charge for that. As well as the "fee" for the tape to close the box. I think there was a fee for the AC that I felt when I walked in. I am sure there are others stores just as close. Think I will see if one of them values customers and doesn't treat them as if they are the only game in town. They can keep their tape! read more

Should have visited Yelp before going to this UPS Store. Been to this location several times because it's the closest. Not anymore. They are always unfriendly, unorganized, rude, with no sense of customer service or urgency. Caveat Emptor! DO NOT trust sending your valuables through this location. You have been warned! read more

i usually don't post yelp reviews, but Britani from this location went above and beyond. There was something wrong with my amazon return and i left before they realized. Britani went back on the cameras and contacted me to fix the return, something she didn't have to do. This level of customer service is something you rarely see anymore. The service was quick and concise and they followed all the covid-19 procedures. I would feel safe and happy to return to this location again. I am so happy Britani was there otherwise i may have not have received my refund. read more

I came to this location specifically because it advertises that it offers notary services to the public. After waiting in line, the person who ran the register told me his coworker offered the notary service. When I approached the notary, the woman who was supposed to be the notary said they don't offer full notary service. So the woman says she know she can't do the notary service, but she starts thumbing through my papers which are none of her business if she can't notarize them. The jist of this review is that businesses don't advertise services you cannot do and be clear about what's offered. If you no longer offer an advertised service or your service is limited, immediately stop advertising that you do. I wasted time standing in line. I wasted a planned trip around stopping at this location. There's an AAA in the same shopping center that can notarize all documents except government issued documents such as passports. Keep that in mind when you seek a notary. I'll further add that the notary at AAA wasn't even nosy about the paperwork like the person who turned me away at the UPS Store on Spring Cypress Rd! read more

Went to this store to drop off 4 large boxes for a client. The client asked me to put it on there ups account I was told by the clerk that they would ONLY ship 2 day am or overnight when placing it on an account holders account, which would be incredibly expensive. I asked the clerk why I could only do premium shipping and not ship the boxes ground, I was then told that it was their store policy. I believe that they were purposely price gouging account holders because the person that is dropping off the package won't know how much those premium shipping cost will be to that account holder. I highly doubt ups will like the fact that this store is purposely price gouging account holders. I plan on filing a complaint with ups against this franchise store individual shipping policy for account holders. read more

My husband purchased an F1 shirt out of The Netherlands and requested that it be shipped UPS to our local store as the vendor website offered free shipping and no postal service involvement. Checked on status and tracking showed it was delivered 9/20 then 10/2 status showed it was refused delivery At the store the manager (name on the tracking) said yup, item was returned. Said it didn't show her address so it wasn't her store (tracking showed her name and earlier employee confirmed name was store manager) Offered no help what so ever or sympathy or apology. Was very cold. She opened a drawer with several hand written pieces of paper with UPS 1-800 number, handed it to me and I asked if there wasn't something she could do and she said no so I left the store. Called the number and was told package is at a holding facility in town (Willowbrook area). Drove to the address which is a driver employee base with a make shift metal trailer like building. Sign said customer pick up from 8am to 11am and 5pm to 8pm so of course we were not there at the proper time and have to drive back over. Total PITA. Advice to avoid having anything shipped to UPS Store, deliver at your work or just risk our mail service that the UPS hands off to. Very disappointed. read more

I was charged for an envelope before I was asked if I had my own envelope. I told the lady I had one in my car that I could get if I would've known they didn't have regular UPS envelopes. She said the only UPS envelopes that they have are overnight envelopes and mine was going ground. I will never go back to this location! read more

My father sent me a check via UPS store in Charlottesville, VA. He paid $55.xx for next day delivery. I was broke. I get here and I'm forced to pay $5 to pick it up at this location. We was not told about that at all until I called in after it was already sent. The owner was not willing to wave the fee and I was lucky that I had $5 left in my glove box. My bank is 19 hours away. I just moved here. The manager talked to the owner like she was the owner and very nasty towards him. She ran all over in saying to him what he was going to do. The man was respectful but he was also firm. The women though was a Bitch towards me and the owner. She stated what she wanted to be the case but lied to him about the truth. Saying my father called before it was sent. That was me after it was sent. FedEx does not charge for store to store delivery. They are also respectful and a whole new ballgame. She really needs her teeth knocked down her throat and to be fired. read more
