I went to this location to drop off a package. The label wouldn't email from the website. So I had to try and use the computer they have onsite. So there I am on Andrew Christian dotcom with ads popping up. I'm on speaker phone hold Hell because my return label won't print I'm freaking out because I'm missing happy hour time. Patty descends upon me like an angel from the heavens above and after a couple of tries she finally beats the system that was holding me back from a cocktail hitting my lips. Thank You Patty! I'm not one who typically leaves reviews, but I feel like for this particular situation it is very needed. So yesterday 01/30 my sister needed to return her phone through ups, in which she did have a return label and everything. Well her not really knowing the process of shipping goes into this location, and was met with a rude very very rude associate by the name of miles. Who obviously doesn't know how to do is his. He raised his voice at my sister telling her "we don't do that here" which is bs because it's a ups store. Then also says "get her her receipt so she can get out of here." This type of customer service is not how you treat people. Being African American is already hard enough and to have an asshole talk to you like that instead of helping as he should have is totally unacceptable. Miles has to be the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. He was condescending when I asked a question. He was sarcastic and when I asked to speak with the manager, he motioned to a man standing a few feet from him, who heard the the statements Miles made to and me replied "if you think I am rude you don't want to deal with him." If in fact that was the manager that Miles was referring to, then two people need to be fired. Word can spread quickly about bad customer service. I love going to the ups store. I have bad social anxiety and it tends to trip me up especially when dealing with shipping or mailing things, and the employees here are always extremely helpful, efficient and kind. Today was my first experience to the contrary. The young white gentleman who helped me was fantastic! The black gentleman who guided me to the printers was also fantastic! The old white man named VICTOR was extremely rude. I was flustered and had to repeat a question I'd already asked because I forgot the answer. He went out of his way, while helping a different customer, to make a rude comment toward me because of this. Anyone who prefers kindness with their customer service avoid VICTOR. read more

This is the worst UPS store in Dallas. I've had packages stolen twice. Plus the workers went in my mailbox and gave my mail to someone who wasn't me. Chris the manager and Tom the owner did nothing to help me. In fact, the owner said the cameras in the store were just dummy cameras and don't work because he is not required to have them working. He also had the audacity to get in my face and put his fingers in my face as if I was a child and told me that if I didn't like the way they did their business to go ahead and report them to the postal police authorities because he deals with the person in that area all the time and it wouldn't matter anyway. Was on my way to meet with a client today; one of many. When I realized I had left home without printing their Contract! OMG! In a panic I Googled "print a document" and UPD popped up only 2.1 miles away. I arrived at UPS moments later explained the situation to the clerk, and with a smile he said no problem just email me the document from your phone and I will print it. I regularly use this location's services. I have bought items needed for shipping, had numerous items shipped, had them pack items shipped through USPS, and have had several documents notarized. The staff is friendly, helpful and patient when working through shipping options and prices. If you are having an item notarized, I recommend calling to see when the staff who are notaries are available (went once and the person that day, was not scheduled for another hour). Bright and earlier Thursday morning, dropped in saying I needed a package delivered ASAP. I was told for the approximate rates $100+ for overnight, $65 for second day (Saturday) and $35 for Monday. I opted for second day (Saturday) delivery as Monday was really much later than desired. Saturday, I check the status of the package. Imagine my surprise when I see the package had been sitting for days with no movement. It had actually just left the distribution center. Monday, I check the status again, no updates. I called the store only to be told it went USPS, not UPS, and there are no guarantees basically told nothing can be done. Since when do priority packages rest for two full days before shipping? Since when do we pay top dollar only to have the business you entrust to manage the task to blow you off? I will NEVER use or recommend UPS Store #3812 read more

If you feel like getting verbally abused for asking for boxes they don't carry- then definitely come and spend your time and money here. Only place in town you can get kicked out of for asking questions in a "tone" they don't like. All I needed was the standard UPS box for the size package I was shipping. I have had multiple experiences where I have gone to pick up packages from this location and they have not been able to find the package. This morning I checked the status of a package and it delivered to cedar springs instead of my home, since I did not have a notice on my door I called the location to verify it was there. The man on the phone was very rude, I explained my back story and he seemed very irritated, I asked his name and he hung up on me. Horrible customer service at this location!!! The delivery driver had an issue delivering my package. Our office has weird hours because of Corona, this was no big deal and I did not mind going to the location because it's close to my home. Opted in for alerts when the package arrived there so I could pick it up. Received an email/text letting me know that my package was ready to be picked up at this location. Went to pick it up, waited in line, the employee asked my last name, didn't look anything up on a computer or even bother looking at any the packages behind him, said he "hadn't seen anything for that last name today, come back Monday" (keep in mind there were easily 100+ packages behind him, I assume that he wouldn't have them all memorized). I showed him the alert letting me know my package was there and ready for pickup and he said it was wrong and he "doesn't know why it does that" so I left with several forms of proof of delivery there, and notifications that my package was there, but no package. If you don't like doing your job/assisting people, please don't work in a field where you have to do so. read more

Guys were fast, friendly and saved us a trip to the post office by taking the letter we had to get notarized. I mean I assumed they mailed it... Simple, fast, and convenient - one stop shop if you need to mail something after you get it notarized. Only complaint is there isn't great signage on the outside of the building so we drove right past it. There isn't a lot of parking out front but you shouldn't have a problem finding something close by. The employees were nice and notarization is only $6, so I'm sure we'll be back here. read more

Why would I review a UPS store? Because this one is the best there is. I've used mailbox stores all over the country and this is far and away above any of them. The staff are eager, helpful and smart. The place is big, clean and well organized. They are always busy but nobody ever has to wait more than a minute or two. Incompetent and unprofessional staff... will not return to this store. On Monday, February 12th, I handed the associate "Blake" an envelope to be shipped, showed him the TO/FROM addresses clearly written on a sheet of paper, and stated that the envelope MUST be delivered by Wednesday at the latest. The shipping address was in Pennsylvania and my address was in Dallas. He says the envelope will be delivered Tuesday via UPS Ground for $9 and I say there is no way it will get to PA via UPS Ground by the next day. He insists it is correct. He puts the label on the envelope and doesn't even show it to me first so I can verify that the addresses are correct. I looked at the label and sure enough the addresses were entered incorrectly. I asked him to re-enter the addresses as I had indicated and he printed another label. This time the shipping address was correct but the name was misspelled and the sender address was from another customer, not my information. Third label was printed and my phone number was entered incorrectly. About 15 minutes after starting this transaction which should have taken 2 minutes, the fourth label was printed and everything appeared correct. I got home and checked the tracking information and the estimated delivery date is THURSDAY. I don't know how many times I told him that the package needed to be delivered WEDNESDAY. Next time I will be taking my business to FedEx where I usually go and have never had an issue. read more
