I have never had a problem with UPS. Don't know what is up with this store but they way over charged my daughter to send me a bath mat. I had to pay for packing materials which were not in the box and $2.90 to have the item put in the box. What kind of service is this? I understand that each store sets their own fees. This is wrong. A wonderful update for this UPS store. Christiana ( the manager) once again was terrific in trying to get a package for us delivered that was stuck in New York. Curiously, it seems that not all UPS branches are unified in working with each other when it comes to issues that fall outside of their general delivery schedule. Christina worked with us and the NY branch to try and get a delivery changed. She was on the phone (and was disconnected several times) for at least 45 minutes. She provided all the information they requested as if they were willing to provide service, but to no avail. Frustrated beyond belief, Christina could not get the NY office to assist. She apologized (though no apology was necessary given the incredible effort she made on our behalf. We were finally able to get the packaged picked up by a friend. UPS New York leaves a lot to be desired...but, hey it's New York. UPS District managers...if you read this...fix it. read more

Horrible experience. Christina professes to be the manager. Incredible. She states that all packages were picked up yesterday when I dropped off my packages. UPS tracking indicates they weren't picked up. When I told her that she said, "who are you going to trust me or UPS." I asked, "you're not UPS?", she said, "no we are the UPS store,", I asked, "are you saying you don't work for UPS?", she answered, "that's right, I work for the UPS store." Bottom line, she wouldn't look up the tracking numbers nor attempt to find the packages I dropped off. read more

If you need a print job done and don't want to go very far, this is the place to go. Mark is very polite and the service is very quick.

Mark helped today while I dropped off a return package and to get a receipt. He was ready to help me as soon as I got to the counter, he cheerfully greeted me and even though he was wearing a mask, I could tell he was smiling! He quickly scanned my QR code and handed me the receipt and I was back on my way. Mark has helped me before but I'd forgotten to ask his name so I'm glad I remembered this time. I had the same great experience the other time as well. Mark is an exemplary example of how every customer hopes to be treated by customer service at a place of business. Don't use them! There is a UPS store a little further north off Garland Road. This one is small one and the staff is not friendly as all. My package never got delivered and it couldn't be found. Then when I called Alexis an employee was very rude. She literally said well you should've kept up with your receipt. Like girl, I'm the customer- are you insulting me? Why isn't UPS tracking all their packages. No help at all. Kristina is the manager there. I hope she finds someone else to work at this store because people like Alexis give UPS a bad name!!! My dad has actually worked for UPS for 30 years and I can tell you their service is going downhill from how it used to be. Do something f about this!! I brought in a phone to send back and Marc told me that I had to take it to the phone store as they could scan it in and get a receipt. I took it back to the store and they said it was not true and to take it back to the UPS store to drop it in the mail as I had originally intended. I took it back and Marc proceeded to lie and say that he said none of this and when I took him to task his sidepiece at the other counter stated that I was to take it to the post office as they don't handle phones. Had Marc's ignorant tail said this then I would have known. They told me to not come back because THEY LIED. This store is trash as are the employees. read more

This place is the WORST!!!! I wish I could review without giving them even 1 star. Every time I go in I swear I'll never go back. This time I will not! The wait is always outrageous, because 1 person works while another one eats lunch/breakfast or whatever. The charge unreasonable fees. I wanted to drop a package for the mailman and they wanted to charge a dollar for me to do so. The mailman picks up and drops off here daily, but they charge a dollar for me to leave my package. read more

Love this place! Needed a last minute document printed urgently & kept running into obstacles left & right before I landed at this store. We called ahead to this location as it was on our way into town for the appointment which we needed the printed document and Mark & Alexis were incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to help us & were flexible and efficient in providing services for us. And when I went into the store to pick up my printed document, their kind demeanors were so evident. You don't see customer service like this anymore, & I will happily return here for all of my shipping/printing needs in the future. Thank you, Mark & Alexis! read more

Came on a Saturday. One guy working. Line was out the door. The guy was talking on his cell phone and when he was not, he was slow! Waited 45 min until my turn then he said he couldn't scan the pre-printed label. Asked if he could re-print in store, rudely said no then said I can re-print on the computer in the corner. The computer charges $1 per min but wouldn't even turn on. So I left with the package after wasting 1 hour at this stupid store. Won't be back! Avoid if you value your time. read more

If I could give this location negative stars I would. The attendant, who I later discovered was the owner, was rude, condescending and overall the WORST person I have ever come across with at UPS. He was too concerned with my lack of knowledge on shipping and what I needed to do and correcting me before the words could come out of my mouth. I was dressed in my workout clothes and headed home to start my work day. He clearly made a judgment about me before I could even ask for his assistance. I just moved to area and ship packages weekly for business and personal use and had a wonderful relationship with the UPS store where I moved from. I will not be coming back and I recommend going elsewhere unless you want to be treated poorly. The owner is awful and I'm surprised UPS would allow such poor customer service at one of their franchise locations. read more

I have been using this location to ship and receive packages for years and have always gotten good friendly service. A time or two the staff helped to carry packages to my car. The store changed ownership a year or so ago but the good service continued. Never had a problem here and do not understand the bad reviews. read more

I love the new location.! I have been coming here for years . Always excellent personal service . The owner Davis is super helpful & friendly man. This place is like a satellite to my home office I go there a few times a month on average to make copies, send faxes, etc. They make best color copies. They have really good B& W copiers on the floor, always running perfectly and full of paper, and there is almost never anyone else using them It is SO much better than Kinko's. On the shipping side, there can be a line some days and you have to wait your turn. It's totally worth it, as the folks behind the counter have helped me pack some crazy weird stuff , and also helped me figure out how to get packages sent on time without gouging me on price. read more

I visited this morning to deliver a package overnight. The UPS website says the store opens at 8AM on weekdays. They do not open until 9AM-really annoying when you arrive before 9 and have to wait for them to open or when you need to get something done early. Upon my request to have the package mailed the clerk handed over a form and had me fill it out-not too big a thing but then the owner stepped in and asked me what I was shipping. I was shipping my Dad's wallet back to him so I figured the less people know what is in there the better. I asked why it mattered and he blew up! He told me that he needed to know if was explosives???? WTF??? He then told me that he did not want to do anything for me and forcibly took the slip from my hand and tore it up. I was incensed at this point, called hm a ja%$a$$ and walked out. I went to the Eagle Postal Center at Mockingbird and Abrams and took care of things there-MUCH better service! I attempted to call the UPS Store to apologize to the owner for letting the j-word fly but they do not answer the phone during business hours-I let the phone ring for a full 5 minutes and nothing. I tried another UPS Store just to see if this was the norm and they answered the phone immediately. These stores are all franchised-this guy clearly doesn't get how to run a business....Save yourself some aggravation and choose another UPS Store or the Eagle Postal Center. read more

I went here today to get some documents notarized. The notary, Christina, was extremely rude, choosing to notarize only a few documents and refusing others. These were official documents from another country-I don't know what else she wanted from me! I chose to go to another UPS store on Cedar Springs, where they were very friendly and notarized my documents immediately. I'm not as upset about her not notarizing my things as I am about her rudeness. I guess I should have noticed when there were no other customers in the store. read more

It is hard to imagine the circumstances in which folks have had negative experiences at this location - I have always had positive interactions with both the owner and two attendants. And, between Amazon and Zappos, I have brought packages here for drop-off more times than I care to admit. :) Always helpful, with a pleasant smile and greeting. read more

Love this place. Long-time owner - Dallas - is great and knows his stuff. I also really like the manager - Christina. She started working there about 20 years ago, when she was in high school so she knows everything about the store and its services. She is professional and helpful while being very courteous and friendly. I give them my business when I can. The shop is welcoming and tidy and seems to have many regulars - reminds me of a small town business. read more

Buyer Beware... There is a $5 charge for looking up tracking numbers. They told me when I left the store that I will received the tracking number by email. I never received it and when I went back to inquire about it, they told me it's $5 to look it up. Her prove that they sent the email was that it was entered in the system.... hmmm, really?? Like I really have time to go down there a second time to what.. chat with them?? read more
