She didn't bother to show me how to do it when I ask for her help. She needs to be retrain on how to provide great customer service unlike Mr. David. I went up to Mr. David and ask him and he went right away and showed me how to do the scanner. That's all she had to do. You need more people like Mr. David who cares about his job and the customers and you need to get on the other lady who is not driven to help the customers as opposed to only being their for a paycheck. I never had problems with anyone working here with an attitude... they are kept to themselves most of the time paying attention to details and minding their work and not just standing around. When the line gets longer, employees in the back has the initiative to help out in the front to get the line moving. This owner is rude, callous, no customer service skills and provides the most hideous environment for his paying customers. He knew that I was immune compromised yet he NEVER WOTE A MASK EVEN WHEN IT WAS MANDATED. This is a horrid place with despicable manners that of someone that has no business running their own business. He needs to be turned into the health department. He thinks that because he is the owner he can have his environment look anyway and not adhere to the hours he has set on his flyers.
