There isn't self-faxing & printing, yet you can email your documents for them to print out for you. For shipping, bring your own packing tape or you'll be charged a user fee...better than having to buy tape as you do at USPS. You can drop off packages for UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS & Amazon - for the latter, they do not have the Return Code Scanner. There's a mini workstation, pay as you use. (really this establishment should have had this review when they started cutting corners years ago but haven't till now) he is rude, dismissive, lacking integrity, and has a major ego. I told him his business was going downhill which he could not comprehend. An older guy at the counter agreed with me aloud "This is the UPS store, you should be able to do it and this place is so bad they don't have wifi or service so you can't pull up your labels." (I confirmed this by having to step outside to pull up the address it was going to.) I didn't want to set up a po box as the walk was too far to my apt from the post office (imagine lugging big boxes in 90 degree heat and humidity). Turns out this place is two blocks away, and I have far better communication with Andrew than dealing with the post office. Case in point-he usually calls to let me know when I have a package and is willing to stay a little after store closing to let me swing by. This place is closed on weekends, but Andrew was even willing to come by early on a Saturday morning to open up shop just so I could pick up my new macbook.. A great and secure place near the battery lane apts to ship stuff to.
