But the last three experiences I have had with them have been just awful. After the second bad experience (last year in 2018), I promised myself I would never go back. However, I am doing an appeal for a client, and I need about 3" thick of papers (regular pages, 8 1/2x11) copied double-sided and bound for a record extract. They just told me they can't do it. They can't photocopy pages double sided and bind them for a record extract. Nothing more difficult than that. As a lawyer, I need a copier center that is reliable. Unfortunately, Germantown Copy Center is the furthest thing from reliable. I will never go there again.

This time, however, we were strongly denied by both agents because they were "too busy". They couldn't help us even if it would take only a minute or two. Instead, they suggested we do it ourselves using their scissors. We then addressed the issue with the manager and hoped for better customer service in the future. We did leave the store disappointed as we wanted the copies to look neat for our daughter's professional performance. We don't think we will go back there again though.

Just like everywhere else in Frederick when we walked in we were greeted by lovely staff who were more than happy to show us around! I went in expecting to see books and saw so much more!! Letter press art work, book binding workshops, dark room photo developing this place quite literally has it all!! In our short 20 min visit I learned so much! I also learned that I can come back for classes and once I have the basic machinery and cleaning classes down I can come back for open work time in their space!
