10/10 RECOMMEND CHIN & HIS TEAM Although the price tag to ship my items wasn't ideal, the customer service, packaging quality, and shipping speed made up for it. I needed roughly 200 pieces of 1950's collectible glass wrapped up, boxed, and shipped 900 miles across the US. My package took not even three whole days to make it to me, while unwrapping the almost 200 pieces I only had one broken piece thanks to Chin and the awesome group of people at this UPS location for taking the extra time and effort to care about properly wrapping my items. I would also like to thank Chin as he was very patience with me as I had a delay in communication with him that resulted in my items being returned to the auction house. Chin not only picked them up initially, but a second time as well for me. My goal was to have it shipped for $250 but unfortunately it ended up being roughly double. Chin was also able to help somewhat on the price to make it a little less of a blow for me and I really appreciate that. I can understand how needing boxes and wrap for that much glass can add up quick, especially being from UPS. Chin still did all he could to keep me happy, I appreciate that! I've been coming here for almost 5 years now, since we moved to Mt. Airy. Every time I had/have excellent customer service.
