I was returning Internet/Wi-Fi equipment so it really needed to get back to them. She scanned and again it didn't work, but she took the next step and asked what company it was going to. She found in our system and it took a few minutes, but she figured it out and problem solved. Most people would not have taken the extra effort to solve the issue, but she did.

Not only very kindly, without attitude and without being condescending and try to "educate" me - gave me a polyphmane bag and reprinted the label and let me know that because they had already scanned the package at this store, that I would have to come back to this store to drop it off. I find them a lot more affordable than using the US post office for a PO Box.
