Went in looking for a no cost bubble wrap mailer with a pre printed UPS logo similar to what I'd seen in L.A. the day before when my daughter returned something. Didn't cost her anything. I was returning something to Amazon. Mr. Bitchin with all the tat's behind the counter told me they don't have those. Real attitude. In stead they charge 5.50 for a bubble wrap mailer. I asked where they could be had. He said maybe the hub in San Marcos. I guess this is how they make money.. Thanks for the all the help dude. Trouble is, I have socks older than you. A smile and a friendly suggestion goes a long way with people my age. It isn't my fault you're making ten bucks an hour, in your 4th year at community college studying music theory so the band will let you sit in on a set. Guess what? You aren't the gonna become the "Sting" of your generation, get used to it. And cover up the tats, you look like an ass. read more

I took an iPad here to ship out and they asked what it was so I told them. It never even made it on to the truck. The only record UPS had was that a label was created but the iPad never left the store. Hmm, wonder if an employee has a new iPad? Anyway, after 3 weeks of investigating they couldn't find it so they paid me the minimum insurance amount ($100) and then had the nerve to stiff me on the fees I paid to ship it. read more

Great location. I have brought is some pretty strange shaped items over the years and they have packed them perfectly for me. Also bought name takes and desk plates there which take a couple of days but the come back nice. Literally the BEST staff ever. I go in with big boxes, small things- always feel taken care of- spoken to- acknowledged (even if there is a line). Sometimes have my kids and they just streamline the process to help me get in & out. They are so friendly. I've been in here several times, and they've always been nice. I've only returned cable boxes, as they are an authorized equipment drop off center, but I really like that they have a few up front spaces reserved in the strip mall, just for their customers. read more

The best staff - courteous, efficient, friendly with a great sense of humor! We've had a postal box here for both business and personal for several years. Our mail is secure which is extremely important to us. We also get a text when a package arrives and if something perishable comes in, we get a phone call. We trust them to sign for all our deliveries (which is a LOT!). Not all UPS stores, Postal Annex, etc. are the same, we have had experience with a few since the mid-1980's. These folks are top-notch! We had a mailbox with them for years and we were never disappointed. The only reason we aren't with them anymore is because we moved to LA. I asked them to move their store to LA with us but they told me no. Wasn't really the answer I wanted and I honestly didn't think it was too much to ask. But I digress... All the staff is knowledgeable, efficient and provide great customer service. They get you what you need, have answers to all your questions and are just really good at their job. It's also nice too that they have some retail items there. Makes it convenient to grab a box for packaging, a birthday card, small gift, etc. and get everything done in one place at one time. I'm somewhat of a procrastinator, so that certainly helped me out of many a tight jam. Being that we traveled A LOT, they were really good about letting us know when we had a package and even bundled our mail and had everything ready to go when we would come to pick up so we were in and out in a jiffy. Had no idea this place could do printing until Office Depot failed my print job in every way possible. They actually referred me across the parking lot to UPS. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, happy and sympathetic to me now being late and frustrated. They got everything done as though it was a super simple, easy project(which it was).
