This UPS store is THE BEST! I had to get a package to Norway ASAP and they were so helpful and accommodating! They even looked up what the address should look like for that country which was great because I had no idea! They knew how important it was for my package to get there on time and I felt confident after their help that it would get there! I came into the UPS Store to get my Open House signs made. My brokerage recommended a company that wanted an arm and a leg to make them, so I went to Jordan and asked if they were something he could produce. He was able to design and print the signs, all for less than half of the cost of what the other company was going to do them for. The signs look amazing and I was able to save some money that can now go towards other marketing materials. Thanks Jordan!!! read more

GO HERE if you want to get RIPPED OFF. They WILL overcharge you if you don't know what you are doing. I came here with a 50 inch Toshiba TV to be shipped to NJ. I go here because I want to ship the item now. I already got a quote from their website http://ups.com for $109, and from ebay paypal $79. This store quoted me $159... WTF right? I show them the printout directly from UPS website/ebay paypal with the correct measurements and weight. Every thing is correct. A Supervisor and a young girl (red hair, 5'4'' freckles on her face probably ~21 yo) who assisted me, told me they can not honor the price, and UPS will send you a bill if you ship the product using that quoted shipping cost (an obvious lie when THIS is coming from UPS.COM). They looked at me as if I was an idiot, I felt totally disrespected in this store. I could save $70 just NOT to use their crappy ass service. So, I had to drag a friggin 50 inch TV weighing 56 lbs all the way back home (would have been nice if they at least offer to help me carry it to my car...), printed my own label directly from paypal, and contacted UPS pick up and scheduled a pick up to my house to pick up the TV to be shipped for $9. Total cost $80 + $9 = $89 vs 159. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? LOL 1. HIGH COST 2. INCOMPETENT EMPLOYER/EMPLOYEE - has NO clue their website charges less 3. DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS 4. NEVER GO TO THIS UPS EVER AGAIN IF YOU WANT TO SAVE MONEY. Their website is awesome, no reason to go here and waste time when you can schedule your own pick up at your own convenient and still pay LESS than this local UPS. read more

I visited the store recently to notarize a one page form. They did a great job and quickly notarize the form for $10 fee. I asked if they could scan and email the one-page form however they asked for additional $3.79! It was $0.79 to scan one page and $3 to email! I don't mind paying for a service but I couldn't believe they want $3.79 for literally 30 seconds work. FYI they charge only $0.09 to copy a page but $0.79 to scan the same page. They go thru the same process and use the same copier/scanner to copy or scan a page. For making copy they ink and paper and charge $0.09 however going thru the exact same process without any ink and paper they charge $0.79 almost 900% higher! It doesn't make sense to me. When I brought this to their attention and ask for explanation they became defensive and rude. I give them 5 star for notary service but 1 star to pricing and logic! read more

I came in to get some invoice/ estimate forms made. They were very helpful. They designed the entire form and even put my logo on them. I was super happy with the way they turned out. Before I came in I used to just use the plane ones you can get from Staples because I thought getting custom ones would be expensive, but it turned out to be almost half the price! I am planning in using the ups store in Encinitas for all my printing needs. Next up are some front yard sign to advertise on our jobs! read more

Extremely disappointed. They made a huge costly mistake in my shipment and rather than simply apologizing the new owner tried to cover their mistakes with excuses. No where near the former owners customer service. 2 mins further is another UPS store who "Serves!" Still waiting for my house account refund 3 months later! read more

I am so grateful to the staff at this UPS Store location! I had to get fingerprinted for my nursing license and used the LiveScan at their store to do so. Unfortunately the Board of Nursing lost my prints and my license was held up for months. When I realized what the hold up was I ran to UPS and they located my original scan and faxed it to the Board. SO helpful, kind, and went over and beyond. Every person I have come in contact with at this location are friendly, helpful and have great senses of humor too! read more

Johnna at this UPS Store assisted me with shipping a package to Canada for my daughter. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional and I felt confident with my first shipping experience to my daughter in Calgary. I called before I went in, and the manager (I believe) gave me info over the telephone that made me comfortable with using their services. I am a long time box holder at a competing franchise, but would NOT feel comfortable shipping from them as their staff can barely get our mail into our boxes..... Thank you UPS Store. Came in to make some copies of a packet, and asked for help since I needed the packet collated and stapled. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and made sure I got exactly what I needed before finishing the job! I told them about a bad experience I had at another UPS store nearby, and they went out of their way to thank me for coming in and make sure I knew they would take great care of me every time I come to them. Very disappointed on the 2 employees working yesterday morning (May 9th). I was there to ship out some packages I was the only one in the store & out loud they were criticizing on who I believe was a Hispanic who submitted an application. Oscar, who was at cashier and a blonde lady made comments of how this person spoke no English and made fun of how he/she really expects to get a job there. This frustrates me and will not be coming here anymore. We all start off somewhere! Instead of laughing at someone else really think about how your a grown man working at a UPS Store. read more
