    Walked in to 3 employees behind the counter talking amongst themselves and chatting away. Nobody greeted or acknowledged me. All I was tryna do was drop off 2 packages, grab a receipt and go about my way. Finally after standing there for too long, a girl came up and scanned my packages. Point is, train your employees to at least do the bare minimum and acknowledge customers. It's really just common courtesy. Please and thank you.

    I would suggest calling to confirm the documentary requirements before you rent a mailbox. Your voter registration is the least intrusive option for verification of residency. I have been renting a P.O. Box for a few months, and from the first day I entered the premises, the tall blonde gentleman is consistently rude and dismissive. He may be the manager. I do my best to wait for another staff member when I enter the store, for any services. Customer service is low on his priority list. Otherwise, the staff are helpful, when obtaining packages, etc. It is a small but efficient location.

    I love this place! I have a mailbox here and I have shipped very expensive musical instruments from and to this place! All the staff are knowledgeable and nice and the manager/owner, ANNA is the best. Clean, convenient and so safe. I never have to worry about my packages knowing that Anna and the crew will take care of them! Yay UPS Store 7414!

    Thank you guys for helping me print a photo that turned out awful at CVS. If anyone ever needs quality photos printed you're best bet is to come here, they will show you the photo you n their computer before printing to preview and they have a variety of paper options. The cardstock showed the background colors much better than CVS photo paper. Pictured is the UPS photo on the left (correct) and the CVS photo on the right which was just the worst.

    This is the best UPS store I've visited so far in terms of service. They have a new layout which looks modern. Manager is so nice!!!

    UPDATE (15-year customer)…read more I have maintained a mailbox at this location for approximately 15 years and, until the recent ownership change, I would have recommended this business without hesitation. Unfortunately, service has declined significantly since the new owners took over. The first major issue involved the mailbox area being closed during business hours, preventing customers from accessing their mail and creating delivery problems with carriers. I raised those concerns directly with management at the time. Today I experienced another serious failure. I left a package at the store to be shipped as a Mother's Day gift. One week later, the package had never been sent. It was simply handed back to my wife when she visited the store. No notification. No follow-up. No explanation until we discovered it ourselves. What is most concerning is that these incidents appear to be symptoms of larger operational issues. On a recent visit, there were multiple customers waiting in line while an employee who appeared to be unfamiliar with the systems struggled to assist them. The owner was in the back office, and another person openly stated they did not know how to complete the transaction they were attempting to process. The only employee who consistently appears knowledgeable and capable is Jose, who was there under the previous ownership. Even basic customer convenience has suffered. The rear parking area that was previously available to customers is now frequently occupied by U-Haul trucks, reducing access and making visits more difficult. I understand that taking over a business is challenging. However, after nearly a year under the new ownership, these are no longer growing pains. Customers depend on this business for secure mail handling, package acceptance, and timely shipping. Those services must be reliable. I sincerely hope the owners invest more time in training, staffing, and day-to-day operations because this location was once an excellent neighborhood business. As a long-time customer, it is disappointing to see the decline.

    When I was preparing to move from California back to New York, I had several pieces of framed…read moreartwork that meant a great deal to me but had been left behind by my movers. I was honestly nervous about shipping them because I had previously sent artwork to myself through another carrier, and it arrived damaged. When I brought the artwork into The UPS Store, I explained my concerns to Reggie. He immediately put me at ease, telling me that he regularly packs and ships artwork for a nearby gallery and that he would take special care of mine. He absolutely delivered on that promise. The care that Reggie and Cam took in packing my artwork was extraordinary. Every piece was wrapped as though it were irreplaceable. The glass was protected with a special film to prevent damage to the artwork if it were ever to break, each piece was expertly cushioned and secured, and everything was packed so thoughtfully that I honestly don't think it could have shifted during shipping if someone had tried. The shipment actually arrived a day earlier than expected, but what impressed me most was opening the box and seeing the level of craftsmanship and care that had gone into the packing itself. It was immediately obvious that they had treated my artwork with the same attention they would have given their own. In a world where it's easy to overpromise and underdeliver, Reggie and Cam did exactly the opposite. They promised they would take exceptional care of my artwork, and they exceeded every expectation. If you have anything valuable, fragile, or simply meaningful that needs to be packed and shipped, I recommend The UPS Store on Ventura Boulevard without hesitation. Thank you, Reggie and Cam, for treating something that meant so much to me with such professionalism and care.
